The location is great! It's super convenient to get everywhere, and there are plenty of shops and amenities downstairs, yet it's still quiet.
**Facilities:** This is a new hotel, so all the facilities are modern. Compared to other hotels, it's quite smart and tech-savvy.
**Service:** The self-check-in process is very convenient. The rooms use electronic locks, and if you have any issues, you can always contact the front desk, which is good. On the first day, they provided two free bottles of water, but subsequent ones cost extra. I'm not sure if they're short-staffed, but for the cleaning service, the used bedding and amenity kits were simply packed up and left outside the door.
**Hygiene:** All the cleaners in the hotel were male (no offense intended) 😅. The hygiene was just passable; as soon as I exited the elevator, I was blocked by a pile of used bedding and duvet covers on the floor. I'd suggest they really need to strengthen their management.

The Hotel was a lot better than I expected. I’ve been reading a mixed reviews of the hotel, bad and good, but when we got there, we were met by the amazing and kind staffs that accommodates our needs. Though most of staffs does not speak English, they still try their best to communicate in english and they even have a small translating device to use for themselves which just proves how hospitable they are.
Room is small but it is cleaned every day and is enough for 2 persons. Towels and bathroom amenities are replaced every day and Beds are made every day. The only thing that I noticed is that they don’t replace the Coffee cups inside so we have to clean in the sink everytime we need to use it. But overall service was great. Pajamas are also available downstairs and other amenities such as toothbrush, comb, razor.
Airconditioning is centralized and you cannot manually adjust the temperature, you can only switch either Low, Mid, High.
Heater from the bathroom is a bit hard to adjust, a few twist in the faucet it will become very hot.
You can also rent a few things in the hotel. You have to leave the key everytime you go out.
The Hotel might be old but it provides everything that you need and it’s still a decent accommodation to stay in. We really had a pleasant stay for an 8 days stay.
I was here for the Jishukan High School Jishusai festival and forgot my slippers, so I just wore the hotel's. My room had a direct view of Toyohashi Station platforms, but the soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear any noise at all. The breakfast was quite extensive and very delicious. Not only did it have all the usual offerings, but also local specialties like Toyohashi curry udon and chikuwa (fish cakes), and there were even two different kinds of chikuwa! They were really tasty, and it meant I didn't have to go out and buy the now-pricier chikuwa. My only slight disappointment was that the curry udon was cold. Also, the entrance on the first floor that connects to the station was under renovation, and it wasn't as obvious, similar to the steps where Lao Ba eats takoyaki.

Great hotel in downtown Nagoya. Close to the subway and to the Nagoya station. Very beautiful rooms. You can connect to the TV in your room to stream YouTube from your smartphone. A lot of great restauraunts (especially tebasaki and unagi places) nearby, and also the museums of art and science are in the walking distance. Nagoya Castle is in two stations by subway. The Legoland and Railway museum are pretty far, but they themselves are located on the far side of the city, and it's not worth it to book a hotel in the industrial part of Nagoya.

The hotel by itself is great! The location is good, the views from high floors is great, breakfasts are very nice and well cooked. The public bath is nothing special but still a nice touch.
The biggest problem is WiFi, it’s so bad and slow that I was using my mobile internet the whole stay.
The response of the employees was very good ^^ I was a little disappointed that the large communal bath could only be used at night, but I enjoyed it. Thank you very much! !! Thank you very much for looking for something you forgot!

The mattress was very comfortable; I slept soundly during our two-night stay with my family of three. It’s a nice hotel, quiet despite being in a bustling area. Getting here from Centrair airport is super convenient – just one direct bus stop, no need to transfer to the subway. Just a heads-up, make sure to check the bus schedule carefully. We missed our bus by literally a minute and even ran to the wrong exit. We watched it pull away right on time, not a second late. I was so out of breath from running but still couldn't make it – quite an unforgettable experience!

This was our second stay at the Wutong Hotel. Perhaps because it's in the city center, the room was quite small, with two 1.6-meter double beds and two bathrooms. It was a tight squeeze for a family of four. The cleanliness was good, the service was nice, and breakfast was decent. The best part is the excellent location, just a few hundred meters walk from the subway station. You can see Nagoya Tower from outside the hotel, and it's only a 10+ minute walk to Sakae for shopping. The communal bath is on the first floor and was quite clean. There are also coin-operated washing machines for 300 JPY/cycle and dryers.
The location is superb, right outside the station. The lobby offers souvenirs, and the silk postcards were especially lovely – I bought a few as gifts. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hot spring bath on the ground floor was very relaxing; the water is from a renowned local source, with more details available on-site. Highly recommend!
The ocean-view hot springs are truly a unique experience. Lying in the cypress-clad hot spring, I could feel the breath of the ocean, the cries of seagulls mingling with the sound of the tide, filling my ears with a three-dimensional soundscape. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the guest rooms made it possible to drift off to sleep. Late at night, when moonlight bathed the ocean, the view from the room was a breathtaking spectacle, the moonlight pouring down like water, the endless sea, the shimmering sponge reflecting the twinkling light of the lighthouse. The cuisine was all directly sourced from the hotel, the shrimp sashimi was as sweet and glutinous as agar-agar, and the grilled abalone was delicious. The staff were warm and attentive, their faces brimming with smiles, always ready to respond to any requests. I finally understood why the 'one-time encounter' service aesthetic is so ingrained in our DNA.
I believe if you experience this once, you'll fall in love with the entire Ryugu Hotel and the sea at Ebisu Beach.

