Loved it. Everyone so friendly and helpful. The room was okay size but then all toiletries given, umbrella as well. Its actually quite convenient walking around for food. Nearby got lotsa glasses centre as well. We ordered 2 spec and got it in 2 hrs time. Metro also walking distance. There is a lift exit nearby also, slightly farer, but excellent if u carried big luggage.

We are a family of four who visited the area to try the Sunac Indoor Snow Park, which offers indoor skiing and other snow activities for non-skiers. The apartment was just opposite the Sunac mall, and due to the metro construction, a small detour took around 5 minutes to get to the mall. The construction had no noise impact on our stay. The apartment was on the 7th floor (lobby), and our room was on the 8th floor. We stayed in a two-room flat with two double beds, and it was perfect. Remember to ask for additional pillows for each bed, as it comes with one set of pillows (one hard and one soft), which cannot be shared comfortably. The morning free breakfast was just perfect—a cup of coffee (of your choice) or orange juice with a selection of bakery items that were surprisingly tasty and fresh. Additionally, the apartment had a QR code for WeChat where you could ask questions in English or Chinese, and their response was quick and not automated. The hotel was approximately 6 km away from Guangzhou North Railway Station, and we decided to take Didi back to the Futian border on our way back, which cost us just under 500 HKD, including an extra expressway fee for the local driver to return home. The hotel is very popular with people coming to ski. The mall on the 3rd floor has plenty of Chinese restaurants to choose from. We ate hotpot at night, which was good value for money and of very good quality, and at lunch, we ate at the noodle shops. Where the apartment (building no. 6) is located, there is a middle section that cuts across all the apartment buildings and creates a lovely row of restaurants, which looks really nice at night. The mall also has an arcade and indoor amusement center where we rode electric go-karts, and there is enough to keep your kids busy.

Good location☺️☺️... about 4 mins walk to the Metro. Many .. Many eateries around n mimi marts. Room was OK.. lahhh ( just a little smaller then expected)🫢🫢 Washing machine.. stove .. fridge .. tv.. provided Which makes alot of difference. ( could wash n dry our cloths)😁 😋😋Friendly n helpful reception staff.. she gave us directions n also help us book our DIDI On the whole .. it was a grate experience.. n fun holiday Thank yuu so much🤗🤗🤗😃

My overall experience was okay at best. The location was very difficult to find as the listed address lead us to the wrong place, we had to spend extra to get a taxi to the actual location after we clarified with the reception. The room itself was very nice with a very good view and we slept very well. The hot water tank was not so nice where it ran out of hot water in about 5 minutes of showering.

Excellent location with lots of restaurants nearby, the check-in was fast and smooth, the room size is spacious and comfortable, good and friendly desk staff,laundry was good too really the Best and great service... see you soon 🔜...

Superb location that situated at mrt station (gongyuanchuan station 公园前站), also alot malls and underground shopping street around this condominium apartment hotel. The room super spacious, thus we have no regret to book this for our last two nights in guangzhou, as we bought many things and need spacious place to land our luggages on the floor. Water pressure so so but stil bearable, but they should have offering 4 pillows for a large bed instead of 2 only. Overall, i will be staying here again as specially with family

We are a family of 5. Booked the duplex suite which has 3 double beds and a sofa bed which is more than enough for us. Location at Beijing road is super convenient. There are whole stretches of shops everywhere to shop and eat. The first room we stayed, in smelled of cigarette snoke, we feedback to Mr Fan and he was able to let us changed to another room next day which is great. Room condition is acceptable.for us. The washing machine with dryer function serves us great during our 4 nights stay. Projection TV has limited free videos to watch, but for us it's okay as we spent most time outside exploring. The famous Lucky restaurant for dim sum is just located on the 8th floor in the same building . There's also Starbucks and 7 eleven store downstairs. If you expect hotel grade service and cleanliness , you probably need to look elsewhere. Overall, Mr Fan is a very helpful and friendly butler He helped us arrange airport drop-off driver and also recommended us a a very nice dim sum restaurant 子曰礼which turns out even better than those Xiao Hong Shu recommendations

Pro: Good location. Near to many shopping malls with walking distance. Hotel is right above Wan Ling Hui hotel. Near to Canton tower. Service is good and room is clean. Cons: If want to go to Beijing road by train will take 30min with more than 2 transits but by cab is 15min during off peak hour.

