GGuest UserThe hotel's renovation is quite impressive, they spared no expense, practically a complete tear-down and rebuild. There's absolutely no hint of an old hotel, which shows the owner's generosity. For a 22-story building, having 5 elevators is excellent, and it doesn't seem to be shared with office spaces.
Back in the room, the amenities are perfectly adequate. While the original room size couldn't be changed, everything else you'd expect is there. The only thing missing is an indicator panel in the elevators.
Breakfast: For the price, it really has everything you could ask for, including several live cooking stations for things like noodles and fried dough sticks, and it all tastes delicious. I'd even say it's better than the Yiwu Marriott. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be with the staff themselves; the training seems lacking. In just half an hour of dining, I saw the same man and woman chatting privately, pushing and pulling each other around.
Housekeeping did a good job overall, though I think they should pay more attention to checking the sofa in the future. Providing 4 bottles of Nongfu Spring water helps reduce the need for refills, which is a big plus. The teapots and cups are both attractive and high quality, and even the coffee cups at breakfast are excellent.
The front desk staff also deserve praise; the concierge on WeChat was always responsive to requests.
The delivery robot for takeout is incredibly fast, whether it's due to the order system or the robot's speed, I'm not sure. Either way, it was faster than I expected.
Given its proximity to Yiwu Tiandi, if they just improve the breakfast service staff a bit, this hotel, in every other aspect, offers great value. Even at a price point ¥50-¥150 lower than the Marriott, it would still be very much worth staying at.

From the warm and attentive check-in at the front desk, to the housekeeping staff who promptly responded to requests and kept the room spotless during my stay, even the restaurant staff were meticulous, proactively recommending dishes and refilling tea and water. The entire experience was top-notch, and I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The service is very, very, very good. The brothers are very handsome and the sisters are also very beautiful. They have a strong sense of service. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. A care package is provided every day, which is a canvas cosmetic bag that can be taken away. The toiletries are lelabo, and there are enough drinks. The restaurant is not big, so make reservations in advance. The food is very delicate and the taste is good. Afternoon tea and hot spring bath are also provided. It is very, very, very comfortable!

The client was very satisfied with their stay. The room was very clean, and although the facilities were a bit dated, they were all well-maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and the service was excellent; everyone greeted them when they passed by.

MM519204****My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Jiaxing was absolutely wonderful! Rita at the front desk was incredibly efficient and welcoming during check-in. She had a constant smile and patiently answered all my questions. The breakfast the next day was an even bigger surprise – so many varieties, fresh ingredients, and both Chinese and Western options. The freshly ground coffee and made-to-order pastries were especially outstanding. Next time I'm in Jiaxing, I'll definitely choose this place again!

JJaslyfeI read reviews of this place before choosing it for my partners’ birthday. I asked if they could decorate the room and they said no. Ok no problem, but they didn’t even go out their way to give a birthday cupcake to say the least. Only upon check out they said “oh happy birthday.” I have stayed at many five star hotels and this sort of don’t care treatment we have never experienced. This hotel is not exactly five star quality or fashion designer level in my opinion.
Some things were included in the stay and I wasn’t given any details upon arrival which was a bit disappointing. The phone in the room doesn’t work for outgoing calls so I had to reach out to trip everytime I needed to get in touch with someone within the hotel about a query. Also since when a welcome fruit is given after 7pm? It should already be in the room to welcome me, that’s the point.
The cocktail set was terrible, minus the fries. Displayed were wings, fries and drinks. We were told two drinks and fries. Only when I showed what was displayed on trip then we were asked “you want wings?” At this point, I figured it can only be either or, but to our surprise we received both, the wings were terrible, no wonder he was pushing strictly for fries. Also I asked for a few minutes to choose our drinks he brought a menu and basically had us choose from a handful of drinks compared to the list on the QR code.
The aesthetics of the dining area is cute but when you are trying to enjoy a cocktail set you will be blinded by flashing lights and people hovering over you to get their most instagrammable shot, so you can’t really enjoy the ambiance. And the music is played extremely loud you can barely have a conversation. It was pretty annoying to be honest.
The hotel offered western and Chinese breakfast. I guess western to them means USA and a USA breakfast means cereal. As there was nothing else there categorized as western breakfast. So, the breakfast was a very disappointing, all the Chinese food was room temperature or cold.
The room might be my favourite part of the entire stay although the bathtub was not washed out after the previous guest. The bed in itself was perfect.
A minibar was included and it was strictly two bottles of water (which can be found in the hallways of the hotel) and one can of Coca Cola and a sprite. Not quite what I was expecting when I read minibar included.
Overall, this hotel can work on a few things. The price isn’t bad but even for such a price, and lower, I have received better quality of service.

GGuest Userhad a great stay here. The staff were consistently friendly, and the receptionist Alex stood out, he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, answered every question, and handled any issue quickly.
Unfortunately, I became sick right before arriving, so my entire six-day trip ended up being spent inside the hotel. But honestly, that wasn’t too bad. The room had 500 English movies and a full kitchen, so I was able to rest comfortably.
The hotel is modern, the gym is solid, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. My only criticism is that the hotel should consider adding a food-delivery robot. The elevators are fast, but when you’re sick, getting up and down to pick up food is difficult.
Besides that, I’d definitely stay here again.

Public areas are clean and tidy, the elevators run smoothly, and the hallways are quiet and neat. GGuest UserOur stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages.
There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe.
We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special.
Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning.
Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids.
Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences.
