I've always bought eSIMs on the KKday.klook platform, but I haven't found a suitable one yet. This time, I thought I'd try buying a Trip eSIM, as the price difference was huge. When traveling in the Kansai region, internet connectivity is absolutely crucial! I highly recommend the eSIM I used this time! There was a small hiccup: on the last day, I miscalculated the activation date (apparently, it was counted as day one from the moment I purchased it 😅), causing my SIM card to expire early and disconnect. I immediately contacted customer service, and to my surprise, they responded incredibly quickly! They weren't impatient at all and patiently explained the rules to me. Their attitude was impeccable, and their efficiency in resolving the issue deserves full marks. In summary, I highly recommend this company for their internet speed and customer service!
