Spacious room with a stunning sea view — nothing beats waking up to waves on Scarborough Beach, just a short stroll away. 🌊✨ Staff were consistently polite and efficient, making the stay feel seamless. In-room dining available 24/7 was a big plus, with well-curated options that cater to different dietary needs. The location is also very convenient — Coles supermarket is just nearby, along with ice cream and burger shops for a quick treat. 🍦🍔 A refined yet relaxed beachside escape — highly recommended for those who appreciate both comfort and convenience.

I will never ever stay here again . Firstly we arrived at 3pm (check in is 2pm) they then advised our room wasnt ready . Others were also advised of the same thing and we were all given a drink voucher to go to the cafe . That was fine , but then an hour went by , and the could not tell us how long it would be for our room to be ready . So we took off into town for dinner , we were then called at 5:40 to say that our room was ready . So we waited over 2 and a half hours ! We then got to our room only to find the aircon was leaking and the carpet was absolutely soaking , and there were stains/blotches on the bed covers . So we advised the front desk , went for a swim in the pool whilst they dealt with the issue. We then were told we had to move rooms , and it was a downgrade, they offered us free breakfast for the downgrade as the place was fully booked so there wasn’t really anything else we could do . The new room smelt musty and again the carpets were damp , as I believe the shower/bathroom must leak under the floorboards. I did advise the for desk that it’s a health concern as mold is definitely growing in the rooms . You can tell it’s been like that for a long time as the carpet colour along the wall are black . Such a shame cos the pool facilities are amazing , and the location. But it’s is absolutely run down and dirty .

I thought this would be a little nicer than other hotels I’d been staying in beforehand, the location was very good but the bed and bathroom/toilet wasn’t up to bar and they asked for a $200 deposit fee which apparently I’ve been told is normal but I’ve been to other hotels and they don’t make us pay that much maybe $50 at most

Four years later, we stayed in the same hotel again, this time to see the famous ladder to the moon. We had dinner on the terrace outside the bar while waiting for the ladder to appear. The live band sang to cheer us up, and the atmosphere was full of festivals. It was great.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect for the dolphin experience and the beach is stunning. Only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it a bit less comfortable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service—just hope they can improve the water pressure for an even better experience.

The functions of the room are relatively complete, but they are not useful. The washbasin is a palm's width wide and cannot be used to brush teeth. The room has a musty smell when opened, which is quite different from domestic hotels of the same price.

The location is great, and the service attitude is super good. The room size is quite spacious. We were able to store our luggage in advance, and since we arrived early, the staff helped us bring our bags in and even told us they'd call if a suitable room became available. As a result, we were able to check in around 12 PM, even though check-in isn't usually until after 3 PM. That's fantastic, I'm very satisfied! After breakfast, we checked out and could store our luggage for free again. We walked to visit the Perth Mint and then came back to pick up our bags. The kettle is both eco-friendly and beautiful; I bought two more before leaving for $4 each, which isn't expensive. The downsides are that there's no tissue box in the room, and the latex mattress felt a bit strange because it seemed a bit too big for the bed. The most important issue is with the bathroom ventilation system; I couldn't find a switch anywhere. If one person uses the toilet and another goes right after, it's quite unpleasant.

RRegina Suzanty HotmauliHad a wonderful stay at this property. The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall. The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent. Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor. It is a good choice for Perth travel. But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!... I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked. Yess, sure, we will back and stay here again when we travel to Perth.

GGuest UserThe complimentary airport shuttle pick-up and drop-off is a great advantage. The hotel is basic but clean. There are several food options within walking distance. The only thing to note is to ensure you check-out at 11 am as they charge $40 for any extension beyond 11!

EElyn PeeThis was our very first trip to Perth. If you’re planning to take trains or buses both within and outside the CBD, I highly recommend getting a public transport card called the SmartRider. You can buy it at the Airport Train Station customer service counter, located right next to the ticket barrier. The card costs AUD $10 (non-refundable), plus any amount you wish to top up. Using a SmartRider gives you a 10% discount on every ride. After the discount: Travelling within 1 zone costs about $3.15 per ride. Travelling between 2 to 9 zones costs only $4.68 per ride. There’s also a daily cap of $10.40, no matter how many rides you take. Inside the CBD, there’s a Free Transit Zone (FTZ) where bus travel is free. This hotel is within the FTZ, with a bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk from the entrance—very convenient. You can tap on and off any bus from this stop at no charge as long as you travel within the FTZ. Many buses from here go straight to Elizabeth Quay Train Station and Bus Interchange, where you can easily transfer to other buses or trains. Perth’s public transport system is excellent, with buses arriving every 10 minutes or less. There’s also a free CAT bus service with four routes (Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow). No tapping is required on CAT buses. A Red CAT stop is just a 5-minute walk away, on the street directly behind the hotel. If you’re driving, the hotel has a car park (charges apply). We stayed here for 6 nights. While the location and transport convenience are excellent, I would like to sincerely share some areas for improvement: Lighting: The room lighting was very dim, making the space feel gloomy throughout our stay. Brighter lighting would make a big difference. Water Pressure: Both hot and cold shower water had very low pressure, making showers uncomfortable. Air Conditioning: The air-conditioning was weak. We stayed in winter, so it wasn’t a big issue, but in summer it could be problematic. Carpet Condition: The carpets in the rooms and lifts could use replacement. Lobby Appearance: While not critical, a refreshed lobby and lift lobby would greatly improve first impressions for arriving guests. These are my genuine, heartfelt suggestions in the hope they can help improve the comfort and experience for future guests.

GGuest UserThe hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

No breakfast at the hotel. We live in two rooms at 19 and 20. Seven days in Western Australia this place feels the most expensive and the worst, and did not dare to turn on the air conditioner at night. Especially big taste. The room was quite large, with a double bed and a single bed. Facilities are not new.

GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

CCharm-Unfortunately not a fan. Booked holiday inn after a great stay at Shanghai but this rendition was disappointing. Positives: location is convenient and is near the shopping streets, food, cafes and Perth station if you’re taking the train from the airport. Three lifts which was pretty good, never had to wait long. Shampoo / body gel / cream smelt decent Negatives: toothbrush provided only upon request, only two bottles of water given for the stay - the rest had to be obtained from the water cooler at reception, room carpet felt icky and no bedroom slippers were provided, room lighting was insufficient. Dated power points (no usb) Booked a king bed room but was given two double beds. I didn’t like it but didn’t wanna make a fuss. Room had zero views and was facing another hotel (?!), machines and I didn’t feel safe opening the curtains. NOISE - could hear the next door opening and closing the cupboard, bathing, talking etc Even within the room, there was ALOT of noise. From the aircon, fridge etc which gives one scares esp when trying to sleep, it sounds like someone else is in the room. Staff were relatively friendly but seems to be understaffed where reception only has one staff manning the counter. Overall; I paid a higher price point than surrounding brand name hotels expecting similarly wonderful rooms / service as holiday inn Shanghai but I half regretted staying here as soon as I got to the room. Previously stayed at doubletree Hilton which had a better room at a lower price point though location wise, holiday inn is better.
