The concept of the expansive amusement park, China Dinosaur Park, is dinosaur culture. It is a one-stop resort for tourists that combines science, entertainment, shows, lodging, and shopping. The "Oriental Jurassic" is the name given to it. Currently, the park features over 50 extreme rides, seven theme sections, and daily themed entertainment in a variety of styles. Take guests back to the enigmatic and ancient Jurassic period.

China Dinosaur Park

The façade of the China Dinosaur Museum, the park's iconic structure, makes extensive use of bionic architectural techniques. The Dinosaur Museum's exhibition, entertainment, and popular science spaces are delineated by a plump and enormous dinosaur body that offers a freehand shape from a distance, giving the impression that three dinosaurs are whispering with their heads held high. The museum occupies more than 20,000 square meters in total. The tallest points of the museum's dome and the dragon head are 36 and 71 meters, respectively. The China Dinosaur Museum has six auxiliary halls in addition to five main halls. Auxiliary halls include the entry hall, VIP reception hall, academic lecture hall, spare exhibition hall, roof garden, souvenir sales room, and other areas. The main hall comprises the atrium, exhibition hall, landscape hall, sightseeing hall, and film and television hall. Development and integration occur simultaneously, and each department is logically tied to the others. The main idea of dinosaurs—from survival and reproduction to evolution and destruction—is the focus of this design, which uses the history of biological evolution as a backdrop. This reveals the profound theme that life and the environment are interdependent, and that humans have a responsibility to preserve the environment and ecology.

Park Distribution:

The Chinese Dinosaur Museum Area, the Rubla Area, the Kuksuk Grand Canyon Area, the Magic Rainforest Area, the Dream Manor Area, the Adventure Port, and the Crazy Dinosaur Area are the different sections of the Dinosaur Park. The principal location for showcasing dinosaur culture is the China Dinosaur Museum; "Kuksuk" and "Lubra" are home to the most exhilarating mechanical rides.

Exciting rides:

Numerous high-altitude mechanical amusement projects make this place a great choice for thrill seekers: you can sit on the high-altitude swing project "Crazy Fire Dragon Drill" to experience a strong sense of weightlessness; or climb up the "Tower of Babel" to seek the excitement of a sudden drop from the air; there is also a 4D roller coaster that allows you to experience the thrill of extreme speed and flying in one second.

Leisure activities:

There are also relaxing and leisure activities in the park. You can visit a variety of Chinese series of dinosaur fossils in the China Dinosaur Museum, where you will learn about dinosaur culture. You can also take part in less thrilling rides, such as the Thunder Dragon Roller Coaster, which allows you to find joy in a slightly tense environment; you can also watch musicals, magic shows, and live stunt shows in different venues.

Water World and Night Park:

Jurassic Water World brings you a refreshing experience throughout the summer. The classic water projects make you forget the heat of the whole summer, the cool water play experience allows you to release all your passion, and the hot performances ignite every cell in your body. Let the children enjoy an unforgettable summer vacation. You can still enjoy most of the activities at night, and experience the excitement of the giant water slide Big Trumpet and the 30-meter impact skateboard in Water World, and have a water battle in the giant water fortress (tickets to Water World must be purchased separately).

Address: No. 60, Hehai East Road, Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province

Opening hours: 09:00-17:00

evaluate:

Changzhou Dinosaur Park is a theme park that integrates science, entertainment and leisure. It is themed on dinosaurs and is full of fun and knowledge. The park has realistic dinosaur models, exciting rides and a wealth of interactive experiences, making it suitable for travelers with children and dinosaur enthusiasts. This time I took my 5-year-old kid to play. Due to the height problem, some projects could not be played by the child. However, we watched a 4D movie, a stunt show, a sea lion show, and also watched the King Kong and Gene Research Center projects. The child had a great time.

In October 1958, Changzhou Museum was established. It is a comprehensive local museum that combines nature, art, and history. It is a 4A-level national tourist destination and a first-class national museum. There are currently about 30,000 pieces/sets in the Changzhou Museum's collection, which includes 3,616 third-class cultural relics, 321 second-class cultural relics, and 59 national first-class cultural relics (1 national treasure). Special features of the museum's collection include calligraphy and paintings from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, lacquerware and porcelain from the Song and Yuan Dynasties, primitive celadon from the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, and Liangzhu jade. More than 10,000 natural specimens of all kinds may be found at Changzhou Museum's Children's Natural History Museum. Paleontological fossils, mineral crystals, birds and mammals, marine animals, beautiful insects from both domestic and international sources, and local Chinese herbal remedies are its six main collection series. Among these, there are several rare and highly valuable biological specimens and fossils, including the Ongrong snail, the Golden-spotted Swallowtail butterfly, and the fossilized Confucius bird.

