I had an absolutely wonderful stay. This hotel is very accommodating to foreign travelers. They did their best to communicate with our family to make sure they were happy and comfortable. The rooms are amazing and full of amenities. They have a restaurant downstairs and serve a large delicious breakfast each morning. They also have a movie subscription service with a nice selection of English movies as well. Fully enjoyed my stay and will definitely be staying again in the future.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and smart devices made the stay more convenient. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were of high quality. The most pleasant surprise was the hot spring area, with over 30 indoor and outdoor pools scattered throughout. The original hot spring water was crystal clear with perfectly controlled temperature, and there were also special medicinal baths with rose, ginseng, and lavender themes. After soaking, my skin felt smooth and supple, and all fatigue instantly disappeared. The rest area was spacious and comfortable, with various complimentary teas, making for a truly exceptional experience.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location is superb, with direct elevator access to Mingjiahui Fashion Center, which is hands down the best shopping mall in Jiayuguan in terms of ambiance and experience. It's also a short taxi ride to the Jiayuguan Fort scenic area. The service here was outstanding. A big thank you to the front desk lady who checked us in on the afternoon of April 29th for upgrading our room – I'm just sad I didn't catch her employee number. The breakfast environment was quiet and elegant, and the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes that weren't greasy. They even made fresh wontons and noodles to order, tailored to your taste. Special thanks to restaurant staff member #39 for her thoughtful service; she customized our dishes to perfection. Even though it was a self-service buffet, she proactively brought freshly prepared food right to our table. On our second day, heading to Jiayuguan Fort, staff members #20 and #21 helped us arrange for the hotel's MPV business van. The 6-seater van was incredibly comfortable, and the drive was very smooth – a big thanks to the driver as well. When we checked out, they, along with the supervisor, prepared special Jiayuguan souvenirs and some snacks for our upcoming journey, which was going to be a bit hectic. The room maintenance was impeccable; there were no noticeable issues with our stay experience. After we offered some suggestions for further improvement, the hotel promptly organized a review and provided feedback. My thanks to room attendant #51 for calling to inquire about the details, and also to the supervisor for speaking with us directly and personally looking into our suggestions. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies for their care, which made our first visit to Jiayuguan a joyful memory and made us feel truly at home. I hope the hotel enjoys thriving business in the future, and I wish all the staff members continued success and well-being.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. The front desk staff were warm and incredibly helpful. The location is super convenient for getting around. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations; I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it! Haha.

Traveling to Zhangye with two kids, I was impressed by the service from the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance. I completely forgot about our luggage in the taxi, but the security guard at the door kindly helped me carry it all the way to our room. The room itself was clean and tidy. Honestly, I couldn't find a single fault with the service here; everyone was so welcoming and enthusiastic. After all, isn't good service and a pleasant environment what you look for in a hotel? In the evening, they even brought us snacks and treats. Because I had children, they also gave us some small toys, which was incredibly thoughtful. They even prepared foot-soaking tubs and cucumber masks for us in the evening – my kids and I were practically fighting over who got to use them! Highly recommended!

This guesthouse is located in a village in Dunhuang, and it might feel a bit out of the way on your first visit. However, it's very close to Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake, making it quite convenient for sightseeing. The environment is relatively quiet, with the courtyard surrounded by fruit trees, creating a very relaxing atmosphere overall. Upon check-in, I found the room to be very clean, and there were no issues with the bedding or the bathroom. They even provided makeup remover wipes and alcohol pads in the room, which are small things you don't usually think about but come in handy for wiping down your phone or hands after a day out. The common areas are well-designed, and the infinity pool makes for great photos. It's also pleasant to just sit in the courtyard, sip coffee, and relax. The guys at the front desk were quite enthusiastic; they helped with luggage, recommended local eateries, and generally assisted with any requests. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but everything is freshly made and tastes good. They also offer coffee and craft beer, and it's lovely to sit in the courtyard in the evening with a breeze. If I had one minor quibble, it's that the restaurants recommended by the front desk, while delicious, had quite long wait times. Overall, this is a very thoughtful guesthouse, perfect for those who want to take their time exploring and staying in Dunhuang.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening. The service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the Xiao Li team in the guest room building No. 5, who made us really feel what it means to feel at home. Thank you very much. This time I booked a hotel in Trip.com with full marks ✨ Check-in was super fast, the front desk took the initiative to help with luggage and guide the way; the room was clean and odorless, the bed was soft and sleepy, and the bathroom was dry and wet. The public area was clean and the 24-hour service was intimate; the location was close to the business district/attractions, and the travel was super convenient. Overall beyond expectations, highly recommended!

This guesthouse is located right at the foot of Mingsha Mountain. From the balcony, you can overlook the mountain and catch the beautiful sunset. The interior is spacious and tidy, with a lovely blend of Japanese style and Dunhuang characteristics. Both inside and outside, the walls are adorned with exquisite mural-style decorative paintings, creating an overall comfortable and elegant atmosphere. The facilities are comprehensive, with a thoughtful hot water dispenser so you can always have hot drinks, and the humidifier is a lifesaver, a must-have in the Northwest! The owner is incredibly warm and attentive. Before heading out, we'd always ask for his recommendations, which were spot-on. We even hitched a ride to the city with him quite often, haha. And I highly recommend the breakfast臊子面 (sauteed pork noodles) – it's truly delicious!

The service here is excellent, the environment is great, and the views are beautiful. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. The staff at the front desk, in housekeeping, and at the concierge desk are all very friendly. Xiao Wang from the concierge even proactively brought a fruit platter to my room. I've stayed here many times, and it's now my go-to hotel whenever I visit Lanzhou.
