Only stayed for one night because of an early flight from Narita. Arrived late and left early but the free shuttle really helps! Room was decent as well and timing of the busses covers enough for a late arrival and early departure from the hotel. Good for the price!

This was our very first family trip, and Hilton Tokyo Bay was the hotel where we stayed the longest during our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel warm, relaxed, and truly at home.
Traveling with a child who is 100% energetic 24/7 isn’t easy, but choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes away from Disneyland, which is such a blessing after a full day of walking and playing. Coming back to an exceptionally clean room felt like heaven.
The housekeeping team truly touched our hearts. They thoughtfully prepared a towel cake and a card for my son, which made him incredibly happy after our long but fun day at Disneyland. Moments like these made our stay even more special.
Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist who assisted us went the extra mile by personally looking for my son to give him his birthday card. That gesture meant so much to us.
Despite traveling with plenty of luggage (1 XL, 2 L, and 2 R-sized bags), the room was still very spacious and gave my son plenty of space to play. The room was cleaned daily, the bathroom and bathtub were huge, and the view from our room was simply perfect. On our first night, we even managed to watch the Disneyland/DisneySea fireworks right from our room.
Another thing we loved was having two Lawson convenience stores located just below the hotel—perfect for our midnight konbini runs after showering from an activity-filled day. There was also a table and chairs by the large window, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks while taking in the view.
This stay made our first family trip truly unforgettable. 💖

The hotel is close to the Disney resort. And it is not expensive like Disney hotels. But that means you won't have the happy hour when you can enter the park 1 hour before it opens for everyone. If you forgot to buy something at the resort, the hotel has a Disney shop.
There are shuttle busses that you can use to get to the train stations for free. After the resort closes, you can return to the hotel from the Maihama station. This is convenient, but you may need to wait the bus.
Also there is a bus that goes straight to the airport.
The room is pleasant and comfortable, the colors are warm and relaxing. There is everything you may need. The internet has a high upload speed, so the pictures and videos will upload really fast!
The staff is friendly and ready to help. There are many services you can use. And there are 2 restaurants that are open late (until 22:30 or so).
If you come to the hotel in the evening and you need something, you don't need to go anywhere else. There are a 24-open convenience store, ATM and even the currency exchange machine! The laundry is OK, but most unoccupied machines were available after 11 PM.
If you have spare time and energy in the evening, you can visit various stores or just walk around. The hotel is spacious so you will walk a lot. It takes at least 48 seconds to reach the center of the corridor from a lift, and that is when you don't have luggage at all!
I don't regret that I chose this hotel. It was comfortable to stay there.
So convenient! Whenever I have an early flight from Narita, I always choose to stay at this hotel the night before. It's just one train stop from the airport, so I don't have to get up too early in the morning. The hotel is also very affordable. Highly recommended!
This is an excellent hotel for transfer both inbound and outbound. Shuttle bus schedule to the Narita/ ANA Crown Hotel is one the value-added services offered by the hotel. In-house facilities such as gym and restaurants are also available. Breakfast is one of the must you have no reason to miss.
Here I want to put down my special notes of hearty thanks to Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura who worked so hard to get back my biking bags in time from Yamato Express. Without their great enthusiasm and dedication on this, I might have to reschedule my flight, rebook my hotel fort my onward journey to Shanghai China. Thank you Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura for your combined support making my biking journey in Japan a true PERFECT one ! Thank you Japan !
I chose JAL Hotel for an overnight stay before transferring from Narita to Tahiti the next day. I didn't have high expectations, but I was very satisfied with my stay overall. The room's design was similar to an American inn from twenty years ago, with a lower ceiling, but the room size was quite good for Japan. Besides the usual amenities, the hotel also provided pajamas, a thoughtful touch of Japanese hospitality I've only encountered in luxury brands like Conrad, which shows the hotel's dedication to quality. I would definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Narita.
Great Location and Comfortable Stay
Hotel New Otani Makuhari was a perfect choice for attending an event at Makuhari Messe—it’s just a short walk away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to the exhibition hall.
This is a beautiful hotel right on the waterfront.
It's also great that Kamogawa Sea World is within walking distance.
When we arrived at Awa-Kamogawa Station, we were greeted by a minibus, left our luggage, and headed directly to Kamogawa Sea World to watch the killer whale show. We were greeted with seawater by the killer whales, and both my husband and I got soaked! It felt amazing!
The building has moved from the former Yoshidaya to a location adjacent to Kamogawa Sea World. Before the move, it was a popular inn, but it has now been demolished and replaced by the modern Yoshidaya building.
In the basement of the current building, there is a memory museum that brings back memories, and it was a nostalgic experience.
There are many baths, including a large open-air bath, three bathtubs, and a sauna. Soaking in the open-air bath while looking out at the ocean and listening to the sounds of the waves was incredibly relaxing.
For breakfast and dinner, a buffet of Japanese and Western dishes is served, with so many options that families with children can enjoy, it's almost impossible to finish them all. The food was also cooked right in front of us, so we enjoyed it piping hot.
Kamogawa city has lost much of its former charm and feels a bit deserted, but there are still lots of surfers and it feels the same as it did in the past. The coffee shop is gone, but in its place there is a single konbi restaurant in front of the station.
I chose Kamogawa Grand Hotel and it was a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.
I arrived quite late and just planned to stay here for one night before continuing my journey, but I ended up having an unexpectedly great experience.
First, the hotel's shuttle bus was free and punctual, in excellent condition, and drove smoothly. The driver also helped with luggage loading and unloading, offering very thoughtful service.
Second, the hotel environment was pleasant. The lobby was spacious, and there was a luggage delivery service available next to the front desk. The room itself was large, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a nice view. Although the facilities were a bit dated, it was clear that the room had been thoroughly cleaned.
The only downside was that the area around the hotel was quite deserted, with no other commercial facilities nearby except for a small convenience store on the hotel's first floor.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

