This hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations! Not only were the views from the window stunning and pleasant, but the service was also incredibly thoughtful and memorable. From the warm and attentive check-in at the front desk, to the housekeeping staff who promptly responded to requests and kept the room spotless during my stay, even the restaurant staff were meticulous, proactively recommending dishes and refilling tea and water. The entire experience was top-notch, and I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

Traveling to Huzhou with my parents, our stay at the Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort was filled with warmth and delightful surprises. A special thank you goes to our thoughtful and attentive butler, Lucy, who provided meticulous care and concern from check-in to check-out. Upon learning that we were traveling with elderly parents and celebrating a family birthday, Lucy proactively upgraded us from a Lake View Family Room to a spacious Lake View Suite, ensuring my parents had a more comfortable and relaxing stay. What was even more touching was that she specially prepared a birthday cake and decorated the room beautifully. The surprise and warmth in that moment deeply moved my family. Lucy's dedication and professionalism added a special touch to our Huzhou trip, leaving us with a profound and wonderful impression of the Sheraton Huzhou.

Excellent! The room was spotless and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was also top-notch. The computer provided was incredibly responsive and smooth to use, with fast internet, good specifications, and excellent keyboard and mouse. The screen was also perfectly clear. I'll definitely be returning!

Room is clean and spacious. The staffs are extremely nice and helpful. A staff offered to show us to local restaurants and even took us walking to near-by 7-11. Also asked a female staff to help sending some postage. She was very nice even though she was busy with other guess and other errands. Both of them gave me great experience at the hotel ✨

The room was quite clean and quiet, and the view from the window was the Public Security Bureau, which gave a great sense of security. The second-floor platform is perfect for photos, especially at night when the lights are on. It's also very close to the exit of the pedestrian street. The hotel even helped us buy tickets, and we could freely enter and exit until 5 AM the next day. When the hairdryer broke, they quickly sent someone to fix it. We were so tired on the first day that we slept until almost check-out time around 11 AM, but when we asked if we could extend our stay, they let us check out at 2 PM. This hotel is really good!

Given my long-standing fondness for Shangri-La, I chose it for my trip to Ningbo. The stay began on a wonderfully warm note, thanks to the proactive involvement of Guest Relations Manager Anna. She reached out in advance to inquire about our needs, upgraded our room, arranged for our preferred pillows, and even sent up a heater. On the day of check-in, the lobby was packed with conference attendees, with long queues and crowded elevators. Just as I was starting to regret my choice, Ms. Bi, Director of Housekeeping, personally escorted us to the executive floor for check-in. This allowed us to avoid the bustling conference crowd, and the hotel further upgraded us to an Executive Twin Suite, making our check-in exceptionally comfortable. Mr. Chen Shengnan, Manager of the Horizon Club, warmly assisted us with the formalities and introduced us to the surrounding area. His proactive greetings every time we met made us feel truly welcomed and refreshed. The service from these three individuals, while seemingly ordinary, revealed the consistently high service standards and professional dedication upheld by Shangri-La. Our two-day stay was superb. The restaurant boasted a beautiful ambiance with expansive views, fresh ingredients, and a wide variety of dishes. Both Chinese and Western cuisines maintained excellent quality. Room cleaning was meticulous, and amenities were replenished promptly. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even providing a power strip, which conveniently addressed the issue of most room outlets being three-pronged. Anna personally delivered items we had sent via express delivery to our room. In summary, this experience in Ningbo has once again deepened our affection and approval for Shangri-La. We hope to have many more wonderful encounters in the near future.

Visiting the Giraffe Manor for a photo shoot in winter was absolutely worth it! Fewer crowds, stunning scenery, and soft lighting made for 100% amazing photos. The bamboo forest, shrouded in mist, felt like a fairytale wonderland – every shot looked like a wallpaper. The photography team was professional and efficient, with a great eye for composition and aesthetics, making it easy to get gorgeous pictures without any effort. The animal interactions were gentle and fun, creating lively and story-filled images. The park itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a relaxed visit. Our accommodation was cozy and elegant, with fantastic views, providing a warm and peaceful stay during winter. The service was thoughtful and attentive, with friendly staff. Overall, it was a quiet and healing escape from city noise, perfect for relaxation and capturing beautiful photos. Highly recommended for anyone who loves photography and nature.

They upgraded my room, but it was incredibly noisy. I wish they hadn't upgraded it; there were so many AC units outside, making it really hard to get a peaceful night's sleep. The noise was just unbearable. The service was good, and the location was convenient for getting around. The pillows weren't comfortable, and breakfast was very mediocre.

Our experience at Wuzhen Tong'an Inn was absolutely fantastic! As soon as we arrived at the scenic area, a staff member proactively came to help with our luggage and guided us through the check-in process with great care and warmth, instantly washing away the fatigue of our journey. The inn itself is nestled within the Xizha Scenic Area, exuding a rich ancient江南 (Jiangnan) charm. Right outside, you're greeted by picturesque water town scenery: winding cobblestone paths, traditional乌篷船 (Wupeng boats) rowing by, and clear waters reflecting white walls and black tiles. Every step feels like a poetic scene from江南, and every photo you take turns out stunning. Staying inside the scenic area was incredibly convenient; we could leisurely stroll and admire the beautiful water town, and when we got tired, we'd simply return to the inn to rest. This delightful江南 trip was made even more wonderful by Tong'an Inn's thoughtful service. I highly recommend it!
