"The parking was free and accessible. The meals were included this time and a lovely choice and the restaurant staff we re very attentive and happy the whole experience was very good. Comfy bed and pretty quiet.  Just the shower not a lot of power but still did the job . All the shower gel and hair products were there ready to use ."

"Place has been refurbished to a higher standard bathroom and room outlook. The bathroom was very clean, bedding also very clean ironing crises on linen. Downside could hear every flash of the toilet and talking. Also my room was on a top flight of the stairs by the time l got to my room l was breathless. I did mention to reception that l had been unwell so could’ve done with a lift. Others may differ in opinion. Overall 8/10 Ample parking which is really lovely. Will stay again.❤️"

"A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain)."

"After a long journey, from landing to clearing customs, and then struggling to find the bus stop, we were freezing while waiting for our transfer 🥶. We finally arrived at the hotel past 11 PM. The front desk staff were super friendly and helped us check in smoothly, also giving us all the details about breakfast 👍🏽. The hotel is clean and tidy! Our room even had a heater, which was a real lifesaver for us after arriving so late and being out in the cold for so long. It felt incredibly warm and welcoming!"

"The hotel is just 20 minutes walk from the center. Many rooms options, the team was kind enough to upgrade me to a higher floor room which made me feel better and safer. It seems there was a pub inside which I didn’t use but it sounded lively!"

"The overall experience of this hotel is very good, the process from check-in to check-out is very smooth. The service staff is kind and courteous, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and well maintained. The location is convenient and the surrounding life functions are also very convenient. The overall accommodation environment is comfortable and relaxing. It is a pleasant stay experience. I will have the opportunity to visit again in the future."

"Just returned from a two night stay. The hotel could not be in a better location.....absolutely perfect! Unfortunately though the hotel is very tired and dated. The lift doesnt work and judging bybprevious reviews im not sure the last time that it was. The bathroom door wouldnt stay closed and my room overlooked the backs where clearly the bins and restaurant staff are. I was rudely awoken by the staff and bin men at 04.45am which wasnt great. All in all a perfect location and the reception staff were lovely but not really worth the money that it cost!"

"The hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again."

"The lodge is a great location if you are going to the racecourse. We arrived at around 1:30 as the first race was at 2:30 and was told that if we wanted to check in early we would have to pay a fee of £20. When the races often start at around 2-2:30 this seemed unreasonable. I had to come out of he racecourse between races to check In. I’ve stayed at the Lingfield racecourse hotel and they checked us in 12:30 as our room was ready. Went for breakfast at around 7:50 and there was no menus out, the staff seemed totally disorganised. There was no instructions on how to order food. The continental “help yourself” was ok but had very little fruit options. They did have alpro soya and oat milk as milk alternatives. The room was clean and tidy but very basic. It did have a free standing fan which was good in the warm weather. The bad was big and comfortable. The shower was nice and had shower gel. The customer service let it down a little."