I stayed with Davis Int apartment twice in the past few weeks. The major merit is it's excellent location. I have to go back and forth between Hong Kong and ShenZhen. Being close to the ShenZhen North Station is a big plus. The hotel is clean. The laundry provision on site is a big convenience and my wife gives it a thumbs up. The hotel reception staff is very polite and helpful. Whenever you asked them for certain items, like additional towels, toiletries, etc, it will be delivered within 5-10 minutes. I will certainly stay in this hotel again in the near future. I have no hesitation to recommend the hotel to my friends.

1.5 hours drive from Shenzhen!! Who hasn't been to the Castle Hotel!! This place is so beautiful! Even I can't bear to leave! The kids played in the room all day and didn't want to go out🥰 The address is in Zhuhai~It's only 1.5 hours drive from Shenzhen~ Come and stay with your kids!!

A great stay at Ovis! Everything was great, from the room, the view, the facilities and how easily it is to get around. It's just 5 mins + walk from the MTR which is great. Just a bit far from city center / downtown but a great place to stay if you need to relax or focus. If next time, we can have a fridge and a microwave, that would be perfect. Thanks a lot!

I was very satisfied here, it has great quality for cost. The area is more removed from the center but there is an express metro so it's not a big issue. Planes fly over occasionally but with windows closed you barely notice it. The area is new, clean and quiet with a lot of walking paths, like a giant park. There are several good food places at the metro station and it's a short ride to malls and supermarkets. The air is very good, I never had trouble breathing like in the city center. The room is clean and pleasant, staff come to clean every day, management is friendly and helpful, they reply instantly on wechat, it has translation so language is no issue. I rarely heard neighbor noise, there was never any smells or bugs, the room stays warm in the winter and the shower gets hot instantly. There is a lot of sun light but you can make it dark, I slept great despite jet lag, there is good mood light, the wifi is fast and the tv is big and new. I think for the low price and high quality it's definitely worth spending some extra time on the metro.

The service was really good loved the young girl who helped us out as we were not happy with the first room that they gave us since we opted for the executive suite but we were given the basic loft. The hygiene was not really acceptable, as the bins had smoking marks, the room smelled a bit of old cigarette smell. The Aircon was really dusty. The toilet was not really well clean. I basically had to wipe down the bathroom. We did ask them to tidy up the room for the second day however, the bed was made. Overall the location was good accessible to many shops and restaurants.

I had an excellent experience with my booking through Trip.com! The location was perfect—right near Huaqiangbei Metro Station and directly opposite SEG Electronics Market. It made everything 100% easily accessible, especially the city center. The convenience and affordability of the stay exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

What a spectacular location! We had a great stay here, we booked 3 rooms for the 6 of us and we were all pleased with our stay. The bed was a little firm for some of our preferences but for the others they loved it. The rooms were very large with a nice seating area. The projector was easy to use as well. We did utilize the laundry room, the machines were easy to use and had both washer and dryers. We would be happy to book this hotel again!

2nd stay with them in a different room configuration. It is clean and spacious enough for my parents too. Had an issue with the bed but they rectified it immediately. Downstairs linked to metro and many shops for clothes, electronics, food and pharmacy. There is also a 7-11 nearby. There are many homestay in this building, don’t think can find one that is both good and value for money. All the ladies at reception area are very nice and approachable. Will stay again if visiting Guangzhou again. Thank you!

The location is great! It has Luckin Coffee and KFC below. It also has convenience stores and lots of local restaurants around. The hotel isn't much near the subway, need to walk about 10 mins or ride a bicycle for around 5 mins. The room is nice and clean! I really love staying here and highly recommend it.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Especially with receiving deliveries of my online purchases from Taobao, and facilitating the returns. The rooms were spacious, the interiors looked very new. The beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the compact pantry and the big refrigerator. Cleanliness was spotless, and no funny smells. 👍👍👍

Good location. Was given a room at level 16 with 2 Queen bed + Sofa. Rain shower + bathtub with good water pressure. Apartment above mall, walking distance to Gongyuanqian metro station. You can access the metro station via the mall underpass. Many restaurants and food to choose from ...walking distance to Beijing Rd. Need access card to take lift up to apartment. Will stay here again!!

