I would like to thank all the people who work in the hotel, especially Atef, Mohamed and Basma from the reception
The first time I arrived, I had an unenviable situation with a taxi driver who brought me from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel is supposed to have nothing to do with it. He guided me very much, and the people in the reception also called a person from the airport and called Samih Sharif, the owner of the hotel, to ask his permission to act. Frankly, people were negligent. They arrived at the taxi driver, and they returned my money to me, and I did not agree to take anything in return. Thank you very much for your honesty. I felt insecure, you reassured me very much, thank you
We went there relying on the comments, we had high expectations, but I think the rooms smelled damp, there were no slippers, there was no hair dryer, the pool was closed, the breakfast was good, the location was in the Hamra area. If I go to Beirut again, I would choose a hotel closer to the beach, the wifi was good, the cafe section was lively, it was nice, it was a normal hotel in terms of price performance.
Really happy with my stay at Smallville. Great service from all staff at all times. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. Love the touchscreen facilities inside the room & great amount of lighting. Balcony is a great size (it does get a bit dusty from the wind) with amazing city views. Breakfast is average but they serve non dairy milk so I was happy!! Wifi is good when connected but does disconnect daily. Would definitely stay here again!!
I went here for a night during my transfer. It was ok. I just thought the price was high. But the prices in Beirut are quite high. The location is good. There are KFC supermarkets and restaurants around. I ordered breakfast online in advance. It was ok.
It's quite close to downtown. The front desk speaks English fluently. Check-in is very smooth and check-out is also smooth. The room is not very big but it is enough! pretty good
The stuff are very kind and helpful but the view of the room is terrible ( there is now view, just a wal Infront the balcony door). The floor ( carpet) was very dirty and make my socks/ feet black.
The most worst is that i had no warm water at all. After they fixed the problem i had to open the water like for a 15 minutes before i get a little bit warm water.
Unfortunately my experience was not good. With all respect to the stuff i could give this hotel 2 Stars maximum.
Room was very clean. The only issue I saw was the door for the bathroom is rotten. I asked the cleaning maid for clean towels and she ignored me. When arriving at hotel, I had to wait about 45 minutes for a room to be ready and the baggage boy just threw my luggage on the floor without any regards for its contents. I tried to order food for lunch at about 1300 and the lady that answered room service just said no breakfast and hung up. I wanted to order a burger from their menu. So I opted to go eat outside of the hotel. Other than that... the stuff was great. The hotel is being remodeled so lots of construction noise in the morning and lots of routy guests at night and no one tells them to be quiet.
The hotel staff were very nice. The room was soso. But the bathroom was dirty and they have flies and insects inside. Flying everywhere. Even though they said will get back to me but they didn't.
Very Good

GGuest UserExceptional service, clean hotel, rooms are big and well maintained. Convenient location in the heart of Beirut close to many attractions. Highly recommended great management and staff.
MMVery nice, helpful, English speaking staff. The hotel is in a great location if you’re in Beirut for the tourism or the nightlife.
If you’re booking, do bear in mind that it’s got somewhat of a hostel vibe(even though it is a proper hotel) and if you’re looking for a place with lots of amenities you might not be as happy.
I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Beirut and will stay here again when I return.
GGuest UserI stayed in a junior suite which was very cute and cozy. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of breakfast or dining options. However, it is located in a very good part of downtown barely 10 minutes walk from Zaitunay Bay which houses several cafes and restaurants. It is also a walking distance from many restaurants, the marina and pubs. Staff were very nice and welcoming. They helped me order dinner twice.
FFADY BARAKATBasic facilities.
Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness.
Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control.
The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night.
Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7.
Can order outside delivery to the room.
Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.
CChongpoyunwujianjiaoyangThe room I lived in used to be a suite. Now I have locked the middle door and turned it into two rooms, so the sound insulation can be imagined. It is advertised as 4 stars, but I really didn’t feel it. I had breakfast on another street. This time it came out. Because of work, I stayed here for a long time. I have basically visited Beirut in the past few days. It is about 15 minutes walk from the beach. It is remote, but it is convenient for shopping and eating. The rooms on the beach are basically coffee shops.
Facilities: a bit old, there is an open-air swimming pool on the 12th floor where I live
Service: Because they are permanent residents, some things need to be asked from them, and they are not proactive enough
GGuest UserIt was a great stay. Overall experience perfect. Cleanliness and friendliness and service just great . I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is traveling to lebanon especially if he is going to be in achrafiyeh. Out experience with Citea was just great . We both want to thank them for everything .
CCJFrovery friendly and kind owner. nice area. room floor was a little dirty on arrival and the breakfast left a lot to be desired . an egg and some bread… with cucumbers and a sliced tomato . same almost every day some times you’d get some cheese. some days some water with it some days not.
MMH1A big thank you for Nadia from in reception who tried to get us a free upgrade, even tho she couldn’t since there were no possibility due to limited availability but she still switched the room type to one of our liking. Our stay was very nice and we will definitely return.