[Transportation] From Haneda Airport, you can take Bus No. 6 directly to the hotel entrance. You need to buy tickets first at the self-service machine. Our 6:30 PM bus was full, so we had to wait for the 7:30 PM one. From the hotel to AEON Mall, there's a free shuttle bus service (the drop-off point is directly opposite the mall). You can eat, visit the supermarket, and there's also a small tax-free pharmacy, which is very convenient. The hotel front desk provides a timetable. It includes schedules for going to Land and Sea. There's also a timetable for buses from the hotel to the airport; just snap a photo of it in the lobby, make an online reservation in advance, and then simply scan the QR code to board the airport bus the next day – very convenient.
[Hotel] The room was very quiet. The hotel has its own restaurant. We checked in at 9:30 PM on our first night, and the restaurant still accommodated us and prepared four set meals. The service was excellent, and the food tasted good too.
Great value for money, no need to stay in the expensive city center. I'll definitely come again next time!

BBudget Solo TravelerOne of the most peaceful place I’ve been and there’s a seven eleven shop inside the hotel. They gave me a good room that I can look at Japan. I love the free sauna and transportation they provide. I have a free taxi ride also when they don’t have car going to hotel. Everything in my room is clean and the amenities were refill everyday. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

GGuest UserPros:
1. **Location:** Right downstairs from the Monorail's Bayside Station, it's only 300 yen to Disney's entrance. Rooms facing Disney offer direct views of the fireworks from the balcony.
2. **Free Shuttle:** The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to Maihama Station, running approximately every 20 minutes with a schedule. There's also a shuttle service to and from the Bayside monorail station. On the day we arrived, it was lightly raining when we finished up, and this 1-minute shuttle ride saved us from a 5-minute walk after getting off the monorail.
3. **Convenient Stores:** On the second floor, there are two small, basic convenience stores. While the selection is limited, it's enough to keep you from starving. The cafe on the second floor also has a good variety of bread. I highly recommend the curry bread! It's 400 yen and super delicious! I wanted to buy a couple more to take with me when checking out, but they only started selling them at 10 AM, so I missed out.
4. **Excellent Service:** As an older five-star hotel, the service is very well-appointed.
5. **Spacious Rooms:** The rooms are quite large, which is rare for this size in central Tokyo. For families with children, especially multiple children, it makes for a much more comfortable stay.
Cons:
**Dated:** The room's amenities are really old. While the exterior and lobby don't show their age much, stepping into the room felt like a time warp to the 90s. The yellowish desks and chairs felt older than me… that sense of age actually made me laugh.
