"We stayed at Tamanu for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was cozy and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect space to relax. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Fiona and Anthony did a fantastic job managing the resort — their attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. A special thank you to Anthony, who went above and beyond by personally returning our wallet after we accidentally left it behind in the room. We are truly grateful for such kindness and care. "The hotel is next to the lake and has beautiful scenery, but don't stay on the first floor next to the lake. It's not soundproof and everyone who comes for a walk seems to be dancing on your head. The other room types are very good, with mosquito nets, fans, air conditioners, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and a good location. You can walk to Stonegrill and there is a supermarket within walking distance for breakfast."

"We had a great stay in a studio apartment. Very spacious and a nice breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Staff are very friendly and it's a short walk to a big supermarket. Port Vila seafront was about a 20 minute walk."

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. However, the service in the restaurant was disappointing. We waited a long time for our food and even saw it sitting on the counter for about ten minutes while all three waiters were standing around, seemingly avoiding their customers. On another day, we specifically asked whether it was still happy hour before ordering drinks, and the waitress confirmed that it was. When she returned with the drinks, she told us that by the time she had gone back to the kitchen, happy hour had already ended. This was frustrating, as it was unclear why she would confirm happy hour and then refuse to apply the discount, especially since it was minimal. When we went to check out, we noticed some inconsistencies on the invoice. There was an extra dinner and drinks charged to our room that we did not order. When we pointed this out, the staff were unable to find a receipt for those charges, so we recommend double-checking invoices carefully. Apart from these issues, our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the pool was often occupied by many children whom we suspected were not guests of the hotel"

"My son and I stayed at the hotel in cottage #4 by the sea in July 2026. The hotel itself is decent, and the price matches the quality – it's not expensive. We only had breakfast at the hotel (mostly omelets with vegetables and hot chocolate). We didn't opt for lunch or dinner because we had read previously that they were expensive. I pre-booked the airport transfer via email with the hotel; they replied promptly. A one-way transfer cost 12,000 in local currency, which we paid by credit card upon arrival. We also booked the return transfer through the hotel, which cost 120 USD. Honestly, I think the transfer was pricey, but I couldn't find any online taxi services, and the hotel is over 60 km from the airport, so I had to go with this option as there were no others. After leaving the airport, we stopped at a supermarket to buy food to replace hotel lunches and dinners. The cottage has everything: hot water, good bedding, and towels. There's also a gas stovetop, dishes, a kettle, plates, spoons, and forks, so you can cook your own meals. However, there's nowhere to buy groceries near the hotel, so we stocked up at the supermarket upon arrival. There's no safe or slippers in the room. The hotel grounds are large, with plenty of places to walk and a long beachfront. The staff are polite and pleasant, and the hotel grounds are well-maintained. Overall, that aspect was great. What I didn't like: there's no internet in the room, which was a significant issue for me. Internet is only available in the hotel lobby, where the reception and dining area are, which is a real shame. Luckily, our cottage was right by the reception, so that was convenient. Also, be aware that there are very strong low tides on the beach until noon, though this wasn't a major concern for us; we just walked along the ocean, which was wonderful."

"Friendly and helpful staff. The furniture is old and needs to be updated. Hot water is unstable, it was often necessary to rinse with cold water. A broken clock hung on the wall, which was very annoying. At night, small lizards run along the walls inside the bedroom and the ceiling, which made sounds, which is also not pleasant to hear at night. The pillows are long and hard. Dirt accumulated in the washing machine in the tank, which did not wash, but, on the contrary, stained the washed clothes."

"Warick Le Legon Resort and Spa is amazing, I was lucky enough to have a villa over the water.. and it didnt disappoint. The Staf are awesome, and the facilities are very good. This is a fantastic place for everyone to stay, especially families as there is many pools of varying depths to choose from. The buffet breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets I have sene anywhere, so much to choose from and everything was hot.. rather than luke warm like many others. Thank you to everyone at Warwick Le Lagon Resort for everything. And thank you for the lovely treat I found on my bed when I came home from dinenr last night. Such a lovely surprise."

"The hotel is located about 40 minutes drive from the city and is not large in size. Have your own beach and small pier. Guests can use canoe, SUP free of charge, face mirror need to rent. It is recommended to rent a car by yourself. The hotel arranges a single trip to the city to 7000vt. It takes 30,000vt to use the car and the driver all day. The room will not give the keys, they said that only their service staff and guests can not worry. Even the door of our room is difficult to close, and we take a complete route. The restaurant's things are not too delicious, breakfast is OK, other lunches have ordered penne pen tube noodles are super salty, dinner has ordered fish burger bread as hard as a French stick, pizza is OK, chips are delicious. The scenery is beautiful, we stayed for four nights, probably lunch and dinner are more troublesome."
