"Close to the airport, I always stay here for my layovers, and I've been here many times. The rooms are good. The front desk service is inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, but other times they're very strict about check-in times, refusing to let me check in before 3 PM even if there are available rooms, and even though I'm a Wyndham Diamond member. The restaurant food is decent, but a bit pricey by local standards."

"The hotel is located in the heart of Santiago, and is convenient for travel. However, I have to complain that you can't expect breakfast abroad. After staying for 6 days, the breakfast is exactly the same. After communicating with the front desk, I was told that the hotel breakfast is fixed for a period of time (it may change due to seasonal changes). It is really simple and can't be simpler. It can't be compared with China. The dining environment is good. There are floor-to-ceiling windows on the 17th floor. It's nice to enjoy the scenery outside the window. The freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juice is not bad👍 Overall, it's good, but the difference between domestic and foreign hotels is too big. I can only say that the service and breakfast of domestic hotels are too good."

"The hotel is in a bustling area, really lively, and very close to the attractions – you can just walk there. Especially convenient for getting to the Central Market, where you can enjoy seafood and a wide variety of fruits."

"This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points."

"Breakfast is average, Ctrip's evaluation is not consistent; the room is really big enough for four people, and there is a living room. Although the facility is a bit old, it is well protected, but the shower head of the bathtub is not movable, which is not very good. The attitude of the front desk staff was really good and it did not discriminate against the Chinese at all."

"I stayed here in Chile. The surrounding area has some safety issues, but the hotel's security is excellent. As long as you don't go out at night, there's no problem. The rooms were also very clean, and considering the price, it was an excellent value for money hotel. The front desk staff were also friendly, so I highly recommend it."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Arrivals at Terminal 1. To get to Departures at Terminal 2, you just need to cross a sky bridge and take an elevator up and down—it only takes a few minutes, super convenient! It's the best choice for layovers in Santiago."
