"For solo travelling, it is good enough. The name of this hotel could be new. I can find Hotel Moon in Naver maps but it is not the same address. The room is big and toilet & shower area are separated. Location is not the best but manageable. Additional items like toothbrush or stuff needs to be paid. Instructions on cleaning up the room is not informed and I was told that we need to deposit our card into a box only after they didnt clean up. Overall, it is still clean and located on higher floor if requested. It is very near to the airport."

"It was a pleasant stay. We stayed for 4 nights in March so the weather was perfect. The area felt more like a resort-style where you can drive up to the specific block/area to room. We stayed on the last floor (3rd floor) and there were no elevators. We had a good view of the ocean from our balcony. Pros: - It was a very quiet place & it was very relaxing. If you’relooking for a place outside of the city, this was a good spot. - You could jog along the coast and it was not very crowded - Room was huge and had a lot o space - Distance to many spots are quite convenient with a car - Relatively clean - There’s a local grocery nearby (near Paik coffee), we only found out about this on our last night. Otherwise, there are many convenience stores around Cons: - On the last night, the aircon was leaking and unfortunately my luggage was right below the aircon so it got a little wet… - on the first night, the aircon wasn’t very cold. But since the weather outside was quite chilly, it was relatively still bearable - On the last few nights, the shower drain was clogged so it took some time for the water to drain out.. It was fine the first few nights"

"Booked and stayed here last minute, and even had breakfast. The facilities were clean and spacious, though the room temperature was a bit too high, so I remember opening the window to air it out before sleeping. I had a really comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you! The breakfast buffet was also decent, but I was a little disappointed there was no fruit. I wished there had been some tangerines! 🍊"

"The hotel's location isn't great; it's far from the main attractions, and there aren't many dining options nearby. The room type was also quite disappointing. However, the pool definitely exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be too cold to swim, but to my surprise, the outdoor pool was heated. There seemed to be more Koreans than Chinese guests, suggesting it's mostly popular with locals on vacation."

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Shilla Duty Free Shop, and Lotte Duty Free is also about a 15-minute walk away. There are many restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Plus, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. The room isn't very spacious, and the single bed is a bit narrow at 1 meter.

First, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations. Now, for the pros: 1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance). 2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes. 3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English. 4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious. 5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport. Areas for improvement: 1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them). 2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.

The hotel was very clean. It's a shame we stayed for two nights and it was cloudy and hazy every day, so we didn't get to see the true beauty of Mount Lu. We stayed in a suite, which was perfect for a family with two kids. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was surprisingly quiet, which is great for light sleepers. Perhaps due to the climate, there were a lot of small flying insects at night, but the staff were constantly cleaning them out of the pool, and the water was very clean. The Ivory Brunch downstairs was delicious, and the supermarket had plenty of options. The changing rooms by the pool were also exceptionally clean, and they even had skincare products available. Highly recommend!

Jeju bus terminal stop-beware of the separate blue and green bus stop so you wont missed your bus. Naver map and Tmoney help your journey around Jeju. Mr. Peter, himself, messaged me first through trip.com about the time I will be there at their place, which I was hesitant to do that but luckily, he did and that was surprising. Also, he let me leave my luggage in advance. Staff speaks English well and hospitable. As soon as you check in, staff will provide the stuff you needed for your stay in the room plus the indoor slipper to switch with your outdoor shoes to be placed in the closet at the entrance. NO elevator but the girl staff offered to carry my luggage to the room. There is an area in the 2nd floor for dining—designated place to eat—with microwave, water dispenser, dishes and utensils, fridge and freezer, you can cook and wash your dishes. There is a small area designated for reading/relaxing in the 3rd floor, where the entrance to the rooftop(to watch Hallasan sunset and for 8pm projector movie night). 2nd floor for male guests while 3rd fl for females. Sleeping room(is really for sleeping, no room to stretch only in your bed—is very comfortable with one outlet and a lamp) is separate from the shower area with slippers(washbasin/sink and enclosed shower stalls-body wash & shampoo) from the toilet stalls and from the powder/mirror area with hairdryer. If you have a small to medium luggage, you can store it under the bunkbed. There are lockers in every room (a normal school backpack could fit). Walking distance to Yongduam Rock to Yeongyon Bridge to boardwalk for coastal walks—great cafes to watch waves & landing planes and local resto—to Jungang Shopping Street to Jungang Underground Mall to Dongmun Market. If you like mochi, next door of the Mir is delicious and affordable Jeju Mochi which is priced twice in the airport. Convenience stores (7-eleven next door), chicken&fries and local resto around the corner. Mr. Peter met him during the breakfast. He prepared the breakfast—egg sandwich which comes w/black coffee or orange juice. He is nice and approachable. The Mir Guesthouse’s is designed from the Yongduam Rock, it is cool, clean, and magnificent. Solo traveling is fun—meeting new faces, different nationalities, cultures, and witness the amazing nature’s wonder.

This place is honestly not as bad as the reviews make it seem. The room is your average Korean hostel room (no curtains tho). The bathroom is a bit messy but overall not dirty. The location is very convenient if you are planning to explore the island by bus. For the very little price paid, I would stay at this hostel again!

Good location, parking close by as well as some parking at the hotel. The rooms were clean (bathroom could do with a bit of renovation), comfortable and spacious. The cleaning is every 3 days but fresh water and towels given everyday. We had a kitchen in our room but no way of utalising it as there were no pots, pans or cutlery.

This is my second stay here! Funny, the reception from last year has been turned into a bar, haha. No need to worry about the rooms being old; the whole place has an 'old money' vibe. They also have a Chinese-speaking staff member—the same one as last time—who is very friendly. He specifically gave us the last sea-view room, and even though the weather wasn't great, I'm still grateful. When we left, I told him, 'I'll be glad to meet you next time!' The Parnas next door is more modern, but I prefer this place. Every corner is stylish and Instagram-worthy.

The hotel environment was just okay, to be honest. We were assigned a ground-floor room, and you could walk straight out to the outside from the balcony door, which meant privacy was a bit lacking. There were tons of tour groups every day, making check-in a slow process. On our second day, nothing in the room was replenished. I'm pretty sure they only vacuumed the floor and made the bed. Nothing else was wiped down; stains on the mirror and dust on the desk were still there after housekeeping. I had to disinfect and wipe the toilet seat myself, or you'd better bring your own toilet cover, otherwise, you'll find it's dirty even after a quick wipe. Breakfast options were very limited, not much to choose from. Some staff were friendly, but others seemed annoyed by Chinese tourists. Besides being close to the theme park and water park, I generally wouldn't recommend it.

Unexpectedly good! Shilla was too expensive, so I switched to Josun. The doorman was super enthusiastic. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a fresh orange fragrance. The lobby is exquisite and grand. There were hardly any Chinese tourists, mostly Koreans. The room was much better than expected, super clean and French-inspired. And the pool is heated, so you can swim all year round! Overall, a super unexpected experience, though the hotel is a bit of a distance from the main road.
