It's very convenient and easy to find the direction for travelers from airport, especially if you travel in the evening. The hotel has mentioned that you will require to ask for housekeeping if you need one, so it's fine. The breakfast was fine if you just staying for 2 to 3 days, more than that, you might find the choice is limited.

This is a 3-star hotel and we did not expect much from staying in this hotel. The location is excellent but it is really noisy with passing tram cars and trains all the time. Hotel lift was also not working during half of my stay. The hotel does provide breakfast which is a plus point.

My wife, Emily Tan, left her room at about 6 am on 25th Sep to check out and catch a 8.30 am flight to New York. The power failed at that time and they decided to use the staircase. However, there was no lights at all and they had to find their way using lights from their phone. At the reception, it was chaotic as there were only 2 staff and they were overwhelmed by calls from guests as well. It’s shocking that the emergency lighting did not come on when the power failed. This is a serious safety hazard.

Location was very convenient, next to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Safe especially for lady travels. Staff were friendly too, and checking in and out was very smooth for us.

I love everything about this hostel except the big guy was so rude. I don't know how to check in and made some mistakes, but the guy got angry and asked me to register again without any help. After few failed attempts, finally he help me to settle down. I wonder why at the 1dt place he didn't help instead of get angry. Very rude. The other reception was friendly

The hotel receptionists provided excellent service especially when I lost something on the train and they were there to help and comfort me. The location might be dark and a bit worrying for a lady to walk into the hotel from the train station during late night.

The location is perfect for the people who loves downtown areas but the staffs service is not welcoming like a neutral. The price is fair if you booked far away from the date when you want to travel. The decoration is not too bad but even they don’t prepare for bed sheets for the guests. For price you can consider but for facilities I don’t want to recommend

The hair dryer is not working and waited for the serviceman to come (within 25min) Waited 30min and call and nobody pickup. Rushing for breakfast and going to airport. Don’t have time to wait for the servicemen and in the end never dry the long hair.  Hope that the hotel can keep the airport shuttle bus service for coming years. I dont mind to pay a bit more for it.

Good thing: very close to the main station station. Just one station. Bad thing: the check in process is super slow due to only one staff there. They should improve this point.

1. Sometimes the hotel staffs are the nicest people in the world. And sometimes, they are the rudest at this place. I sent them 3 emails, but I never heard back from them. So I called them to make sure my requests were in the system. It took me few tries. One staff picked up, I never expect the staffs to be my friends, nor do I want them, however this person decided to have Korean drama brawl over the phone with me. Rude hotel staff(rhs): Guten morgen Atrium Hotel. Me: Guten morgen, I am sorry do you speak English? RHS: ...I am listening Me: Hi, I have a reservation from then to then. My name is so and so. I sent emails before but... RHS: Name Me: I'm sorry? RHS: I asked for your name. Your last name. Me: oh it's so and so. RHS: Wait, I saw your emails. Me: good, then can I... RHS: if you have written to us, why are you wasting my time again? Me: I'm sorry what? RHS: ugh (hangs up) Then he unhooks the phone, and I couldn't reach them for 6 hours. After that, even though the hotel was great, other staffs were fantastic, my experience with this hotel was all overshadowed. 2. Beware if you are staying in Frankfurt, near the Frankfurt am Hbf, the central station, is NOTORIOUS for being dangerous. This hotel happens to be just outside of the dangerous part of it, but it is close enough. If you are from major cities in US, Frankfurt is nothing, but it's something to consider. 3. Do not take the AC for the granted, I was foolish to think my Frankfurt hotel experience was gonna be transferable for the rest of my trip in Europe. Just because most Western Europe winter can be brutal, does not mean the summer is going to be easy to get by, and believe me, YOU WILL WANT THE AC.

The Grand Westin Frankfurt offers clean and modern rooms that have been recently renovated. However, a minor inconvenience is that the bathroom doors open inside, potentially hitting people standing in front of the sink. Sliding doors would be a better option. The bed is large and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The breakfast is amazing with a variety of options and free seating. The live cooking station for omelettes adds a nice touch. Unfortunately, the pool attendant seems to lack knowledge on turning on lights, making them unavailable at 7:30am, even before sunrise. On the positive side, the hotel's location is perfect, with direct train access to the airport.

I visited Frankfurt during the ACHEMA exhibition. All the hotels were expensive and Hilton city was expensive too, but it was more reasonable compared to the other hotels. No problem reaching Messe in the morning. Like the part behind the hotel. Most of the staffs were kind(front desk, DFAC) but the staffs on the Bar were below average. Anyhow, really enjoyed the stay!

