I have stayed here many times in the past, and every time I stay it seems like they have made more improvements. 2 years ago you had to ask for water, but it was available if requested, then last year water was on a small display with coffee, tea, and makeup removal kit, now they have added refrigerator with cold water bottles and a display with room temperature water bottles. This may seem small, but everything else is already very nice here, and they are still finding small ways to continue improvement. Staff is always friendly. Hotel is always clean. Hotel lobby has seasonal decorations which are very nice, and are related to Toyohashi area.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier is located a short 10-minute walk away from Nagoya Station which connects the Mintetsu, Kintetsu and JR train lines as well as the subway. While not directly above the bustle of such a huge station, Mitsui is conveniently connected to the hub via sheltered underground links. There’s also very easy sheltered access to shops, malls and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness at the Mitsui is commendable. Staff are polite and service-oriented, and very efficient. The breakfast room is a tad small and may get a little crowded on busy days but the food is very nicely done.

The hotel is in a superior location, as soon as you get out of the station across the road, there is a restaurant downstairs until 10 pm, the street has AEON super convenient, spacious double beds, very good hygiene, Tony did not know he was traveling, I see He said enjoy your birthday, the only drawback is that the air conditioner vent blows overhead and can only be turned off when sleeping. There are shopping malls and many eateries nearby, early bird booked five nights room super good value for money, - will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

This is the most satisfactory hotel during the whole trip. Although the receptionists are all elderly, they are professional and friendly enough. It is enough for one person, and the office space is convenient. It is cost-effective and has a good location. I will choose to stay here next time.

Extremely satisfied! This was hands down the best hotel among the three we stayed at during this trip! **Facilities:** The family room was incredibly spacious, which is a rare find in Japan! It came equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator, complete with a freezer compartment, perfect for storing ice and ice cream. We could also heat up instant food; we even tried some ready-to-eat Sekai no Yamachan chicken wings (which were delicious!) and only realized at checkout that there's a restaurant right next door! The laundry room was exceptionally clean, convenient, and efficient. A full wash and dry cycle only took about an hour, and the machines were large and new. Unlike older hotels where I'd avoid the laundry facilities, I felt like doing laundry here every day! So incredibly convenient when traveling with kids in the summer. **Cleanliness:** As a newly renovated hotel, it was absolutely spotless! The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation and a large bathtub. The room also came with a humidifier and an air purifier. I had anticipated a slight new-renovation smell, but there was none at all! **Location:** It's conveniently located just one subway stop from Nagoya Station to Fushimi Station, followed by about a ten-minute walk. With kids and luggage, we moved a bit slower, but I believe Exit 10 has a direct elevator from the subway. The area is fantastic, with restaurants like Sekai no Yamachan (famous for chicken wings) and Torikizoku (yakitori). We could also easily walk to the Science Museum and the Sakae shopping district. Seriously, the convenience is unbeatable! **Service:** The front desk is staffed with helpful personnel, and there's also an option for self check-in and check-out. You receive a QR code that functions as your room key, which is very modern and convenient. **Additional Tip!** Nearby convenience stores offer Yamato Transport (Black Cat courier) services, and there's also a Sagawa Express location on the way to the Science Museum. We sent our luggage to our Osaka hotel, and it arrived the next day. Shipping two 28-inch suitcases cost approximately ¥220 RMB, with fees based on the suitcase's circumference, not weight. Nagoya Station can get incredibly crowded with Shinkansen passengers, and traveling with suitcases, kids, and a stroller is really inconvenient. Sending our luggage ahead was a massive help! We were able to enjoy Legoland until closing, then take the Shinkansen directly to Osaka, completely hassle-free! ❤️

Extremely satisfied! When I was booking, I hesitated a bit because the total price for a 7-night stay wasn't cheap. However, I decided to book it after seeing that it's close to the station, has spacious rooms, and the beds in the twin rooms are larger than those in other hotels. Upon arrival, I was so glad we chose this place; it was incredibly convenient. Nagoya Station is directly accessible from the hotel. This made getting to and from the airport, traveling to other cities, visiting Legoland, and meeting for our day trip to Shirakawa-go all incredibly easy and saved us a lot of hassle. There's a food street on floors 12-13 directly downstairs, where we enjoyed several meals. The lobby is on the 15th floor and features Japan's highest Starbucks. A shopping mall is also directly accessible downstairs, making shopping at Takashimaya very convenient. For an extended stay, comfort is key. The rooms are spacious, offering city views. The shower is large, and the bath amenities are comprehensive. The complimentary capsule coffee machine and other in-room provisions were also quite nice. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with incredibly convenient access. If budget isn't a concern, I highly recommend it for families traveling with children.

I made the reservation with the intention of staying overnight for my birthday trip! Dinner and breakfast were included for free (Though I didn't use them this time) I thought it was a great deal! I'd definitely like to use it again! There is also an affiliated parking lot, which I hope is free!

The hotel is a five-minute walk from Zhili Station, which is very convenient. The lobby is relatively spacious and the room space is not small. The windows are large and the view is good. Breakfast is also rich.

This hotel is located directly across from three Toyota stations, making it a great choice for business travelers visiting the Toyota Technical Center. Two 24-hour convenience stores are nearby, and the hotel offers free coffee and ice machines. The lobby also features a temporary desk with power outlets for quick work during business trips. Guests can also enjoy the large public baths, which are free for guests. A downside is the strong odor in the hallways, which I've experienced multiple times. This odor is much better once you enter the room.

No smoking is fine, but... I wish there was at least a smoking room Everyone goes out onto the sidewalk to smoke, so the view in front of the hotel entrance is terrible...
