"Spent 3 days in Zhangjiajie and booked this guesthouse for 3 nights – highly recommend it! Previously, the shampoos and conditioners in hotels and guesthouses were always terrible, but the ones here are amazing. For girls, it's a lifesaver – no worries about your hair ruining your photos! 🤣 One of the nights, we stayed in a twin room, which had a huge bathroom with a bathtub and even provided disposable tub liners. Everything you could possibly need was in the room, making it super convenient. The owner's wife made us breakfast every morning, and we could order whatever we liked – it was delicious! The guesthouse reception also has adorable salamanders. The owner's wife is incredibly kind, and her son is so cute. Plus, there are lots of super adorable cats 🐱🐱🐱🐱 wandering around the guesthouse!"

"Excellent stay! The apartment is new, clean, and in an excellent location close to the bus station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The owners were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. They kindly allowed me to check out late at 3:15 PM without any extra charge. One small suggestion: it would be great to provide a WeChat or WhatsApp number for faster communication, especially for foreign guests who don’t speak Chinese."
