Good place and service. A good location, close to the downtown and restaurants, a few minutes from airport. Excellent people and roons. Very good. The roons are very confortable and they have a excellent shower. Amenities are good. Isn’t a best price, but the experience, is very good.

Pros: Good location, reasonable breakfast, room and clean bathroom! Contra: Before I went, I asked for a late checkout for booking, and they confirmed that yes, they would give me the requested mimo. On the day of going, when I spoke of this request, the attendant was discharged and treated me as if I was putting on this mimo had been granted, and said that it was not possible to do so. Super badly educated attendants, especially Marcia, one of the receptionists who, whenever any question or request was made, answered grossly and with bad will. I asked for the tax note and she didn't want to give me, she treated me badly for I asked for it, and I saw her badly treating other people she attended before me, as if we were asking for a favor. Another receptionist, Ed Carlos, even had a better wish, but it seemed not to know the hotel's procedures completely ... The hotel does not have a parking, the car of the clients are exposed in a region of the city that is not so safe, The breakfast is up to 9 a.m. but if it comes 8:20, you have a number of things left at the coffee table, so we have to ask for everything.
