Breakfast: More desserts than savory options, with limited Chinese dishes.
Room: It's more of a serviced apartment with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and electric stove. It's divided into a small living room, bedroom, and kitchen.
No bathtub.
Bathroom: No soap, and no hand towels.
Cleanliness: The room is very clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff are professional.
Laundry: Stains, especially grease, couldn't be removed, even though they could easily be cleaned with dish soap.
Spa: More expensive than in Shenzhen.
Dining: The prices for both Chinese and Western food are reasonable.
Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing
I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay.
- Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved.
- Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing.
- BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value.
- Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price.
- Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort.
On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.
Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.
The hotel is located in a quiet area amidst the bustle of the city, with a peaceful atmosphere and convenient dining options. The room has an automated central control system and is brightly lit. The bathroom has a massage shower head, making for a very comfortable bath. The front desk lady, Yuying, was kind and friendly, speaking fluent Chinese and English. Upon check-out, she even received a complimentary Vietnamese bird's nest, which was delicious. Highly recommended!

The hotel is cost-effective, the rooms and public areas are clean, and the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese. There is Chinese food in the hotel, and you can also communicate in Chinese. The room size is suitable and there is a washing machine in the room, which is convenient for multi-day stays.
I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff who could speak Chinese. Their ability to communicate in my language made the check-in process smooth and convenient. It truly enhanced my overall experience, and I greatly appreciated their effort to make me feel welcome.
Good. very nice.
It was a very good experience. I really want to use it for my next business trip. I hope you will continue to provide such good services.
No hot water, Wi-Fi is unstable and disconnects
If the counter cannot understand Chinese, they will hang up directly.
Poor internal management of the hotel
There was a fire that day and I hurriedly escaped. It seems there was no sprinkler equipment.
Such a bad experience for the first time
Affordable and clean. The front desk will speak Chinese and the transportation is convenient to go out to eat, drink and play.

星星辰iThe hotel is well located for easy access to the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern and well maintained facilities. It is especially worth mentioning that the beds are very comfortable and ensure a good quality of sleep. The service at the hotel is also excellent, the staff is friendly and professional, and responds quickly to my needs. Overall, this stay experience is very satisfactory, highly recommended to everyone!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The room is spacious and bright, with a simple but elegant decoration style, a reasonable layout, complete facilities and good maintenance. The bedding is soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The staff's service attitude is warm and thoughtful. From the efficient check-in procedures to the response to various needs during the stay, you can feel their professionalism and attentiveness. The hotel's catering is also commendable, with a rich variety of breakfasts and delicious taste.
MM621633****If there are any shortcomings of the hotel, it may be that the bed is not big enough. It is just not big. It cannot be said to be small. Also, the slippers are not disposable. This depends on personal habits.
The overall hygiene is very clean.
The front desk can communicate in basic Chinese. They can also help to call a carpool. I am going to Hanoi. The front desk helped me to book a business car for only 50 yuan. I am very satisfied.
The breakfast tastes good. The dishes are very rich. The hotel breakfast of less than 200 yuan includes a breakfast worth 30 yuan.
There are also swimming pools and saunas. Overall, they are very good.
The service is very enthusiastic. This hotel has many management personnel sent from Chinese companies. There is also a milk tea shop and an outdoor bar downstairs. It is also nice to drink tea and wine and watch girls outside at night. I heard that the bar next to it has Vietnamese food. But I am a gentleman who doesn't like this and didn't go to experience it.
YyangsikThere are staff who can speak Korean.
The room is very spacious and tidy
They do laundry for free and are kind.
There are many Korean restaurants and local restaurants around.
Unfortunately, since it is on the road, the noise from cars and motorcycles is quite loud.
Sensitive people will find it a little difficult.
Except for the noise, it's great
