The hotel is located in the centre of Mestia and is very cozy, with comfortable rooms. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. The hotel has a nice restaurant with variety of delicious food. The hotel somehow is being renovated so the sign and the name from the outside is not so obvious and the reception counter is not done renovated but the room we stayed was ok except you can hear people talking from the hallway.

We had a very nice stay here. It is a new and comfortable, modern hotel. The food is really good so we ate here most nights. The view from our room over the river to the Mestia towers is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The design is nice and the room is quiet except for the sound of the river :) As it is a new hotel, there are some small improvements they can make: for a 4 star hotel it needs a higher cleaning standard. Bathroom and floor were a bit shabby and didn’t feel properly cleaned after the previous guest. Room listed a tv but it was missing (just a bracket on the wall). Bedside lamps are needed - only one main ceiling light which is too bright for relaxing and reading in the evening. Otherwise a great stay! I would stay here again.

I had a bit of trouble finding it because there was no hotel sign or information sign. There is no TV, refrigerator, water, cup, or slippers in the room. Shampoo and shower gel are available. You can borrow a hair dryer by asking the front desk. Morning breakfast was okay. It's a bit far from the center.
