I stayed at the 1-st floor room 1003 and it was really far from the entrance And the worst thing in the morning I woke up cause of gasoline smell inside my room and I’ve got the headache The bed and towels was clean, but bathroom need to clean properly It’s really convenient for the one who has the transit flight. But the reception was really sweet and the guy also helped me with luggage cause of the carpet in the corridor it was hard to slide the carrier

Huge and clean room. Hotel grade toiletries. Location is within a busy shopping street at Beijing qianmen. I have to get down from my taxi with 2- big luggage bags about 600m away. It's still worthwhile as I really like the room.

Room is clean and location is fine. Breakfast is varied but very expensive for China and not worth the money. Restaurant is not good. Service is extremely slow, a lot of food not available and additionally they try to charge too much without apologising. Also paying with card was problematic which is unbelievable for Western Hotel brand. Room is very hot, 27.5 degrees. Cannot be cooled even when AC was set to cool. 27.5 is not healthy temperature to sleep on, recommended temperature is around 18 degrees for better sleep. Shuttle bus is available but it didn’t leave on time (3-4mins late) because some people arrived late so people who were able to follow rules (10 minutes before) had to wait and suffer from it.

It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everything you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snooker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! See you soon!

The room is not large but perfectly well equipped with all you need. Spot on cleaning, very travellers friendly room,love the universal plug and bed side switch! Free minibar in your room and mid night snacks at the lobby. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style- carb heavy and lacking variety. Absolutely love the self serviced free laundry and drying in the lobby too! The staff is so nice and gone beyond to assist you! They’re pretty responsive and can be reached with WeChat! The only cons is the room smells like cigarettes which I find it pretty common across mainland China.

The staff was very friendly. They offer shuttle service. They went above and beyond and helped me order food when I checked in around 2-3am via personal funds. The showers are hot and rooms are clean with nothing malfunctioning I would definitely recommend it to anyone's first time to Beijing! Oh the shuttle will say the hotels name on it. It was a black van.

Most staff in this hotel spoke English and they understand foreigner problems because most our mobile dont work in China so they are helpful with it. Train station line 2 and 5 are right outside the hotel front door. Most popular street is 1 stop away from line 2 trainstation. Tiananmen are closeby but not too close, which is good. (Tips: do not stay way too close to Tiananmen coz the phone signal will not work, so will have so many problems using the phone) This hotel have their own Termal spring water system, so its good for spa after whole day walking. Only down side is there is no air conditioning in the rooms but the receptionist provided me a fan, so it no big issue.

Love this hotel! Though the room is small, but it’s really cosy! Love the bed and pillow too!!!! It will be perfect if the room is bigger! The drinks and snacks in the room and lobby is complimentary!

The hotel is really near to Wangfujing metro (approximately 3 mins walk from E3 exit) which is super convenient for us especially when we have many luggages. Secondly, the hotel rooms are really spacious and is enough for us to put 4 big luggages. Lastly, to us, it's worth the price paid given that there are so many good points about the hotel. There are 2 washer and 2 dryers, free mineral water (you can get more if it's not enough!) and some of the receptionists were really friendly and helpful too (sadly not all :( ). Also thankful that the hotel allow us to check out an hour later! Will definitely stay again in the future if i visit Beijing and will recommend this hotel to friends and family too! 酒店距离王府井地铁站非常的近而且很方便。房间非常的大，可以容纳4个大的行李。而且酒店还有两架洗衣机和烘干机，以及免费提供饮用水。有些前台人员非常的有礼貌和热情，在我们遇到困难时会及时帮忙。也感谢酒店让我们迟一个小时退房！下次再来北京一定会再光临这间酒店，也会介绍亲朋好友来住！
