It’s a nice hotel located strategically in the central city. The room was okay. The hotel also offers luggage storage service while we are waiting for our train. Breakfast was okay, with good options.

Great place to stay. Room was very clean, Hotel was awesome, but what impressed me the most was the staff, from the front desk, to the room attendants, and maintenance. I encountered all of them during my 3 night visit, and I believe that I received the highest quality of customer service possible.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the University of Colorado Denver. I saw a big blue bear on the way to the apartment. I could hear the sirens of fire trucks every day and there were homeless people on the road, but the hotel was still very safe and the breakfast was good.

My husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldn’t even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was “I think you can?” When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasn’t sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.

The location is good as it is right in front of the train station. There are many restaurants around. The facility was clean, but there was a lot of smell because it was under construction when I visited. It was disappointing that there was no information about construction before checking in.

The hotel environment is beautiful, suitable for business trips, the rooms are relatively large, the health is ok, the restaurant is large, and the breakfast is rich in the morning. It is also close to the client's residence and the transportation is very convenient.

We had a great stay at hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs. Of course it’s amazing to stay in an iconic hotel that has existed for 130 years, and it’s charm and decor do not disappoint. The renovated rooms have maintained their charm, while having a little style update. The staff is amazing – very helpful and willing to make sure that your stay is an enjoyable one. In the summer, do not miss dining on the patio.

The room is average, the front desk service attitude is very poor, and there is no breakfast. Most of the cabins are occupied by airline flight attendants. I will not choose this hotel again at the same price.

The hotel has many rooms and the facilities are clean. The breakfast is great, and it's a good hotel not only for business trips, but also for families. I was completely satisfied!

Really clean and friendly staff !! It was near downtown and 10 minutes walk to the Convention Center, so it was really nice !! I liked the facilities such as microwave oven and sink so much, and the breakfast was good for breakfast!!

In order to see Parker Peak come to the town for a day, the hotel is conveniently located, super close to the airport, parking is free, the room is quite big, very clean, the hotel has 24-hour coffee and hot water supply, breakfast is your own hot burger can be considered, free What kind of bicycle, There is a swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel, the Christmas atmosphere is full, and the clerk is very enthusiastic.

All the staff were really friendly. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The room was different than what I booked, but it still had a mountain view. The breakfast was standard and the pork sausages were the best part of it. The only negative I have about the hotel is that the surrounding area didn’t feel too safe. Inside the hotel was perfectly fine, but once you go outside there are many homeless people around the property. One even approached us as we were outside.

This property is worthy of a return though I will be asking for a little softer mattress. The staff was very customer friendly, check in& out were very quick with a information packet received at check in. I did not partake in the breakfast, I chose to make the less than a mile walk to Red Dog coffee shop, it did not disappoint! The location isn't right in the middle of anything though you have amazing dining, shopping and experiences in both directions as well as a park& bus services right across the street! The rooms are spacious with microwave, fridge& Keurig in room. The hot water and water pressure were great also.

Loved the location & how clean & big our room was!

Very good, high cost performance. It is close to the Garden of the Gods, and it is highly recommended that you enjoy the natural scenery there. The fast food restaurant next to chick fli-A is constantly lined up, so it's good to try it.