This unit is in a central location, extremely close to the metro and Beijing street. It is quite noisy until late at night as it is located in a major road. You can hear music, honking, and other city noises. The unit is roomy with three full beds, laundry but it is a bit old in some aspects. There is quite a wait for elevator during busy hours since it is shared with the entire building.

The apartment was great and very spacious. It was great for a family of four. The location is ideal if you are visiting Chimelong theme parks- which are about ten minutes away in a taxi. As it is an apartment, it was disappointing there was no cutlery, plates, mugs etc. There is a new shopping mall below but there is not a huge range of choice of places to eat and finding breakfast early was challenging.

Highly recommended!!! It is very close to the high-speed rail station and only takes about ten minutes to get there. It is not remote either. There is a small shopping mall downstairs. It can basically meet all your needs. The transportation is also very convenient. Parking is included when you check in to the hotel. If you walk a little further ahead, you will reach Lovers Road. Behind you is Hengqin, which is very convenient. The hotel is also very clean. The bed is very good, not the soft kind. It can provide sufficient support when sleeping and makes you sleep very comfortably!

The hotel's items are very complete, including makeup remover, beauty egg, and facial cleanser. The small things can be seen as very considerate. I must give a big thumbs up to Little Butler No. 1. It is very thoughtful and the quality of the things is very good. The most important thing is that the room is very spacious. , very comfortable to do and very satisfying.

First, the good. I think this is a very clean hotel. I liked the spacious room and the river view. I like how there is a washer & dryer, a fridge, and they give you high-quality tea in the rooms. The cleaning lady gave me great service too. Unfortunately, there were problems. My mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The box spring was old. It made noises whenever I shifted in my sleep. The sofa was old and looked stained. I also didn’t like how there was no chair with a backrest. The bathroom was excellent, but I didn’t have good water pressure for my shower. The location was disappointing as well. It’s in the middle of nowhere. Although, I did enjoy the quiet at night. I think the location isn’t an issue if you are driving. Overall, I had a good experience staying at this hotel. But I can’t recommend it based on the problems I had with my room. Perhaps these are not issues though in other rooms and I was just unlucky.  

This is a very satisfying hotel for this trip~1. The room is large, spacious and sanitary, next to the river bank, very beautiful, with a single sofa, suitable for family travel. 2. There is a washer-dryer, microwave and refrigerator in the room, which is very convenient. 3. The parking lot is free, and the ground and underground parking lots are very large, hundreds of cars are not a problem. 4. It is about 20 minutes drive from Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. Considering the hotel price, it is cost-effective. The only drawback is that there are more people on the second day of staying in the hotel, and the breakfast supply is a bit insufficient, which needs to be improved~

The room is large and bright, with facilities such as washing machine, balcony, refrigerator, etc. The attitude of the brother and sister at the front desk is also very good, and they are responsive. This is the first time I booked this hotel. The price is really amazing🤩, and it has such good quality! The room is very new, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is good. There is a barbecue restaurant that I like nearby. Later I recommended several friends to come here, it was great! There is another one. The service is really good and the customer service attitude is very satisfying.

One of the best stay I ever had in zhuhai, tried few different ones this one tops out all of them. But I think mostly because of its new building status I can't guarantee the condition of it as times goes by. Hopefully it will be kept in the current condition for years to come. I will definitely book it again next year's visit.

We stayed for a total of 4 nights. Really loved the layout, style of the apartment. Modern and very well designed, necessities provided, and comfortable beds and seemingly quite clean when we moved in. The location is excellent , close to many restaurants and convenient stores, supermarket. But there were quite a few cockroaches, small ones. Management should really hire company to take care of that. I would love to recommend this place to friends and family but that needs to be taken care of first. It would be a perfect stay otherwise.
