Location is easy to reach from airport with bus. Building is big and have cafe on the ground floor. Paid locker is available on the basement and they have elevators. Bedrooms are a bit narrow but ok for people without big luggage.

Vibrant and immaculate hotel with beautiful rooms on the top floor, friendly staff who were very helpful and a nice bar make this Hotel a real standout. The location is in a very useful location and yet tucked away with no noise.

Eventhough the room is bit small, it is good enough for me n friend to stay n sleep together. Both of us are backpack traveller. Everything there is good and convenient. Definitely would like to come back again if have chance.

This was a great stay for a short layover with early flight out in the morning. The reviews were mixed, but the room was clean and comfortable! The only thing that didn't work was the self check-in. I assume because they needed to scan my passport. The employees were ok - not super friendly, nor were they mean. They were definitely just doing their job at 1am.

The location is 10 mins walk from central train station & metro station. Next door got supermarket. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The staff are attentive and always available. Hotel room is very clean, cozy, quiet & beds very comfortable. Breakfast is very good & got a few time slot to choose. Our standard room was large enough for both of our suitcases to be opened and still walk around. There is no house keeping during our 2 nights stay & no kettle provided in the room for us to made coffee.

We stayed one night to get an early train the next day. The room was so big! with a huge TV! The window gave a cute view to a courtyard. The only negative I would point out is the checkin and storage are digital and so there is no human interaction in these processes. Also the public showers should make people throw their hair in the bin instead of leaving it in the shower for others 😅

The two male receptionists at the night shift are fabulous. They are not only nice and helpful in giving grocery and money exchange information, but also very willing to share the Copenhagen culture with us. They are very friendly which has given us remarkable hospitality. The room is not big but very enough for 2 person, yet, the tidiness is satisfying with this price. The window outside is the road and sea, quiet and beautiful, very enjoyable living. There is no toothpaste, toothbrush or slippers, please prepare for yourself, given that the hotel price is really low compared to other options. Will definitely recommend to friends or family who wanna come visit Copenhagen.

For me it’s okay to be here. Good entertainment like game rooms. But the toilet is minimally small. Others are quite good.

The location of the hotel is near to most of the attractions places. The hotel is also clean and comfortable to stay although it is not spacious.

This hotel’s location is very close to the Copenhagen central train station and metro station that’s just a few minutes walk. So, the guest can go to travel easily and do shopping conveniently. Besides, there’re also some restaurants such as Chinese and other Asian restaurants. Also, there’s a 7-11 convenient store nearby. So, it’s easy to buy foods and drinks.

Good parts: 1) Room is very big and quite clean; 2) It's located by the river, so the view is quite nice and good for morning walk So-so parts: 1) The hotel is 15 mins walk to the metro line. There's no 7-11, grocery store and restaurants nearby which can be quite inconvenient; 2) The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. It was very noisy in the morning; 3) The staff is not very welcoming compared with the other Marriott I stayed before

Great hotel and convenient to walk to all major attractions and city centre. Around 20mins from airport by metro and a 5minute walk to hotel. The staff were very friendly and made sure to leave a birthday treat for us which was appreciated. For the price of the hotel it's a pity that they only provide one bottle of water and later charge 55k for a new bottle. Most hotels will replenish this free daily. Overall very comfortable stay.

The rooms here are very tall and not exquisite, but the design details are very good. There are two USB and two TIPS interfaces at the head of the bed. To turn on the bathroom light, just press it once and keep pressing it until it gradually brightens.

It is convenient to take bus or train, both are close to the hotel, and the hall of hotel is beautiful. Besides, you can see beautiful sense in the room. The location is excellent, near the New Port. It takes 700 meters to walk from the airport to the New Port by subway. The main attractions can be reached on foot, such as the New Port, Rosenborg Palace, Frederick Church, Mermaid, etc. The room is on the canal, with a panoramic view of the Opera House and the Royal Theater. Although the room is not big, it has a strong sense of design, good quality, and antique style. There is a Chinese restaurant (Dongyuan) near the New Port, and the food is OK.

It is a top designer hotel. The location has nothing to say. Super convenient. Snacks and drinks in the minibar are complimentary, breakfast can be paid for on the 5th floor terrace, the service is great! Enjoyed the last night in Copenhagen!

