ALBERHO ALLE PORTE DI Bolgna zona residenziale e tranquilla personale in front office molto gentile e accomodante ..per chi viaggia e deve prendere un aereo o comune alzardi presto per affari dirri che va benissimo letto comodo stanza molto minimal ma ha ciò che necessita appunto per soste brevi x lavoro ecc ..nn x stare se uno ha impegni diverso r vorrebbe dormire perché la mattina si sentono gli aerei molto ravvicinati e anche la porta del giroscsle che sbatte wuanfo scendo molto presto ..per questo dico che è perfetto per dormire e prendere l aereo il gg dopo o se uno è di passaggio..comunque con me sono stati davvero gentili..

Combo Hostel, Bologna Approx 15 min walk from train station. Utilitarian in a cool, funky way. VERY bright colours in the corridors. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice, reasonably priced bar with indoor and outdoor garden seating areas. Excellent breakfast. Rooms clean and spacious. Laundry with two washing machines, two dryers, two airers and iron/ironing board. Would definitely stay again

On our round trip through northern Italy, we stopped in Bologna from 24.7.-25.7.22. We had booked a Classic double room at UNAHotels Bologna Centro via an online platform. Likewise, we already know UNAHotels from previous stays in other cities. The hotel is located outside the old town. It's a comfortable 20-minute walk. Unfortunately, the check-in did not work smoothly. The room was not ready at 13.15. The reception could not even check us in. They could only do that when the room was ready. I have never experienced anything like this and it has never happened in any other UNA hotel. Fortunately, we were able to drop off the luggage. A garage is also an advantage in Bologna. The reservation worked without a problem here, cost 22 euros per night. The room was very good. Size, comfort and cleanliness were perfect. The bathroom is also good. Everything necessary is available. Modern furnishings. Our request for a room on the upper floors was met. Wifi is good. The breakfast has everything you could want. Despite the discrepancies at check in, we can recommend the UNAHotels Bologna Centro.

Can’t speak highly enough of the way this hotel treated me after my fall which required hospitalisation. Had to phone reception from car park as I couldn’t get out of my car .Valeria and Guiseppe came out and once it was clear I needed ambulance they called ambulance and arranged for my cases to be transferred to hospital.

On the day of departure, our flight was in the evening, and we were able to check out late for a fee of 10 EUR per hour after 12. The staff were quite friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Dining: I paid for the breakfast, which was serviceable. It was adequate but nothing extraordinary. Overall Experience: The best part of my stay was the location. It made it very easy to explore nearby cities via train. The modern and clean room was also a big plus. I can’t think of any areas for improvement; overall, I’m quite happy with my stay. Recommendation: Yes, I would recommend this hotel to others, mainly for its excellent location and modern rooms. Unlike some older apartments in Europe, the rooms here are updated and comfortable.

We loved this hotel. Clean, modern, bathroom amenities all excellent - shower, bidet, quality shampoo and body wash, working hairdryer, multiple clean white towels…. Delicious breakfast and 2 (?) working cappuccino machines, etc. light airy lobby . Our room faced the front and had a small balcony. Would join this hotel group …

A very nice hotel with good amenities. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was decent. Bring a hairdryer as the hairdryer supplied is ok for short hair, but not great for long hair. There was only 2 plug sockets in the room and one in the bathroom. This makes charging modern day phones, watches and other equipment very difficult. Especially if one of the plugs is located behind a cupboard. The kettle was balanced on the air con unit which isn’t ideal. A shelf would be a good idea. There aren’t any draws to put away underwear or tee shirts so be prepared to live from your case, however there is a clothes rail. The beds are made everyday and fresh towels if required. We used the spa which was lovely, although the pool probably was a clean. We will definitely return as the location is excellent, about 8 minute walk to the station.

