I recently had the pleasure of staying at Centro Yas Island to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I must say, the experience exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we checked in, the service was impeccable, but one particular moment stood out. Nauman, the hotel guest representative, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He not only knew it was my wife's birthday but also surprised us with a delightful birthday cake. This thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more special and truly showcased the hotel's commitment to exceptional customer service. The room was pristine, the amenities were top-notch, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. the overall experience was really good for its price. I think the only downfall of the stay was that the door knob inside the washroom door and the lock part of the front washroom doorknob fell off after a few use but it was not a big issue for us. The place was very peaceful. No outside noise can be heard from the inside but I'm not sure about the inside noice if it can be heard to the outside. Despite the amenities provided in the room, we recommend you to not cook and just buy food from the Malyali restaurant located at the opposite of Booze Bar. Their food is really food. they also deliver food to your room. their normal shawarma is the best. Most recommended on their menu. Also, bring an universal adaptor that is applicable for Type G sockets because the sockets in the room are all Type G plug sockets. We were able to get lucky by borrowing an adaptor from the front desk and the man who was on shift was too kind enough to lend me his personal one so that I don't have to buy a new one from Baqala.

Excellent stay with no problems whatsoever, plenty of ample parking available outside the hotel (paid 15 AED for 24hrs). Breakfast had a wide variety of food also available.

Was a very nice experience, my first hotel, the room, the food, reception and waiters from the italian and belgian restaurant very attentive and pacient. Just one advise, if i'm taking my breakfast and i leave the coffee in the table, don't take it if the personal just see me get in to the buffet 5 minutes ago. Just that. Thank you so much

The cleanliness was exceptional, and I was really impressed with the overall service. The staff were very accommodating, and a special shout-out to the guard on duty, Joseph. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries I had. I didn't get a chance to fully explore all the facilities during my short stay, so I can't comment much on that, but I'm sure they would be just as good as the rest of the experience. Based on what I experienced, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially for short visits or layovers.

Start from a very smooth and professional check in with Thwea i don't exactly remember her name, the one who made the check in she is very professional with a very friendly lovely smile and a first class high manner, very special thanks to her for making our first and last impression and for her assistance during our stay, Good Job and Well Done to her and to the hiring professional employee. Then i got a wonderful coffee at the morning over the pool, with some team of the breakfast restaurant assistant all was a good experience my room was 607 it had a lovely view. Thank you all for the wonderful stay you make it and thanks you thwea for you assistance during the check in and out.. highly recommend to book the balacony room with sea view amd high floor

Very nice, the environment is very good, the resort hotel. But the location is really remote and there is nothing around. However, the hotel has its own beach, which is not bad, and there are other hotels nearby, so there are several options for eating. There is also a Korean restaurant next to it, mainly to provide services for the nuclear power plant built by the Koreans nearby, and the food is good.

This hotel accommodation is such awesome. Firstly, I like to give appreciation to the reception team, they are friendly and responsive: my extensions for stay are granted. Though I can’t name them one by one nevertheless they treat me well. My stay in my room is perfect, housekeeping are awesome, job well done: ask them to provide specific things to tidy up or give amenities. NB: this hotel is friendly for chill and party goers.. every bars are amazing.. try it out and book a room instead, they will assist you all the way.