The Changzhou Museum occupies 28,000 square meters under development. It looks new, has all the amenities, has sophisticated features, and has a modern feel. There are seven exhibition halls spread across an area of almost 10,000 square meters. Three temporary exhibition halls, two special exhibitions, and two fundamental exhibitions make up Changzhou Museum's show. The basic exhibitions include "Dragons Soaring in Wu - Changzhou Ancient History and Culture Exhibition" and "Magical Natural and Beautiful Home - Changzhou Museum Natural Resources Exhibition"; the special exhibitions include "Xie Zhiliu Art Exhibition" and "Mr. Liu Guojun Donated Redwood Furniture Exhibition"; temporary exhibitions, various special exhibitions and traveling exhibitions.

It’s good, children like it very much, adults like it too, and can learn a lot from it. Many of them are real gold, and can help you understand the history of the Han Empire and the life of Haihunhou himself. The Changzhou Museum is very big, and you can visit other things upstairs for free. The children are very happy.

Situated in the Xinbei District, Changzhou Cultural Plaza-Phase I boasts striking modern architecture. The square is a new icon in Changzhou because of its elegant overall design and useful features.

Changzhou's Citizen Square is also a cultural square. It can be directly reached by subway. It is connected to the administrative center and it is very convenient to get up from the underground parking lot. There are many shops on the underground floor. The lighting is also very good. This is a popular check-in spot in Changzhou.

The Tang Dynasty's Zhenguan period saw the initial construction of Tianning Temple. It is one of Changzhou's biggest temples and one of the cradles of Buddhist music. The temple's Tianning Pagoda, one of Changzhou's monuments, was constructed in 2007. The Guanyin Hall and the Ksitigarbha Hall are located east and west of the Main Hall, respectively. The Tianning Pagoda is located at the north end of Tianning Temple. Buddhist artifacts are arranged according to various themes on each floor. Similar to a Buddhist museum, the Buddha sculptures, totems, root carvings, etc.

Address: No. 636, Yanling Middle Road, Tianning District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province

Opening hours: 06:30-17:00 (no admission after 16:30)

evaluate:

Tianning Temple, located on Yanling Middle Road, Tianning District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, is a national 4A-level tourist attraction. The temple has a long history and a large scale. The Tianning Pagoda is a landmark building in Changzhou city. Tianning Temple was first built during the Zhenguan period of the Tang Dynasty. It has a history of a thousand years and is known as the No. 1 jungle in the southeast. In Tianning Temple, if you enter from the mountain gate, the route can be roughly divided into the Heavenly King Hall, the Main Hall, the Tianning Pagoda, the Jade Buddha Hall, the Sutra Library, etc. The Heavenly King Hall, where the Four Heavenly Kings are enshrined, is solemn and majestic; the Main Hall, where statues of Sakyamuni Buddha and other Buddhas are enshrined, is magnificent; the Jade Buddha Hall, where a jade Buddha is enshrined with exquisite craftsmanship; the Sutra Library, where a large number of Buddhist scriptures are preserved; the Tianning Pagoda, where you can climb the tower to overlook the city view of Changzhou; finally, you can go to the vegetarian restaurant to taste the vegetarian food in the temple, which is very famous; and the corridor on the east side of the Main Hall is the most photographed place for taking pictures of the Tianning Pagoda.

Changzhou's Hongmei Park is a sizable indoor park with a sizable lake and lush landscaping all around. One of Changzhou's surviving ancient structures is the Wenbi Tower in the park. Originally constructed during the Tang Dynasty's Zhaosong period, the park's Hongmei Pavilion was reconstructed during the Qing Dynasty's Guangxu period. To get a view of Changzhou's urban landscape, you can ascend to the summit of the tower. Also well-known are the red plum flowers that appear in late winter and early spring.

Address: No. 1 Luohan Road, Tianning District, Changzhou

Opening hours: 24 hours a day, all year round

evaluate:

When leaving Changzhou, we stopped by. Although it is just a park, Wenbi Tower has a long history and is more vicissitudes of life than Tianning Temple Tower. Both Wenbi Tower and Hongmei Pavilion charge a five-yuan ticket. Due to time constraints, we only went to Wenbi Tower, which has seven floors in total. The steps on each floor are very narrow and steep (older people should be careful); fortunately, there were not many people on the day we went. If it was peak time, the waiting time would be very long, and the angle for taking pictures of Tianning Temple Tower on the top floor was the best, and you could feel the brilliance of the twin towers; there are many unique attractions in the park, which you can enjoy slowly. Including the time for Wenbi Tower, it took about two hours. The car was parked in a special parking lot, but there were few parking spaces. It is not recommended to drive during peak hours

On the bank of Changzhou's historic Grand Canal is the Canal No. 5 Creative Block. The Changzhou No. 5 Textile Factory was converted into it. The ancient factory building is a great place for young people who are creative and literary to shoot pictures. The block contains cafes, other stores, and exhibition spaces that showcase artistic creations. It is livelier in the evening than it is during the day when pubs open. The Changzhou Ancient Canal water trip begins and ends at Canal Pier No. 5, which faces the canal. It also offers a night trip on the historic canal in the summer and fall.

