This residence is so clean and has beautiful garden place. I was satisfied with all kind staffs being helpful without any inconvenience. The water quality of public pool was also clean, so it was good for swimming. I would like to visit again and recommend to people who want to be relexed in private place :)

Cleanliness: booked 4 rooms + 1 villa. only 2 rooms available when we checked-in. we came back after eating out & opened another rm but found an xtra wooden bed stuck in the room as if it was a storage room + moldy hanging rack. we were able to exchanged room but my nephews said there's lots of insect flying. my nephew woke up with a swollen left eye. my 5 yr old niece & I fell down on a slimy floor in the villa on our 1st day Location: close to Alona beach but a bit far from the main road. can rent their transport service with a very affordable fee Service: very good & quick service. friendly, smiling staff who responded to all our concerns and request positively and quickly Amenities: nice, good size pool, equipped with smart clear projector overall: With improved housekeeping, Belles Homes can significantly boost guest satisfaction and i will recommend for good service, friendly staff
