liked it more this time than March 21. There was a room with a window. But that's not what matters, but the fact that there was silence. For the first time, upon arrival in Beijing, we checked into the room (I paid for a day), but we stayed there for only 6 hours. So, then the cleaners constantly slammed the neighboring doors all the time, it was very loud and unpleasant. I went out and asked them to be quieter. This time I told the administrator the problem with the cleaners. The administrator promised that there would be silence, he kept his word. The room is compact, but very comfortable. Thank you

A very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, centrally located hotel. Even though it was located just off the Qianmen shopping street, it was quiet. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. There are many restaurants nearby, including the famous Beijing roast duck restaurant. It’s also very convenient to order food delivery to the hotel. The soundproofing inside the hotel is a bit weak, so I would recommend asking for a room that is further away from the elevators. Our room was right in front of the elevators, and we could hear guests at 4 AM and 5 AM talking in the hallway as they waited for the elevator. We could also hear guests returning at 10 or 11 pm as they exited the elevator. Overall, a really good hotel. I would definitely stay here again, in a room that is not near the elevators.

It’s and excellent stay at Radisson in Daxing airport the Hotel reception manager is so kind and caring about our travels and helped us with good travel guides to explore the city and checked on us when ever we went out. He is like a family member who is very friendly and caring. Ms Amanda gave us an excellent room and cared us every day when ever we needed hope to stay there again. We recommend your hotel

Nice hotel with afforable price. Remember to upgrade the room if you go with your family. The standard room is not allowed to use elevator and it is quite small (13 square meters)

I really liked Citi Go hotel! It’s right by the metro station and has a direct line to the airport. The cleaning lady was so nice and cleans our room immediately after we walked out in the morning around 9am. The hotel room is small but it has everything. I can tell the hotel was well designed by the details. For example, I liked that they have a make up mirror because I like to do my makeup with good lighting which most hotels I go to don’t have. They even have a phone stand for you by the bedside. The laundry service was great as well. Didn’t take a picture of it but it’s on the first floor and there’s about 5-6 washers and dryers. They also have the robot service so you’ll get your food delivered to your door without you going down to get it. There’s a the Phoenix mall next to it as well with food stands, there’s an Ole market which we liked a lot. The staff was very helpful when we asked about checking the security videos for a lost camera. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient to metro lines and a very nice hotel with great service.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and it was wonderful just like the last time. The service is really good and the rooms are pleasant to stay in and very modern. Even the small rooms are spacious enough for 1 person staying 1 night. Good shuttle service from the hotel to airport as well. Tasty food at the buffet. Would definitely come here again 😊

Reached the hotel at 8+am after a red-eye flight. Although it was too early to check-in, front desk staff kindly checked for available room, and arranged housekeeping to expedite cleaning. We were able to check-in after one hour. Very pleased with the size of the family room with 2 queen size beds, very spacious, clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping staff did good job of daily cleaning and put many bottles of drinking water for us. Hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall making it super convenient for shopping & dining and 8 mins walk from metro station, which has 2 metro lines (1 & 4), easy to travel around. Concierge/customer service is also very professional and helpful. Ordered some packages from Taobao but they went missing (2 times). The staff offered to find them and they did. Each time they also followed up with phone calls afterwards to make sure we had received them. Breakfast spread was very sumptuous and good variety, and the chef even introduced the food items personally. Overall very happy with our stay, and would highly recommend this hotel for their comfort level, customer service and value-for-money price point, to any visitors to Beijing.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong for 11 nights! The room was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options. We recently had the pleasure of staying at UrCove by Hyatt Beijing Forbidden City, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel's location is fantastic—just a short distance from the Palace Museum and Tiananmen Square, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice space to unwind after exploring the city. One highlight of the stay was the complimentary warm porridge, which was excellent and a delightful touch. The rooftop platform offered amazing views, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. While the complimentary items in the mini bar could use some improvement, this was a minor issue. We did encounter a small housekeeping matter where the shampoo and body wash were not replenished, but the staff quickly resolved it, showing their attentiveness to guest needs. All in all, my stay was pleasant, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.
