The location of this hotel is very good, in the center of the trading center, very close to the train station, less than 500 meters, the general environment is also good, very quiet. There's a good steakhouse downstairs. It's tight this time. I didn't come to try it. I will go again next time.

The hotel is far from the train station, the traffic is not particularly convenient, the environment is good, and there is a lake with a good view on the side. The hotel facilities are a bit old, the room is in general health, the key is that no one comes to clean for 3 days, this is unacceptable, not to mention the service

Very comfortable bed, nice room with a good shower and lovely amenities. Surprisingly cheap nearby parking, only 2€ per day (yes, only 2.00€ for 24 hours). Very friendly staff. Tasty Belgium Affligem beer available at the bar. Delicious breakfast.

This Hotel is placed in the middle of Highways and Fastfood Restaurants. But as soon as you arrived at the entrance, you know you will enter a whole other universe. The only negative Thing was that skipping the room cleaning only worked on 1 of 3 days. Now to the good things. The smooth white floor, the luxurious lounge, no matter what you look at, you won't expect it to be there, but it is. The stylish bar inviting you to drink an old scotch with a good friend or the restaurant serving you high class french cuisine, the wellness area with pool, fitness center and sauna, no matter where you are in that hotel, you will be astonished. Now to my room. A comfy Bed, a rain shower, a separated WC room, and a big TV screen, I had everything I needed and even more.

The room we were given was one for people with a disability, which meant it was very spacious. The decor was nice, the beds comfortable, although a little soft. The bathroom was also spacious and had everything a disabled person would need. It didn't bother us we were staying in this room. We didn't have breakfast but had a coffee which was good. Because this room is on the ground floor just behind reception and next to the breakfast room we did experience noise. There is a 24-hour coffee and tea making facility in the breakfast room which is great. However, when we were staying, there were people in there even in the middle of the night, as we could hear the chairs being used (scraping sound which was very audible in our room). That got worse when breakfast service really started in the morning. It made sleeping a little challenging. We would stay here again, but would definitely ask for a room on a higher floor and further away from the breakfast room. Check in and out was quick and easy and staff were friendly.

The pictures in my review should actually say enough. Some details: When I enter the room I felt a strong smell between (to) old air conditioning and body fluids. On the daily deck of the made bed, several dry white spots were (particularly ugly when you think about which body fluids it might actually smell). The window was very drunk so you could not enjoy the view of the parking lot ... On the seat, table and night table were Krümel and Dreck. Other smiling points were on the garden and in the bathroom on the tiles. The spider with spider net was not missing, of course. Emotion showed the room after 5 minutes stay more hygienic shortcomings than it was square meters large. The reception was friendly and helpful to respond to our concerns and reviewed the room. We received another, equivalent room and free breakfast. After a little bit of snake, we are then betrayed that the other rooms probably don't look really better. The breakfast of a ugly hotel, which was just a bitch in the first impression, we have naturally had to reject and wonder if there was the possibility of cancelling out of custom in such a case. We were given a number and assured us there of help. The lady on the phone referred to an email address. So far, I write back and back with the support that either answers the emails with copy/paste texts a la ad brochure or claims false statements. For example, the staff at the reception probably was asked for a wrong booking, because in his statement, a woman is the speech that checked in to my booking. I am just quite sure a man ... This is the way the service online is equal to the service on the site. All in all my biggest hotel failure to date. Cheap hotels on Malle and other bed and breakfast Eskakades included.

The booked room was supposed to be available in the early afternoon, but unfortunately this was not the case, as they had not yet made up the beds. We had to wait a total of one and a half hours in the reception hall until we could go to the room. The time we had to spend waiting for the room to be made available was sweetened with complimentary cappuccinos. The accommodations were very spacious and had a large bathroom with a double rain shower, a bathtub, and double sink vanities, though one had a clogged drain. The toilet was in a separate small room. It was nice to have two separate bedrooms, as this was a family accommodation. In one place the wallpaper had visibly come off the wall and in another place the cladding on the headboard of the bed was slightly damaged. Furthermore, the remote control of the TV was so dirty that we did not use it. All these problems could have been fixed by the room service before handing over the room to the guests. It was not easy to find a free parking space in the parking lot in front of the hotel, as this hotel is a popular conference hotel. There were several events held there, so the parking spaces were quite filled by the company employees who attended. The evening meal in the hotel restaurant was excellent, as you can read in my separate review. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The selection of cold and hot dishes was impressive and one wished that there was such a good choice elsewhere. It was very positive that after mentioning the above shortcomings, an apology was made for the inconveniences and a price reduction of about 13% was subsequently refunded. It can be assumed that in the current situation, this hotel also has staffing problems, like everywhere else in Europe, and that in normal times no problems would have occurred.

4,5 so let’s start here, nobody’s perfect +0,5 EV charge : supercharger is good (when working, available and without suv charging badly parked during long time), but having in addition plenty of low power T2 chargers to charge over night at a fair price is better -1 outdated rooms : this hotel needs an urgent modernization apart the flashy lobby. Unpleasant carpets, absent decoration (ugly walls and ceiling), old worn chairs and table, many broken things (like the hot water in shower) unacceptable for such a room rate. -1 : no AC nor proper ventilation, prehistoric TV set, oldest elevator I’ve seen in comparable hotels. -1 not family friendly : absolutely nothing for kids inside or around the hotel. In the rooms you have sink with dual tap, so kids can be in danger with hot water when not used to. Also note that there is no lock to avoid children going out. Outside is a water lake/marina without protections nor barriers. -0,5 smoke : thanks to an other century architecture with concourses rear the rooms you can enjoy the smoke from your neighbor on its terrasse. Time to be 21th century and smoke free. 1 ,5 is a fair evaluation regarding rooms situations and the lake of ventilation , I can’t imagine here with hot temperatures, etc.
