The hotel’s price/performance ratio is relatively high, which is not a choice for travelers who enjoy the hotel. The room smells of an old house, not a bad smell. Passengers who are not sensitive to taste can ignore it. The location of the hotel itself is okay, there is no close commercial area, but the city is very small and it is easy to reach the commercial area. In addition, when you take a taxi or drive to find a hotel, drive slowly, it is not particularly obvious that you can find it.

Love the room, Love the bed, love the toilet, love the furniture, love the room layout, most importantly love the strategic location; 15 mins drive to Oriocenter - largest shopping center in Bergamo.

The restaurant in the hotel tastes good, and the room is OK.

Beautiful structure excellent position, a plausible to Samuele who with his discretion and education can create a great relationship with customers? We spent 1 hour talking with him and it is a great company and a great example of relationship with guests!!! Bravissimo

Amzing hotel for our 3 nights including breakfast 10 min walk to metro and we got a 3 day travel card There is also a shuttle bus to the metro at certain times so used that wen leaving Was clean room cleaned daily Would highly recommend if you want to be out of the city and don’t mind a 15 min metro and a short walk

Road to the hotel was a little weird, but the hotel itself is huge and has a nice parking lot where you can left your car. Rooms looked nice and clean, where you have everything you wanted from a hotel room. Given that it’s far from city center, we hoped that it will have a nice restaurant, the restaurant was nice but it didn’t have many options, and lots of things in their menu (including pizza) was unavailable. Phone in our room was not working so had to ask for room service to our room from reception, and had to go down again for them to pick up the tray, lost the meaning of the room service (which I paid ten euros for). Overall it was clean and as expected.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel on the and had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless and elegantly decorated, with a stunning view of the sea from our private balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breakfast with such a breathtaking panorama was magical.

Hotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.

Bathroom was mouldy, could’ve used some exit mould. The shuttle does not operate on weekends nor does the laundry service both of which would’ve been good to know prior to booking. Location is way way way out of reach of public transport and with no shuttle service operating on the weekend it made it a costly stay due to Ubers. Which by the way were difficult to secure due to being so out of the way. The mini fridge…well what can I say, it wasn’t a fridge, it was a box with a light that kept your water at room temp. Personally I think they should remove the word fridge and replace it with “a warm box with a light”.
