Mr. Chen's explanations were professional, detailed, and engaging, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of the local history and culture. His service was meticulous and thoughtful, the pace of the itinerary was comfortable, and there was no forced shopping, making it a worry-free and convenient experience. Although he's Korean, he speaks fluent English, is punctual for pick-up and drop-off, and has excellent driving skills.
