Love the location, the metro station Yangang has line 11 and GF line which connects you most places of interest. The apt room is clean everyday and the staff are really helpful at the desk. There are plenty of food choices at exit B of Yangang station and the streets around the area..

My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘 The pros 👍👍: 1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance. 2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety. 3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided. 4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room. The cons😩😩: A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares. B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling. C. The water pressure is low. D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items. E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather. F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館) G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected. H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it.

I didn't want to leave after staying here! The room was more spacious than I expected, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was so soft, I fell asleep instantly. The front desk lady was super thoughtful and proactively upgraded my room. The rice noodles for breakfast were an unexpected delight. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the subway exit. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my best friend!

The apartment’s location is exceptional; it’s just a short walk to Beijing Road, making it extremely convenient for shopping and enjoying food. The front desk staff are friendly and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. The rooms are clean and airy, with a quiet and peaceful environment. All necessary appliances and toiletries are provided, and the facilities are practical and well-equipped, giving a strong sense of home. It’s the top choice for visitors to Guangzhou, and I would definitely book it again for my next trip!

The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the front desk staff were really friendly. 👍 I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. 😋 There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby and it's super convenient for sightseeing! Plus, there's even a bead art shop nearby.

Ascott M-City Foshan gets my like! Sadly, I only stayed for one night. I don’t often come to this area and usually visit for business, but this stay was a great experience. I had a room with a beautiful view, the bed was incredibly soft, and I slept really well. The property offers all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay, and there are coffee shops, restaurants, and a mall right at your doorstep. The breakfast was also very good. I hope to have business here again — and next time, I’ll definitely stay an extra night or two just to fully enjoy the place. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Wanda Plaza, where you can shop and dine. I stay here every time I'm on a business trip because it's also close to my client's office. The rooms are spacious and clean, and it's very convenient with a balcony, kitchen, and refrigerator. The front desk staff are great and always resolve any issues promptly.

Our stay felt just like home. The spacious 50㎡ room gave us plenty of space to move around, and the entire place was meticulously cleaned with no strange odors. Being on a higher floor, it was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed city views right from our window. The air conditioning was cool and comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were provided. The location was excellent, with the subway, mall, and great food all within easy reach. The staff were warm and attentive, making our family trip truly relaxing and enjoyable.

The light luxury decor is incredibly stylish, and the crystal chandelier creates a fantastic ambiance. The massive projector delivers high-definition quality, allowing you to enjoy a private cinema experience without leaving the room. Both the sofa and the large bed are incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxation. The front desk service is attentive and responsive, and the bathroom is clean and spotless. The stay far exceeded our expectations – definitely a five-star rating!

We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment, and it was extremely complete and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including utensils and appliances, which made the stay very convenient. Having a washing machine was also a huge plus, and we really appreciated being able to make tea and feel at home during our trip. The breakfast was excellent every morning. One of our favorite parts was the fresh juice machine where we could squeeze our own juice. The selection was very good, and the chefs and restaurant staff were always attentive, professional, and kind. The concierge team was absolutely amazing. They helped us many times with directions, locations, transportation, and even our orders. Communication was very easy because their English was excellent, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who truly made the experience exceptional. On the second day, the housekeeper noticed that I was washing clothes and kindly brought a drying rack to the room so we could hang everything properly. She even arranged the clothes for drying herself. She also left thoughtful notes whenever she was unsure about personal items — for example, one day there was a teapot on the table, and instead of removing it, she left a note saying she did not clean it because she was not sure if we were still using it. These small details showed genuine care and attention. The location was also extremely convenient. The hotel is directly connected to the mall, which made shopping and moving around very easy. There were trendy bakeries and cafés literally next to the entrance, and we loved trying them during our stay. We could also simply cross the street to reach Taikoo Hui for luxury shopping, and Grandview Mall was only a short walk away. There were plenty of convenience stores nearby and even some halal food options around the area, which made everything very comfortable and accessible for us. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and felt very welcomed throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend Fraser Suites Guangzhou and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.
