The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.
We was very satisfied with the cleaning of the room, the receptionist was very nice and friendly, we had a spacious room and a comfortable bed, we like to come more often, the price of the room it is acceptable. Thank you
Check in quick. Room was surprisingly large, next to noisy family but can’t be helped. Huge bed! Plus a bed for our soon and a camp bed! Plenty of space and very modern. Tv had no remote so had to go to reception and ask for one. Ordered room service but had to go to desk to pay and told one minute it wouldn’t be ready until gone 6 (an hour after ordering) but turned up within half hour. I’d say that’s the only downside was the conflicting info given by staff. Spa is nice, small pool area and steam and sauna again very small and was super busy so had to wait to enter both. I didn’t stay long as kids only allowed in between 4&6 and I’m morning slot also. Would stay again.
Stay in style at Premier Inn Bromsgrove. We're just a pitching-wedge from the Bromsgrove Golf Course, a short cruise from the Harley Davidson Training University, and an easy stroll into Bromsgrove itself. A little further afield there's the shopping and bars of Birmingham, the races at Cheltenham and the wild and wonderful West Midland Safari Park. After a leisurely round or a day of business, refuel in our delicious restaurant, then relax and recharge in our spacious, extra-comfy beds.
An amazing building with historical connections. The bathroom was good, with deep bath and good mains water pressure. But the bedroom needed serious update. No mains lighting in the bedroom or hallway, just plug in side lights by the bed and a standard lamp on old fashioned round pin plug in hall. I had to use a torch to move round the bedroom. The lift wasn't working, although the membet of staff managed some manoeuvre to get it working which I couldn't replicate. Restaurant was ok but the standard of a reasonable pub, not fine dining. Menu was a bit odd - steak and chips, fish and chips style or ”venison pudding” which was a huge stodgy pastry with over cooked dry meat inside. Breakfast buffet was very nice, but too dark in that room also. Six jams and marmalades in open jars with no way of knowing what they were, and no little dishes to put them in to take to your seat. Service at breakfast had to be sought out, no one in site. Breakfast bacon was inedible - cooked previously then reheated.
Overall, it is a fascinating place but needs a big overall and review of what they are offering.

The bed was terrible had a terrible night the mattress was so worn out it completely squashed together as I sat on the bed. When I reported it to reception the lady informed me that they were being replaced but for us not soon enough! Sadley as everything else was ok

RRichardReally enjoyed the stay here, in the countryside, quiet. My room was phenomenal, a suite with separate seating area and TV with a super comfy bedroom. Decor was in great condition and the view over the river was stunning. Food in the restaurant was good and a bargain price with the 10% discount you receive for staying there. Staff were great warm and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
AAnonymous UserGood location, only walking 5minutes arrive city center. Room is neatly and clean. I only stayed one night feeling comfortable.the view is pretty.
WWil~MCYI recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Redditch and was very pleased with my experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. And the free parking was a real bonus, especially considering the location. Overall, great value for money!
