Installation is quick and easy. Simply scan the QR code on your phone to add the service beforehand, and you can connect to the network as soon as you arrive at your destination. The 3GB high-speed data per day is more than enough; in actual use, it's around 2GB per day.

I went hiking in Murodo and the signal was great the whole way. The internet was fast, and I could easily upload photos. Don't forget to turn on roaming because it's a SIM card with an IP address outside of Japan.

It was a very interesting trip to Japan, but I probably won't be going back anytime soon. My company's project there for this year has been successfully completed. Thanks to Ctrip for recommending the SIM card, the speed is so fast!

I bought it for a trip to Japan. Everything worked perfectly, and I had internet access at all times. After purchasing, I received clear activation instructions, and everything connected quickly. I got the 3GB daily plan, and the data lasted all day, with some left over. It's much more affordable than my mobile operator's roaming plan. I'm happy with my experience and will definitely use it on my next trip.

Everything gets a 5/5 except data speeds and location accuracy. The 5G is definitely slower than what Japan can offer. Sometimes my gps location moves around a bunch when I’m standing still. But for the price and ease of use, I’ll be using this again

I used Trip.com's eSIM on this trip abroad, and the overall experience was great! No need to change to a physical SIM card; I installed it before departure, and upon arrival in Japan, I could connect to the internet directly. Using Google Maps to check routes, search for restaurants, and share photos was very convenient, and the network was stable. It's affordable and saves the hassle of changing cards, making it highly recommended for independent travelers! I'll definitely consider using it again next time I travel abroad 😊✈️
