"Short break getaway! Great location, Lovely room comfortable bed had a great night sleep . , I fully enjoyed the health spa. Swim sauna and steam room. Check out the Santana restaurant Buffet lunch all home made food , delicious ! Overall it was a lovely stay, a peaceful retreat just what I needed from the hustle and bustle ( Lobdon ) from the city life ."

"Stayed at this hotel 3 times in less than 2 months, not planning to return ever again. Our 1st visit was so impressive that we had booked 2 more stays short after for our family. Yet the last visit turned into a disaster. Nobody answering phone calls at night. Before checking in on our last visit. We realized our flight got delayed. tried calling the hotel at around 9.15 pm, called 5 times over 20 minutes, no one would pick up the phone in the main reception !! Furious, and so we arrived at 1am without being able to inform them that we were gonna be late. Upon arrival, as I had booked 2 rooms, I asked the only person who was on shift that night to make sure putting my parents into the booked standard double room and my family with a child into the other bigger room (Junior King Suite) . He affirmed me that the room distribution was correct so we just left our parents to go to their room and take rest since it was late. When we arrived at our room, it was definitely a small room that would only fit a couple without being able to add an extra bed. Called the reception, no ones answered again!! So had to went back down to speak to that staff at 1.30am. He insisted, the room I was put into, was the Junior King Suite !!!! I was so angry because that room didnt looked like it was over 500sq ft as it was described when I booked. But the staff said to us that the info in trip.com was incorrect and more over, the information he received didnt mentioned that we had a child with us. Angry and exhausted, and I was even gonna compromised to stay in that room and sleep. we just went back to take a shower, then the guy came , talked to my husband and would offer us a bigger room after all the drama. it was close to 2am!!! We got offered to stay in a family room so my daughter got to sleep on a sofa bed but the guy who made the bed didnt even give her a blanket. Next day, texted my parents and asked them to show us a picture of their room, we realized the guy mistakenly putting my parents into the bigger room and so we were the one who got allocated into the standard double room!! Unprofessional service from the top to the bottom!! we eventually felt bad to that staff because in the middle of the night, he was the only person who moved luggages, opening beds etc..."

"Good hotel very close to the airport with free shuttle bus service. We had a room on the ground floor near the bar and restaurant. Unfortunately this meant it was very noisy woken up by staff talking and whistling in the early morning as the bar opened around 3.30am to accommodate airline crews staying in the hotel. The food in the restaurant was not worth the money and I would advise people to eat out, much cheaper."

"Very good hotel, but you had to ask for a toothbrush when normally hotels provide them without being asked. Be careful, the hotel records your credit card and will still charge you 3€ without your consent + the tourist tax, while in other 5 star hotels they don't do this."

"We arrived in Lisbon around 9 PM, and the taxi could only drop us off on another main street, requiring a short walk up an incline to reach the hotel. The same applied when we left early in the morning. Perhaps some roads are blocked at night by those retractable bollards. The hotel's decor style is quite dark, with black carpets and such. Our room's window opened up to a very high wall, which felt quite oppressive. The room was small and didn't have a coffee maker; they provided Nescafé instant coffee, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the water pressure from the sink faucet was quite low. The hotel breakfast, however, was fantastic! I had so many salmon slices, and the restaurant staff were incredibly professional, making it feel like dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant. When we left the hotel at 6:30 AM, they had prepared two large takeaway breakfast bags for us, filled with sandwiches, pastries, two small custard tarts, a bottle of water, a bottle of juice, an apple, and even made two hot cappuccinos for us to take on the go. We were truly delighted!"

"The best welcoming I had in the last years . Great room and views with a lovely swimming pool . The breakfast is good but I would recommend to improve the juices machine . I will definitely return to this great hotel ."

"The village where we stayed was superb, very sympathetic officials, a fresh and complete breakfast made at the time, it's pet friendly and the hotel has the most lovely animals. It was a perfect escape."

"Great facilities. We went with half board. And it doesn't pay off. After knowing the prices, we would have paid less for dinner if we paid on the day. We went on the weekend and the hotel was full. It's a large hotel and we didn't like the experience from that point of view. The objective is to relax and have a different experience, but we ended up having to wait to enter the Turkish bath, sauna and swimming pools, which became unfeasible, as they looked like municipal swimming pools. full of people. About the staff, the girls at the restaurant and at breakfast (who are the same) are very helpful and friendly. The same can no longer be said for the reception staff. Little willingness to help with such simple things, such as lending a mere phone charger, easily resolved by the dining room staff. In short, it is a hotel with conditions, but I find it very confusing when it is full, something that I believe is common at the weekend."

"The hotel's location right in front of Boliao Market was excellent, making it easy to access all tourist spots. It's like a slightly larger, wooden capsule hotel, and the condition was surprisingly good, so it wasn't bad at all. The overall interior design of the hotel had a modern vibe, and there was a water tank (?) on the rooftop where you could dip your feet, though not actually swim. They offer a stylishly decorated Carlsberg as a welcome drink. However, the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Also, I went to check out the sauna on the second floor because it was advertised, but it wasn't working each time I went. There's a restaurant and bar on the ground floor, and it would probably be good to go during their open hours (though I didn't use them myself). Everything else was great. The staff were all very friendly too."