Address: No. 141 Sanbao Street, Zhonglou District, Changzhou

Opening hours: 24 hours a day, all year round

evaluate:

Changzhou's ancient canal winds its way through the city. This canal was built during the Sui Dynasty and is still able to serve as a transportation hub. There are many classic Changzhou attractions along this canal. No. 5 Canal is a creative district.

Changzhou City's Tianning District is home to Qingguo Lane. A significant component of Changzhou, a city with national historical and cultural significance, it is a traditional Jiangnan home from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In the past, this area was referred to as "Thousand Fruit Lane" because it served as a distribution hub for fruits from both the north and the south. Numerous historical and cultural figures, like Tang Jingchuan, Sheng Xuanhuai, Zhou Youguang, Qu Qiubai, and others, have also come from Qingguo Lane.

Address: Qingguo Lane, Tianning District, Changzhou

Opening hours: 24 hours a day, all year round

evaluate:

Qingguo Lane Historical and Cultural District is a scenic spot open to the public free of charge. Any museum, exhibition hall and small attraction in the lane is open to the public free of charge. Isn’t it great? It is open to the public free of charge 24 hours a day, all year round, except for special and important administrative activities. The ancient dwellings built along the ancient canal and the city’s high-rise buildings complement each other, forming a unique contrast between the Jiangnan water town and the prosperous city. There are many interesting exhibition halls in many alleys along the street that feature celebrities and major events related to Changzhou. Qingguo Lane is located in the central area of Changzhou City. All hotels will remain open during the Spring Festival, so there is no need to worry about accommodation. You can walk 1 km to Qingguo Lane from Changzhou Station. You can take Changzhou Metro Line 1 to the "Cultural Palace" at Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway Changzhou North Station and Shanghai-Nanjing South Yangtze River Intercity Wujin Station, and walk 500 meters south to the destination. It is very convenient.

The Prajna Mountain Yancheng, Wujin District, Changzhou is home to Changzhou Baolin Temple. The temple was initially constructed during Emperor Wu of Liang Xiao Yan's rule in the eighth year of Datong (527 AD). Emperor Wu of Liang established it, and it gained notoriety because Guanyin Bodhisattva stood on West Taihu Lake and became a trace here. The temple has more than 50 permanent monks and occupies more than 200 acres.

Address: No. 98, Hongxi Road, Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province

Opening hours: 09:00-16:00

evaluate:

After being used to seeing temples in Shanxi, when I came to the Yangtze River Delta, I was more amazed at how rich people are! The Baolin Temple, which was first built in the Southern Dynasties, now gives people the impression of a new golden pineapple-shaped Guanyin Pagoda, a Thousand-Armed Guanyin Hall with arms that stretch to the ends, and free vegetarian meals for everyone. I heard from volunteers that the temple's daily expenses are more than 30,000. Amitabha! There is also a cafe next to the lotus pond on the left side of the temple. Friends who like petty bourgeoisie must not miss it. Transportation strategy: Take Metro Line 1 to Xintiandi Park Station and transfer to 3511. Note: Line 3511 runs every 30 minutes. If you can't wait, you can ride the shared electric car at the door. It is not operated by the three major operators.

To the west of Yancheng Spring and Autumn Paradise is Yancheng Ruins Park. It was constructed atop the remains of a thousand-year-old city that existed in the spring and fall. It is constructed with three cities and three rivers, and the city wall is made up of three tiers, all of which are made of piled earth. The city's shape appears to be concentric circles inside one another when viewed from above, which is a very enchanted sight. It's a park, too. The vegetation is better in spring and autumn, and you can learn about history while taking a walk. In 1988, Yancheng was listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit by the State Council for its unique shape and precious cultural relics.

Address: No. 201, Wuyi Middle Road, Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province

Opening hours: 08:00-17:00 (ticket sales stop at 16:00; admission stops at 16:00)

evaluate:

The Spring and Autumn Yancheng Scenic Area is divided into three parts. The other two are an amusement park and a zoo. The tickets for each are more than two hundred yuan. Only the ruins are relatively cheap, 20 yuan. It is not very big. I came in at two o'clock in the afternoon and walked around for more than two hours. I feel that this is just an ordinary park. Considering that it is a 5a park, I came to check it out.