Hotel is in a quiet area a little off from the highway. We had a corner suite room which was a huge room with separate living area and bedroom and it had a treadmill in the living. The only complaint is the shower water had a very strong metallic smell, not sure if it’s the plumbing or what but it was quite unpleasant. TV channels has cable TV channels so that’s nice too.

A nice place to stay, not too far from Bologna where I was attending Cersaie, well located, clean with friendly staff, Room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a selection of drinks hot and cold food. I have stayed in hotels in Italy many times and this was definitely one of the better stays. Hats off to the staff who were all friendly and efficient. The only thing I didn’t like was the late check in process, which was slow. When you’re tired after a long day traveling it was quite frustrating.

I looked on a booking sight and showed the receptionist that I could still book a room (which would come with a free bottle of wine) for two people for exactly what I paid. Receptionist kept saying that it would be more if i booked through the hotel. Lets follow the logic here. Why would i book directly through the hotel if the same room is less on a booking sight? The most irritating part is that she kept laughing inappropriately for some unknown reason. The male receptionist kept insisting that the € 100 was for the ”free” hot breakfast. We reminded him that we had to leave before breakfast was served. He assured us that there would be a cart full of food in the morning before we left. Long story short, that did not happen. There was a cart with coffee and a few pastries. But wait, there's more! The man at the reception in the morning told us that if we had asked, they would have made us breakfast. That would have been nice if it was ever suggested by reception at check in! A real five star hotel would have just taken the initiative to prepare the bagged breakfast for us given the conversation had the night before. I also enjoyed how the staff talked down to us insisting that a €100 per person euro fee is totally normal. Because I've never stayed in a hotel before! Thats sarcasm btw. Again, this certainly was not a five star experience. And just to compare apples to apples, we stayed at a four star hotel when we arrived in bologna 10 days earlier. It was 1/5 the cost, the staff much more accommodating and was just as comfortable and nice. So do yourself a favor and ignore the alleged five star rating and save your money and nerves by staying anywhere else.

We arrived around 1230 at night. The check in was smooth and they guy was super friendly. We booked a twin - however the room we got was a double and the beds couldn’t be split. The reception team moved us to a twin with no bother at all. The room was clean and very quiet. The beds were a little firm for our liking but it was a good night sleep. The hotel is a little dated - but we were expecting this. The breakfast was good. Your typical hotel breakfast. The free shuttle the next day was very good - had we arrived earlier the night before we would have been able to get the shuttle to the airport instead of a taxi which was around €16.00. So make sure you get the shuttle timetable from the hotel before you arrive. A pleasant one night stay.

All right at the Ipoint Hotel in Bologna. nice staff, comfortable room and well-disposed. Wi-Fi is excellent and bathroom with everything needed. I can't appreciate breakfast because we left early in the morning and did not enjoy it. (Not available) Except the moquette in the room is all right.

I have stayed in this hotel before, so I booked it again this time, but the experience was not as good as the last time! The room was small and a bit crowded. I stayed for two nights and when it was cleaned the next day, tea bags and toiletry bags were not added. Not friendly enough. The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and within walking distance to the city center square. The people on the hotel are very friendly! However, the price of the hotel is not cheap, especially on weekends.

The hotel had a lot of students who studies and spent their time. The room was very comfortable and clean. Everything was excellent. Totally recommend! You can spend time in to the facilities like gym, pool, ping pong and chill areas and you don’t get bored!

The hotel conveniently locates only a street across the main train station. Front-desk staff also was very helpful and cheerful to all my needs. Everything in the room worked perfectly without problem. All in all, the stay was very pleasant and I highly recommend this place. The price might be a little higher comparing to other hotels but it totally worth the price.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel una sola notte, io e il mio compagno siamo venuti da Roma per un concerto all' Arena Parco Nord, la posizione per noi è stata perfetta perché in 5 minuti eravamo sul posto. La camera è bellisisma, moderna e pulita, idem il bagno con doccia grande. Unico neo la moquette a terra, io non la amo. La colazione è buonissima e molto varia. Consigliato.

