On a business trip to Qingdao, I arrived on a late flight and checked into this hotel. Getting from the arrival gate to the hotel was super convenient; no need to transfer to the city center late at night. For adaptable people like us, there was no noticeable noise disturbance affecting sleep. The hotel overall was good, clean, and hygienic. It's the best choice for a business trip.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The facilities were comprehensive. There's a breakfast shop downstairs, and it's also close to RT-Mart supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping. There's also a snack street nearby. It's very close to both the long-distance bus station and Yantai Station!

The service here is truly exceptional! My friend and I came to Linyi for a relaxing getaway, and this Pullman experience far exceeded our expectations. The river view, service, ambiance, and even the travel photography were all top-notch – it's perfect for a vacation. **Travel Photography:** You can book a hotel photoshoot during your stay, which is fantastic for family photos. The photographer knows all the best spots on the property and even helps with posing – the pictures turn out amazing! **Room & View:** The river view room on the 17th floor (specifically room 23) offers a great view. You can see the entire Shuhe River right from your room. It's incredibly relaxing to just lie in bed and enjoy the river scenery. **Cleanliness & Environment:** Bailey checks in daily to see if we need our room cleaned, and the bedding is always neatly tidied. **Service Details:** Both the front desk and room service staff are incredibly attentive, responsive, and enthusiastic. Staff members we encountered in the hallways always greeted us proactively. From arrival to departure, there were always staff in the lobby ready to help with our luggage.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to Fushan Bay and May Fourth Square, with a seaside boardwalk just outside. The front desk lady upgraded me to an Executive Seaview Deluxe King Room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unbeatable ocean view, and I could enjoy the beautiful sea and city landscape right from my bed. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. After checking in, Ginny added me on WeChat. The service was attentive and thoughtful; she'd check in every day to see how my stay was going. While having dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the third floor, a short-haired lady—I'm not sure if she was a manager or supervisor—noticed me wiping my child's hands from a distance. Because the restaurant only had alcohol wipes, she specifically sent someone downstairs to get alcohol-free wipes. She anticipated the guest's needs without even being asked, which shows true professionalism and attentiveness. It's these small gestures that make a huge difference. Every service staff member in the restaurant was also very gentle and friendly, and the food was excellent. I don't often write reviews unless I've had a genuinely great experience, and I would definitely choose the Haitian again for my next trip to Qingdao.

My husband and I stayed at this Sheraton in Zibo for the first time. It's quite central, right next to a big mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient. It's also close to the Eight Bureaus snack street. The hotel breakfast was good, and being on a high floor, the view was absolutely stunning. The facilities were also pretty decent.

I came here to climb Mount Tai solo, and from my room window, I could admire its majestic view. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was very thoughtful. I recently stayed at Pullman Yantai Center Hotel, and overall the experience was excellent. The hotel truly feels deserving of its 5-star rating, with outstanding service, facilities, and atmosphere. However, there were a few maintenance issues that affected the stay experience. The SONY TV in the room had very poor pixel resolution and display quality. In addition, the bathtub drain plug was difficult to operate and had to be manually removed by hand, and the windows leaked during the rain. There was also an overcharge issue at the front desk during my stay, but the receptionist handled it professionally and promptly corrected the problem by issuing a refund. Their service was outstanding. In addition, I did not receive the wine factory coupons that were supposed to be included during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve these details, as the rest of the stay was otherwise very enjoyable.

I saw this zero-bad holiday apartment on the Internet and booked it, and it didn't disappoint me. The hotel has a beautiful environment, standing in front of the window with a panoramic view of the Xianghai Scenic Area. The sanitation is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the kitchen can cook seafood. We arrived at the hotel at noon, bought seafood at the boss's guidance Daegu Seafood Supermarket, came back to cook in the kitchenette, and tasted a seafood dinner. The young boss is very enthusiastic and responsible, so the business must be prosperous!

I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos). **Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep. Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time.
