I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also a big plus—conveniently situated close to everything you need, which made exploring the area very easy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Special thanks to Tim and the team for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The hotel facilities are complete and the hygiene is excellent. I booked a river view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in both the room and bathroom offered an unobstructed view of the North Bund, including all its attractions. Coincidentally, a navy ship was visiting Shanghai and open for tours, but I couldn't get a reservation. Still, seeing it from afar through the window was quite gratifying. The hotel's exterior windows were spotless, which was perfect for enjoying the views, allowing me to appreciate the beauty of Shanghai both day and night. The staff were all very polite, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. Before check-in, they called to confirm my itinerary and ask about any special requirements. All the services were excellent, making for a very satisfying and pleasant stay.

Overall, I had a very satisfying stay. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and attentive, and even helped me store my luggage. The room was comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was plentiful, and the location was very convenient, close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, making shopping and dining easily accessible!

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. It's convenient, and the service attitude is excellent. I was traveling with two kids and booked two rooms, and luckily, the hotel staff arranged connecting rooms for us. Although it's a bit old, it's comfortable to stay in, and any requests were handled promptly. That's why we extended our stay in the same rooms, postponing our other plans. We stayed an extra day in Shanghai. The value for money at this price is really great!

Lucy at the front desk and Chu Jun in the restaurant were very welcoming. Seeing that I had three kids, they gave each child a gift. The restaurant staff, especially the auntie making wontons and rice noodles, also provided excellent service. The restaurant offers both Chinese and Western cuisine, and there are quite a few foreign guests staying at the hotel. The downside is that the hotel facilities are a bit old; you have to pull a string behind the sink to drain it. It seems like the rooms are separated by panels, which makes them a bit noisy.

Excellent location. 5 minute walk through shopping mall to subway. Breakfast is well stocked with variety. Gym is modern and large. Powerful shower. Beds very comfortable. Only issue is rooms are not supplied with air conditioning however believe this is country wide and not just this hotel..

Stayed at the Radisson Blu with a friend, and a big shoutout to Oliver for his incredible patience and for answering all our questions during check-in. Our experience was fantastic! He fulfilled our request for a high floor and a quiet room, and even upgraded us, which was amazing – the views and ambiance were superb. We also dined at the revolving restaurant on the 45th floor; the staff there were so warm and friendly, and their service was excellent. The scenery and food were both wonderful. I'll definitely be bringing my parents here next time!

The cleaning was very sloppy. When I first walked in, I found food residue on the mirror and table. I called the service center, and the floor manager came. He had a good attitude and immediately arranged for cleaning to be redone. After all, it's a hotel that's been around for over a decade, so the decor and facilities are old and the damage is quite noticeable. However, on the bright side, the location is really good, the river view is truly beautiful, and the bedding is also excellent – I slept very comfortably.

This hotel is on Nanjing Road, so the location offers amazing value for money. The room was clean and spacious, with good attention to hygiene details, just a bit old, but no other issues! Our stay exceeded expectations, highly recommended! The hotel offers great value for money. The room had large windows, providing plenty of natural light, and the cozy, elegant old Shanghai decor really set the mood, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The amenities were thoughtfully curated, featuring a full set of Herborist toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and soap were all provided, gentle and effective. They also thoughtfully included glass wipes and a vanity kit with makeup remover pads, cotton swabs, and hair ties – truly exceptional attention to detail. Our room was equipped with a safe and a mini-fridge, and bottled water was complimentary and unlimited. The location was convenient and felt secure. All the staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Shanghai!
