Hotel is in good location to airport which was purpose of our stay. Customer service needs improvement, no one said hello or helped with bags when checking in. Only during checkout the reception was nice when we requested taxi service.
Interior is a bit dated but everything is clean and was good enough for the stay. Even though on main street, rooms are quiet.

The hotel is a big brand, but maybe it's old, the facilities are a bit old, the hotel is large, and there are many choices of room floors and orientations. The service attitude is very good, and there is a restaurant for dinner. The breakfast is very rich, and I have to praise the breakfast. The location is close to the airport, but the surrounding area does not seem to be very prosperous. There are not many places to eat out.

I didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated.
The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside.
The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.

We booked this car hotel because of the spa/wellness area. The reception at the hotel was extremely friendly. We were over an hour early and were even allowed into the room. The rooms were very large. There was even an espresso machine. We had a great view and I have to admit, I haven't slept so well in a long time. The bed was phenomenal. The staff were very friendly. There was almost too much choice for breakfast :)
You can also just book the wellness area for a few hours. So I can recommend it

Very satisfied stay experience, good environment and good service. Breakfast is on the top floor, you can overlook the entire city and the snowy mountains in the distance, and there are many breakfast options. There is a restaurant downstairs that looks good. A ten-minute walk from the hotel to the castle for sightseeing.

The hotel is opposite Kayseri Bus Station. The decoration is very elegant and very nice. But no one at the front desk or restaurant can speak English. The most important thing is that the meal charge cannot be posted on the room account. Other hotels can charge it on the room account and settle the bill uniformly when checking out. But if he dines here once, you will settle the bill. I asked him to issue an invoice once, but the restaurant was not open yet, so I asked the front desk to do it when I checked out in the morning. However, the invoice could not be issued for a long time, and the service was very poor!

Mom needs to know that the hotel is on a very busy street. The hotel is very central.
The rooms are spacious, very well equipped and clean. The service is good. Breakfast buffet might be a little more lovely, but is perfectly enough for a 3-Sterne hotel. For the transit, the hotel is well recommended.

The gym is really bad, live music continues until midnight if u stay at 9th floor u hear it but they warned us about so it's understandable and receptionist were helpful, but after midnight and after music ends still u hear people who r going out.

This hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea.
The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area.
