This hotel is a 10-15 minute drive from the airport and offers a shuttle service. The staff provides exceptional and thoughtful service. Every booking includes a complimentary late-night snack, and even the dinner meals are excellent, offering a variety of noodles, rice noodles, and wontons. The restaurant is quite lively in the evenings. Rooms come with welcome fruit, a free mini-bar, a humidifier, an air purifier, and a food delivery robot. They provide large bottles of body lotion, and the bathroom has a retractable clothesline. What's particularly great is that the shower water heats up instantly; there's no need to let cold water run first. It's fantastic! The hotel grounds also have two alpacas and some squirrels that they raise, which are adorable. Within a three-kilometer radius, there's the Luo Hong Art Museum, Song Art Museum, and Red Brick Art Museum. If I'm not going into the city, I'd definitely book this place again next time.

I've stayed here several times now, and the surrounding environment and service are consistently great. They're also flexible if you need to check out a little later. The cleanliness is very satisfying, and the service attitude is excellent. The young lady at the front desk was very proactive in helping me with an issue when I got back from work late at night. I'm very satisfied with this hotel.

Booked this for an early flight out. We were rather surprised with how lux the hotel look and feel. Was warmly welcomed by the staff there and helping with the luggage. Reception staff(sorry didn't get his name) was very friendly and offered a free room upgrade, he patiently explained in detail about the shuttle service to airport and even help to suggest what time i should be down to the lobby accordingly to my flight time. I'm really very pleased with the service. Room was excellent and facing the airport. Upgraded room had a long sofa by the window which comfortably cater to our need of resting in our own space. If the only thing i was pleased about, it would be the pillow. Was expecting a memory pillow instead of the normal pillow for better sleep. Hence i didn't really rest well. But this is all just personal. Supper was also provided and i had this cute bowl of wanton on this cold night. The kitchen staffs are equally friendly! Keep up the good customer service!

Just arrange the time in advance, and the driver will be waiting right on schedule, actively helping with luggage. It's completely hassle-free, which is a huge plus for those traveling with kids or lots of bags. The hotel service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; the staff are warm and patient and respond promptly to any request. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped it is – the gym has a full range of equipment, leaving you feeling great after a workout, and the kids' play area keeps the little ones entertained, truly freeing up parents! The room was clean and tidy, with excellent soundproofing, so I had a very restful stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I fly from Daxing!

Breakfast and facilities were solid overall, though there’s a bit of room for improvement in variety and peak-hour crowding. Considering the price, the hotel offered good value and a comfortable base for my stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. From the terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of both the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The lobby offers complimentary self-service tea and fruit. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us a great deal. The breakfast spread is rich and varied, with fresh squeezed juices being a huge plus. The room was clean and tidy, and the mini-bar drinks, biscuits, and capsule coffee were all complimentary. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

The hotel is easy to locate even at night because of the Neon signboard outside. The rooms are of a decent size. The toilet bowl is rather techy with the leg sensor flush system. Morning breakfast was excellent with a good spread of Chinese, salad, cereals, fruits, cakes etc. Found out the next day that hotel is about 10mins from Chaoyang train station by Didi. Decent value. The staff are very friendly with plenty of good travel advice.

The hotel is quite impressive and conveniently located close to T3. The service was exceptional, with a fantastic 24-hour airport shuttle service where the drivers were very helpful with luggage. The hotel's concierge service was equally outstanding; they not only helped with our bags but also personally escorted us all the way to our room. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all amenities.

The room decor was warm and elegant, with attention to detail, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. The staff were polite and attentive, and the shuttle driver and other service personnel made us feel very well taken care of. The room also had a fruit plate, and after 8 PM, there was warm congee available. Breakfast was exquisite and varied, catering to all tastes. I'll definitely stay here again for my next layover.
