We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the residence. It truly felt like a home away from home, the property was very tidy and well-decorated with everything we needed. There's also a bus available to take you to and from the Haram. I highly recommend it.

This business hotel is perfect for business trips! The location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, the desks and chairs are spacious and comfortable, and the internet speed is incredibly fast, making document processing a breeze. The front desk service is warm and efficient; check-in and check-out are smooth, and the breakfast is varied and nutritious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel is very good to stay but when I got there I have been told that there is no room available despite the fact that i have booked in the room from the UK, kinda struggle for nearly an hour then i have got the room. I would tell the hotel management please don’t booked in people if you don’t have room available. I was tired and wanted to sleep but I have been surprised with no room available. Overall my stay wasn’t that bad apart from the early surprised.

The TV was out of order and required a technician, who was only available in the morning. My reservation included breakfast, yet I was asked to pay for one person's breakfast, as they insisted the booking only covered one. This charge was upheld even after reviewing the bill. Furthermore, the parking was very cramped, and the lower levels were closed for maintenance.

If you come to Taif, do not pass by this hotel. If you are a guest of good taste, enter on time and leave at the specified time. They take a refundable deposit of 500 from you at the same time when you leave. If everything is fine, I was late to leave and did not take anything from the room.... I will repeat the experience.

A very simple and nice hotel. Collaborators are very passing and thankful for the late Czech Otta, they allowed us to leave at 4 p.m. without paying any increase 😊😊. Just to disturb me, Shoi, that when I ask for something, they're late once. But honesty has been back to him again and again.

I arrived early in the morning, but I was able to use the business center, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious. There was a supermarket nearby that was open 23 hours, which made it convenient for buying souvenirs.

I arrived before 2pm (start of checkin) and they let me enter my room. I was so lucky and thankful as my journey to Jeddah was tiring :-) In between my stays I often asked the reception to send the housekeeping into my room to set it up a little bit when I’m off in the city and the housekeeping did an excellent job! Everything was clean and well equipped. And I got my water and coffee daily. The area around this Ibis hotel is okayish. Could be better and without a car it can be dangerous, too as there is a highway with lots of traffic next to it. But I somehow managed it to walk some distances although Jeddah isn’t a walkable city. The closest supermarket is as Danube and about a 20 minute walk. The closest bus stop to get to the historic city center of Jeddah was also a 20 minute walk. Unfortunately on my last day the reception called me at around 11:30am and was asking why I didn’t check out. I told them that when I checked in I asked for a late checkout and the receptionist agreed to 1:30pm. I told him to type it into the system, but he didn’t. Otherwise no one would have called me before. Please update your staff especially when I did give a notice to do so and to avoid the calls when I need some proper rest before a long journey. All in all my experience was nice. I even visited the gym, which was well equipped. 5 stars goes to the excellent housekeeping!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The biggest advantage is the staff at the front desk – they are genuine sweethearts, always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was especially pleased to find a separate, well-equipped fitness room for women – a thoughtful and much-appreciated feature. The breakfast offered a good variety, and while the selection was similar each day, it was more than sufficient to start the morning. The hotel’s location is convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay

GGuest UserWe stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

GGULREZ SADIQ HUSSIAN SHAPOOI had a pleasant stay at Sunday Jeddah Hotel in Al-Rehab, Jeddah. The hotel’s location is very convenient, especially for visitors to the nearby Philippine Consulate General, Jeddah, which is just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a restful stay. The staff were polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and overall good service throughout my visit. Considering the affordability and proximity to key offices and services, this hotel is a practical and reliable choice for travelers with appointments in this area. I would recommend Sunday Hotel Jeddah to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and convenient stay in Al-Rehab.

VVina TriLa Reve Hotel Taif is a comfortable and modern place to stay in Taif. The hotel is known for its clean rooms, elegant design, and well-equipped facilities, making it suitable for both short stays and family trips. The staff are friendly and responsive, and the location is fairly convenient for accessing the city center and nearby attractions.
