Overall, the Five Star Bay Hotel is pretty good. The room facilities and amenities are complete, and some of the features felt quite thoughtful. There's a smart assistant that can control the curtains and TV. Also, the bathroom has a retractable clothesline, which I found very convenient for drying clothes. The front desk staff were very attentive; every time I walked past, they'd greet me with a smile, which felt very warm. The environment is also very nice, and the location is excellent. I would recommend it to friends.

Staying at this B&B during New Year's was a bit pricey, but I figured staying right in the scenic area would save travel time and enhance the experience. And staying at B&B No. 70 was definitely worth it! You open the door and windows to stunning views. Upon arrival, the host offered warm tea to ward off the cold, and inside, a sweet little blessing card and a red envelope brought so much joy. We ordered breakfast at the B&B on the first day, and to our surprise, it was a huge portion! Even after half a day of playing, the kids wanted to eat at the B&B again. When we got back from exploring, we found sweet little tangerines waiting for us – such a refreshing treat after a tiring journey. The room was simple but very clean and tidy, with all amenities provided. The host was professional, attentive, and incredibly warm. Being able to enjoy satisfying meals right at our 'doorstep,' combined with the wonderful emotional value and convenience, made us completely forget the crowded bustling of the popular scenic area. I'm already looking forward to staying here again!

Traveling to Huzhou with my parents, our stay at the Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort was filled with warmth and delightful surprises. A special thank you goes to our thoughtful and attentive butler, Lucy, who provided meticulous care and concern from check-in to check-out. Upon learning that we were traveling with elderly parents and celebrating a family birthday, Lucy proactively upgraded us from a Lake View Family Room to a spacious Lake View Suite, ensuring my parents had a more comfortable and relaxing stay. What was even more touching was that she specially prepared a birthday cake and decorated the room beautifully. The surprise and warmth in that moment deeply moved my family. Lucy's dedication and professionalism added a special touch to our Huzhou trip, leaving us with a profound and wonderful impression of the Sheraton Huzhou.

The hotel is very conveniently located with short walking distance about 5mins from the nearest Metro station (Ding'an Station). There are 2 entrances, the front and the back. The back has assess to taxis and vehicles so if you are taking taxi you will alight at the back. The front entrance is actually the pedestrian streets filled with shops, cafes and restaurants on both side of the pathways. We are allocated to room 8412 on the 4th floor, the hotel is clean and stylish. The rooms is also clean, neat and tidy. The room size is decent, although there will be challenges if you want to open 2 big luggages at 1 time. You can only put the luggage on the bed to open with ease but that does not bother me. There are enough plugs in the hotel, although I wish they can install international plugs. Overall the location, cleanliness, price and service is good. If come back to Hangzhou again, I definitely would stay here for its location, price and standard.

The staff were incredibly proactive and enthusiastic. They helped us with our luggage, opened doors, and even escorted us all the way to our room. We were greeted with complimentary fruit, and the room itself was spotless, with excellent shower pressure. What truly surprised us was not just the breakfast, but also a simple lunch and afternoon tea! The hotel's location is also fantastic – less than 2km from Jiangxinyu Island and about 400 meters from Wuma Street, making it very convenient for getting around. A delightful surprise was finding roasted sweet potatoes waiting for us when we returned to the hotel in the evening. And upon checkout the next day, we were given some local Wenzhou snacks. Definitely highly recommended!

The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to catch our flight the next day. Joy at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful; she proactively upgraded our room and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. We wanted to blanch some vegetables we brought, and she happily provided us with plenty of bowls. Thumbs up!

Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

First of all, the hotel is in a very good location and is easy to find. The front desk is very welcoming and upgraded my room type. There are also free snacks. The lobby is also very beautiful and gives people a very clean feeling. The cleaning lady is also very meticulous and provides good service. It is cost-effective and very suitable for people on business trips. I will come again.

Booked a suite at the Hilton Jiaxing via Trip.com, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the expansive space. The living room and bedroom were distinctly zoned, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a picturesque panorama of the city skyline blending with the serene lake. With the lights on at night, the ambiance was absolutely captivating. Every detail in the suite showed thoughtful consideration: the bedding was cloud-soft, allowing me to drift off to sleep instantly. The bathroom featured a modern wet/dry separation and an oversized bathtub, perfect for soaking away a day's fatigue. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes. The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try! Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!

The room was spotless and well-maintained, featuring new facilities and a very comfortable bed. However, the bathroom design was impractical, offering no space to place personal toiletries – a significant flaw. Room service was quite disappointing. The complimentary welcome fruit was completely forgotten and only delivered after I called at 11 AM. During check-in, I requested an additional set of adult toiletries and a children's set. These were not delivered as promised. After prompting again late in the evening, they finally arrived, but it was two adult sets, and the children's set was still missing! This standard of service is simply not what I expect from the Wyndham brand. Even small amenities felt lacking; only one comb was provided per room, which comes across as quite stingy. On the positive side, the breakfast was extensive and very good.
