"The hotel was nice, but when I made the reservation, I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator, yet they assigned me one right in front of it, which was noisy in the morning. I checked in later than planned so I just used the room, but it was annoying that my request wasn't honored. I booked the hot spring + spa package, but the spa water was too cold, so I didn't even use it after paying. The germanium hot spring water was great, though. I'd only recommend the spa for families with children."

Why didn't they say so earlier? It's such a hassle for such a small amount of money, making things awkward between friends. The app showed breakfast was included, but there wasn't any. The owner said they don't provide breakfast on rest days, so just write ”no breakfast”... What a speechless hotel. The surrounding area was very desolate at night; a girl couldn't walk around alone there. It's far from the city center. The only good thing was that it was clean. That's the only advantage."

My late-born child and I were completely satisfied with our hanok trip, including Gyeonggijeon, Jeondong Catholic Church, and all the great restaurants. We booked a room with a terrace, and the natural light and atmosphere were superb. The children also really loved the terrace. The room condition was clean, and I believe there was nothing to complain about regarding the service. While the location isn't entirely perfect—since it is about a 20-30 minute drive from major tourist attractions in Jeonju—I consider its location in the Innovation City commercial district, with well-equipped amenities nearby, to be a strong point. If you are planning a comfortable and relaxing family trip, I highly recommend considering this accommodation."
