A very nice hotel because the hotel is part of Casino. We thought we could have enjoying buffet dinner but only open in weekend. Location is near to subway so that we easy going to downtown.
There was a fire alarm alighted on early morning 5am in our second night, and we called to front desk but they not sure what’s happened. I was very scared and thought we had to run out. But other room people still stayed then we also stayed in our room. After 10-15 minutes a radio announcement said something but also not so clearly listened. This was my first time met this happened.
This hotel is under Marriott and is well managed by friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Indoor guest car parking is just across the street for $9.45. The spacious rooms and bathrooms have significant counter areas decorated with bright lights. Ice machines are on every floor. Washing and drying machines are available for $3 each. The indoor swimming pool opens from 7am to 11pm, and the gym is open 24/7. The only downside was the coil of the air conditioning was installed in the room, so you will hear the big noise when the coil starts to work the room temperature colder.
The cabin is comfortable to live in and has beautiful scenery. There will be a shuttle bus to pick you up from the parking lot. After checking in, you may need to carry your luggage and walk a distance to the room, but it is still worth staying.
The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced.

The location is super convenient! You can walk to Stanley Park, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the famous Robson Street, where you'll find plenty of options for dining and shopping. There's even a free shuttle to Capilano Bridge Park right around the corner, in front of the Hyatt Regency hotel, which is incredibly handy.
There are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby, making this one of the best locations in downtown Vancouver. The service was also good, and the little handmade doll in the room was really cute – though it costs $40, which was a bit of a shame, haha.
Check-in and check-out were both quick. The only downside is that the price isn't cheap, and it can be a bit unaffordable during peak season. But having experienced it once, it was definitely worth it.
We had a great stay at the Four Points. It was a last minute booking as a previous hotel had fallen through. Staff were so kind and attentive and really helped us get what we needed. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the microwave and fridge were great touches. We were near a lift which was quite noisy throughout the night. And for the price of the rooms I think it should include breakfast to compensate for having such a tiny swimming pool. Otherwise a great stay in good location. I’d definitely recommend.
Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.
Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled. Nonetheless, looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.
Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.
Well run, the rooms were ready for us, clean. Although small the rooms were, we were busy all weekend and we were there to sleep in them not host a party etc.
Didn't sleep all night, reasons:
1. The toilet fan couldn't be turned off for the first time
2. The refrigerator was very noisy, and it was still a high-frequency noise. I realized it when I went to sleep. I moved it out and found that the power supply was sealed inside and couldn't be turned off.
3. The pillow made noise when sleeping on the side, and I don't know where it came from.
The parking fee was waived the next morning, but it was the first time for a business traveler to stay in such a quiet town with a room with an excessive noise index, room 336!
We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous.
However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly.
Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

DdonostigorGreat location. Gentle staff. This hotel has known better times. Our humidity smelling room and noise air conditioning machine made the stay less pleasant. If you stay one night this may be a great spot but for a longer time you can choose others. Needs renovation or at least better maintenance.

CCrAzYd426This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪
I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet….
I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊
Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻
I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉

BBrett HohnWe had traveled from Australia, we should’ve booked a previous night. Staff were very understanding great service.
We didn’t have the breakfast next door but we really loved the coffee machine in the foyer.
Close to everything
Good quality hotel
GGuest UserPlace is located at the Main Street. Staffs are so friendly and fast in their service. Room is clean and the amenities are pretty complete (especially as family of four, the mini fridge, plates, spoons, knife, cups, microwave, are very helpful). The only unpleasant thing is we can hear our neighbors talking and they are pretty loud, but not during the night.
MM391544****The location is very convenient, with many Chinese restaurants nearby, and across the street is T&T Supermarket, the largest Asian supermarket. The room was reasonably clean and tidy, but the facilities were basic; they didn't even provide slippers. Although the front desk downstairs offers 24-hour service, they often don't answer the phone, and their attitude is quite poor and dismissive. I booked a shuttle service to the airport and waited in the lobby, but no one informed me when the car arrived, so I missed my scheduled shuttle and had to wait another half hour for the next one.
CchiwaiFriendly staff. Pet friendly. We have a dog staying with us and with a balcony where it was easy for us to let the dog out late at night was excellent. However, next room was having the renovation of pipe work til 9pm and workers are quite noisy.
GGuest UserMy friend and I stayed here together. We had a total of four large suitcases, so the room felt quite cramped. But it wasn't a problem! It was small, but there was a fan, so we were able to sleep comfortably.
It was easy to access various places, including Canada Place and Robson Street.
There was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. (Thankfully, we were able to manage with the help of other guests!)
Only the bare necessities were provided, and we had to bring many things ourselves, like shampoo and meals. If this sounds like a hassle, I recommend staying at a regular hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes, fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.