Some doubts upon arrival, followed by some other doubts again with the outgoing reception (absence of useful information for simple, perhaps trivial curiosities, but that's it; absence of personnel in charge of baggage at the entrance of the cars; singular explanations which naturally led to use their parking at a cost 5 times higher than what is available…). The room is adequate, although the large information book contains accessibility to Sky (precisely from channel 401 onwards), which does not exist/cannot be reached. Compliments to the staff of the rooms, maintenance, swimming pool and breakfast in the morning. Finally, some doubts about the restaurant and, in particular, about the responses from those in charge of the wines. Thanks to Trip.com the stay cost an extremely interesting sum and, therefore, the opinion, at this price, is very interesting for a hotel, a national monument, like this one.

From the guest Sergey Malyuchkov and Elena Panarina When entering the hotel, you immediately want to recognise the design, it's very amazing! Check-in was without any problems except for the deposit of 300 euros which was returned to us upon departure from the hotel. The room is just gorgeous, the prices in the mini-bar are adequate, real Italian espresso, herbal teas and so on are welcome! We had dinner on the day of arrival at the hotel restaurant, a very extensive selection of dishes. The dinner was very tasty at quite adequate prices! The choice of breakfasts is also amazing and pleasant in quality of cooking! A heated pool with a jacuzzi operating around the clock is a miracle. The staff is very friendly and pleasant towards guests! Good prices for sunbeds to the hotel beach, warm sea, everything is beautiful! On the last day we went to the spa, a beautiful view of the city from the balcony and a magnificent view of the beach and the sea from the bath. Thank you very much to the hotel for the warm welcome and for the prize in the form of a bottle of wine) Special thanks to the reception staff to Victor and Ekaterina!

Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

From the moment of arrival to check out the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable and clean - as is the whole hotel - and the breakfast spread was fresh and tasty with a very good variety. The location is perfectly situated, a short walk into the historic centre, a stones throw away from the train station and bus stops with a short journey to the beachfront. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting this beautiful City - we will definitely be back!

Lack of sunshine around the pool We stayed (3xAdult, 1xTeen) for four nights whilst attending a sporting event nearby. On entering the hotel, it looked pleasant. On entering our room however, we got old damp kind of smell. The fridge did not function and we reported it on several occasions and it was never fixed. We did have an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink, which they rectified by removing the plug entirely. Housekeeping staff did a great job in the limited conditions. The room is very narrow, there is luggage table behind the door, meaning you cannot open it fully, and the bathroom is old, dated, and prone to leeks. However, shower pressure is good. We were told halfway through our stay the hotel is under new management. This is bringing a full refurbishment over the coming months and so explains why we were awoken before 8am one morning to the sound of hammering and banging. Would we stay again, probably not. There are so many alternatives in the area with similarly great locations, but with better facilities, for similar prices.

Everything was perfect, the staff was absolutely perfect and nice, the room was lovely, and breakfast was varied and delicious. The view from the room is very nice if you have a sea view. Outside you have a paid parking lot and a few meters away you have free parking, but it is mostly occupied.

We got a very good room rate during the off season which provided excellent value (not sure we would say the same if we visited in July or August when room rates are extremely high). The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was above expectations. The staff were very helpful providing us with an early check in and kindly gave us an upgrade. The hotel is in a great location on the beach and in the middle of Rimini shops and restaurants.

We stayed here for a week in September and it was better than we expected! It is definitely not a 4 star hotel but the staff were amazing and so helpful. The pool was nice but not very deep. The complementary water bottles were good and it did feel safe, although, we kept our suitcases locked whenever we left the room. As other reviews mention, it is quite noisy and you can hear the odd person walking down the hallway and the other bathrooms, so I suggest bringing earplugs. The hotel is in a good location, close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The old town was lovely and we had a great time exploring. Overall, a good time!