MM31841****The room was clean and tidy with good use of space. The bathroom was a waterproof all-in-one unit. There was a small table, and a washing machine was available on the second floor. A simple breakfast was included. It's a 5-minute walk from Taiko-dori Exit and there are two Lawson convenience stores nearby.
GGuest UserLocated about a 3-minute walk from Kanayama Station North Exit, this hotel's convenient location offers excellent transportation links to popular shopping and entertainment districts like Nagoya, Sakae, and Osu, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Right next door, you'll find large shopping malls and a wide array of dining options, making daily life incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious; even with luggage, you won't feel crowded, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The comfortable beds, equipped with high-quality bedding, ensure an impressively good night's sleep. The front desk and cleaning staff are friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, and their proactive service makes guests feel especially welcome and cared for. The rooms are also equipped with various convenient amenities such as a humidifier/air purifier, a wall-mounted trouser press, and multiple charging ports, truly demonstrating a thorough consideration for travelers' needs.
Adding to the convenience, the hotel's first floor is connected to 'Tempura Tendon Tenya', which offers a diverse and delicious selection of Japanese set breakfasts or donburi rice bowl sets starting from just 600 JPY. The lobby also provides complimentary self-service coffee and beverages, perfect for relaxing in the morning or evening, or for a quick break.

Overall, it was pretty good and offered great value for money. It's conveniently located in the city center of Minguo, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location itself is also very convenient, as is the transportation. The breakfast at the restaurant was quite rich and tasty. Great value for money, I'll definitely come again next time.
GGuest UserThe location is very close to nagoya station. Only 5 minutes on food. The room is very convenient. What is more, the bathroom is very great. The breakfast is nice with many options.
LLiwei9lvyouI've stayed here twice. This hotel is very close to Nagoya Station, making transportation convenient, and the surrounding area has extensive commercial facilities.
I stayed in a twin room, which was 19 square meters with two 1-meter beds. The room was small, but you could open two 20-inch suitcases. As expected, hotels in Japan are always clean.
Check-in is after 3 PM. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and go out to explore.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Japanese hotels definitely don't have the same flexible check-in/check-out times as hotels in China.
HHKenWe stayed at the King Corner Suite and the space was wonderful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we had to order pillows from Marriott after we returned home! On site parking is available for guests on a first come first serve basis and once you acquire a parking spot you will be guaranteed for the spot for the remaining duration of your stay.
Will definitely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya next time when visiting Nagoya again
LLAY HUABreakfast only 3 fix selections & have to inform them the night before to collect the voucher & decide on the option.
Amenities can be collected beside the reception before going to the room.
About 10 minutes walk to Sakea mrt station.
There is airport transfer bus service to and fro near sakae station & bus terminal.
There are 7 eleven & family mart nearby & 24 hrs Yilan ramen restaurant right outside the hotel.
Some noise pollution cause is near the road & night entertainment place.
Overall, the place is nice & cozy.
KK.KooOne of the best decisions we made for this trip was to stay at this hotel. We absolutely love eveything about this place - the complimentary breakfast and free drinks were great. The rooms are pretty spacious. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It's also just across Exit E of the subway station and just a stop from Nagoya station and within walking distance to Sakae. There are also several convenience stores close to the hotel. We will stay here again if we ever visit Nagoya again.
SShanshinoodlesEnvironment: The location is excellent, right next to Nagoya Station, making transportation very convenient. It's a direct 40-minute JR ride to the airport.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are new. The room offers a great view directly overlooking the platforms; lying on the windowsill watching the trains come and go was quite therapeutic.
Service: Full marks for service! I left an item behind at the hotel after returning home, but I was able to contact the hotel via email, and they helped me retrieve it. I'm very grateful.
GGuest UserRooms and toilets are clean and staff were very friendly. Believe the hotel is relatively new, and I like the fact you need to ”touch/scan” your room key in the lift in order to select your floor, which make it extra safe, definitely a plus point.
Breakfast was good and really like the dining area, it's spacious, bright and clean, breakfast staffs are super friendly also.
Location of the hotel is great also, and it's in an inner street of a busy area, so it's quiet and yet convenient.
