Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
The hotel feels very outdated. The room I stayed in had plain, poorly painted walls and overall looked quite old. The bed was especially uncomfortable—it was actually two single beds pushed together, and they kept shifting apart during the night.
The third floor, where my room was located, had a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was also in need of serious renovation; everything felt worn and far from modern standards.
Given the condition of the facilities, the high price is definitely not justified. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.
Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room.
The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done.
It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse.
This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group.
Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.
The room was clean and tidy, very close to the beach, no problem going back and forth in a swimsuit.

RRomanThe cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

GGuest UserLeonardo Club was the perfect Dead Sea trip!
When we needed to change our room because of neighbors who smoked, Tamar handled it politely and immediately.
Shlomit called us several times to make sure we were happy. We have never gotten the attention that Shlomit gave us from any hotel!
Shlomit also recommended the ”wet trail” hike at Nachal Bokek. It was great and it was free.
Shlomit also recommended a hike to ”Zohar Fortress.” What a beautiful and historic place! Also free.
The food was excellent.
The room was spotlessly clean.
The workers were pleasant and polite.
We couldn't ask for more.
周周Breakfast is not suitable for Chinese taste, but you can experience the Dead Sea style and local food in Israel. There are many types of buffets. I am not very suitable as a northerner. Hehe
אאופיר סמואלWe had an extraordinary 3 days 2 nights Shavuot experience, everyone enjoyed every moment. Warm welcome, courtesy, professional service! Clean and equipped rooms
The children enjoyed the pools and the facilities, and we all enjoyed the food at a very high level.
We got the feeling of VIP guests
Many thanks to the reception staff and hotel management, we feel that they are making an effort to provide an exceptional service experience.
GGuest UserThe hotel is nice ans well located. Lots of families w small children. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Max, at the front desk, was so helpful with several things. He went of his way to assist with things we needed. Also, I accidentally left my Kindle in the room and was already at the bus station. Someone from the hotel brought it to me before I left. Way above and beyond honest and helpful.
GGuest UserGreat location !
The stuff are very polite and welcoming
We want particular to praise the guy in the front desk - I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name - but he is I think Russian.
Every time we asked him for help he was so nice and helpful although sometimes the lobby was very busy.
Please make sure he gets this compliment.