The hotel is quite far away from terminal 2 and the way to reach the hotel is not easy by walk. The hotel reception is very supportive and able to arrange early checkin for me 1 hr after my arrival (around 10:30am). The room is pretty clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in an excellent location, in the city center, close to attractions and the Rhine River. There is a shuttle bus to the outlet mall at the door, which is convenient for travel. The room is very large, clean and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful.

This hotel is also very close to DB, 5 minutes walk. The hotel feels a bit old, the room layout is a bit old-fashioned, and the elevator is very small. The bathroom is also relatively small, there is no shower room, and the sink is not very easy to use. There are no facilities in the room, no minibar, no kettle, and no safe. The breakfast is pretty good. The Frankfurt train station is a little far from the Roman Square in the city center. If you will stay for a few more days and do not need to take the train frequently, it is not recommended to live around the train station.

From eight years ago to now, as long as the flange is the two hotels. Jumeirah or Roomers. There is never any disappointment. This time is no exception. Perfectly designed for the perfect hotel. The atmosphere makes people feel that this money is willing.

Perfect experience! The room is much bigger than I expected with a nice view. Very thoughtful arrangements such as warm lights, water, towels, soap and even a teakettle! Totally saved my life! Very convenient public transportation, direct S Bahn to airport (10 stations), and 4 stations to the city center

Not bad. The breakfast is very rich and there are many things to choose from. The double bed has a partition. It is about 30 euros by taxi from the Frankfurt Exhibition Center. The surrounding area is quiet. Behind it is the Main River.

Right centrally located, cool industrial design. Rooms are properly with good beds. In the bathroom lacked paper clothes, the shower was clean, a dead spine on the roof could have been removed. Hand clothes of good quality. Breakfast rich and the lady from breakfast service friendly, careful and helpful. If you had also wished to check out: The staff seemed sleepy and confused and didn't ask if we had ever breakfast. Whether we were satisfied, did not interest and a good trip he didn't want us either.

The room is quite spacious, the location is more convenient, the S line city rail transit is directly accessible, to the city center, the train station, the airport is a direct, very convenient, will choose next time

Our room was quiet most of the night although we had a few knocking sounds from main door. We suspected it was due to the air pressure built up from corridor as our room was near the end of corridor. The room carpet was tainted with stains but that didn’t affect us. Hotel was near to subway station and took less than 30mins from main train station.

The hotel's location is not too far from the city center, about 10-15 minutes' drive... The room is clean and hygienic! House prices are cheap! The only drawback is that there is no shower in the bathroom…

If you are driving ev don’t choose this hotel. There is no charger in the hotel parking. And also there is no tools such as slippers, cleaning cotton etc. for uour comfortable. Orhervise hotel rooom was nice.

I would say this hotel exceeds the expectations, and most of luxurious hotels as well should learn something from this one. So comfortable place to be for a short stay before the flight. Helpful staff at reception, except in the morning when the Lady was ignoring me even though i was standing in front for 10 minuets for checkout, She was busy making coffee and at the same time attending guests which is not convenient for anybody i guess. Also i read that hotel guests did not need to pay airport transfer fee of 5 euro, but they still charged 10 euros from us. I like the waiting area and bar

The overall environment of the room is good, the front desk service is also OK, after the check-out time the next day, I left my luggage at the hotel until almost 6pm.

The room is not big but ok. There is no kettle but one bottle of mineral water provided, it is fine. Free shuttle bus is great. Online check-in and check-out is quick and convience. Overall speaking it is good. Next time I will still choose it to stay for one night in order to catch the flight in the morining.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the equipment is not in line with the price level. Other hotels nearby have coffee machines in the room and offer free water - that was not offered here. It was particularly annoying that the pipe water had tasted strongly to iron and therefore was unsageable. I'll probably use other alternatives next time.

The facilities are still 'OK, that is, every extra service has to spend money, no free luggage, can 30 euros early check-in or late check-out to put luggage, airport bus 5 euros, to go a little far to the parking lot to sit, breakfast 15, in short, no work!

We stayed here before a long flight. Unfortunately, because our train was delayed, we were at the hotel after the possible check-in time, but they were able to help us over the phone without any problems. The rooms are nice and spacious and offer everything you need to start a long journey well rested before a flight 😊