A historic hotel, taking a taxi from the airport for the past 300 yuan. The first time I met a hotel room, there was a gauge cylinder. The younger brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic. When we left, let us take the subway and give me a road map. Hotel accommodations seem to be mostly business people. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Little Mermaid. The door is the bar restaurant street. Eating at the Nordic level is not particularly expensive. All the fundamental Hagen attractions are around the hotel. There is no need to take a bus to take a bus. The location is great.

It's a very unique hotel with stylish Nordic design inside. The best thing is the hotel's swimming pool. I think many people come here for it. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a comfortable environment. It is good to have a glass of wine or coffee, and the food is relatively simple. The service at the front desk downstairs is relatively mediocre. It is basically the service of a small inn. It is not enthusiastic, not proactive, and does not help with luggage. It is not bad, just average.

The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. Long check-in and check-out time but the rest is good or excellent. The location is perfect for flight travellers. However, the check-in took a long time and I was the the fourth person in the line. The que was very long when i was checking in. I had to wait a long time (25-30 minutes). A couple and I tried to use the self check-in. But the self-checkin stations were not functioning. We had to go back to the long que. The ”receptionist” claimed (when I asked him during the check-in) that the waiting time (for check-in) is sometimes (amazingly) one hour. The ”receptionist” was alone. No other staff member helped him while several staff members just strolled around. The check-out took also a long time. A long que was built up, while the lonely ”receptionist” talked in the phone. He had a long phone conversation. None of the staff members helped him. The room was clean and quite. The breakfast was excellent. I give a relatively low rating due to the long check-in and check-out time. It is not specially customer friendly if you/the customer need/-s to stand one hour (in my case 30 minutes) in the check-in line after a 20 hours long flight route.

The location is actually great. But the pavement half way through is uneven and it was hard pushing my luggage. If you have light luggage you can walk. If you have heavy luggage and 3 bags like I did. Get the cab or shuttle. The shuttle is only on weekdays. I flew on a weekend. So I had to get a cab. Service: they were very nice all round. Especially the restaurant staff. They were absolutely slammed during service but kept apologising while I waited for someone to attend to me. And were always polite. Lots of people at reception so no major queues and able to help with my queries even googling the cost in my home currency for me. Cleanliness: room was super clean and I LOVE the grohe shower. They offer shower gel, hand wash and some form of conditioning shampoo. Unfortunately that doesn’t work for my hair so I didn’t use it. But if your like me and need separate conditioning just bring some conditioner. If not your set. Amenities: they have a pool. Though since I live in Asia this isn’t some big thing. But my friend said it is expensive in terms of use fees. If I remember correctly hotel guests can use it at certain times. The sky bar is lovely… it got very busy in the evening. Great view, even if your room doesn’t face the water just head here to relax with the view. Restaurant was good for breakfast. Lots of options, including organic options. English full breakfast station. Yoghurt and cereal options. Bread and cheese stations. Personally I like pancakes but they had none. Otherwise great. It’s buffet so you can load up for the day. I didn’t attend the lunch and dinner dining though they were super nice. There are sandwich and snack options in the lobby. Also some basic needs such as tampons and toiletries sold. Surrounding they have the cafe Krysten perle which appears lovely from the outside. I just personally chose to skip dinner so I didn’t eat here either. But it’s a super easy walk. The aquarium is lovely. Also super easy walk. Quite a nice place to walk a bit. Overall had a good stay. Great for a one night stay with the added aquarium trip. Would like to stay again though it really needs a shuttle on weekends.

The dissatisfaction was more a product of the price than anything. The location relative to the airport was not great: a 10-15 min drive. The area was not sketchy in the sense it made me feel unsafe but certainly way more delinquent children than expected. However, was conveniently across the road from a supermarket with multiple cheap options for eating nearby as well. The staff at the hotel itself were great. The room was dingy ++, but was scrubbed as clean as they could manage, which must have been some task as bits were falling off.

We took one train from the airport (note that it is not a subway and not every train passes by a small station, so you have to ask clearly) Get on the wrong bus), get off and walk for 5 minutes. It’s basically a straight line and you won’t go wrong. Their prices are fair and the neighborhood is a bit remote but quiet. The room facilities and breakfast are also good. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will proactively inform the airport of the train schedule, so it is a good choice for tourists who want to stay near the airport temporarily.
