Good overall but check in is the worst! Arrived 3pm finished check in almost 6pm only compensation was an hour late check out (11 is the check out time) they also had clogged drains they drain but not completely it takes minutes for water to subside. Breakfast is so-so.

I can feel very impressed from the first step into the room will see beautiful and most importantly very clean must be soft and comfortable. There are many pillows to choose from to make you sleep well all night long. The room has a large screen TV, air conditioning that is cool enough, save in the part that you want to use a notebook and a relaxing corner with a comfortable sofa, a clean toilet with strong liquid flow, complete toiletries Make sure that is clear and very relaxing to see a little soft light through and start the day very well The staff here also provide good service, no jam and talk about travel information or recommend delicious restaurants nearby. To get a great room, worth the price and really suitable for relaxation and will definitely come back again!

We had an amazing time at Timberland Highlands Resort! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and every moment was memorable. The s'mores night and movie under the stars were such delightful experiences, creating warm and cozy memories. The infinity pool offered breathtaking views and was the perfect spot to relax. Great stay overall. Great location. Surprised to find a mini sanctuary within the city centre. Pool occupies the whole courtyard center. Nice they have a restaurant and cafe within the property. Ample parking space too. Breakfast time could be a bit longer, but appreciate them calling to check if you're having breakfast before the breakfast hours close. Bathroom has an unpleasant drain odor which they got rid of, but came back eventually.

Considering to go back again. All the staff are excellent in giving service to all the guest. From Reception, Concierge and all the staff of food dine-inn are prefessional. They serve us more than a five star hotel guest. Thank You so much! This is highly recommended to visit and stay for leisure vacation

We always spend our New Year here because everything we want to do are here. They have sports facilities, pools, beach and even a playhouse for toddler and kids.

Estancia was a great place to stay at when in Tagaytay. There is a Starbucks that is a 2-minute walk from the resort. There are great restaurants and a church that are not too far. Quite a bit of walk from the entrance to the unit we stayed at. There are stairs on the side of units, and you can walk to the rooftop to enjoy the view of Taal. The place is quiet and at night you can just relax on the balcony looking out to Taal lake, enjoying coffee and an intimate conversation with your significant other. We saw several units that have a great view of Taal, so we'll definitely book one of those units when we visit Tagaytay again. Last but not the least, the staff at Estancia are friendly.

Bidet handle is detached/ moving not stable, cobwebs in every corners ,the secret garden pool full of fallen leaves looking very unpleasant to swim in I get disappointed by little things i’m sorry but little things matters. I hope they will improve their service next time we vist

The complementary birthday cake I was requested for my daughter never arrived.i wished even small details request can be look after too. My family and I enjoyed all of the hotel's attractions, including the 360-photo booth, Fun Foam in the pool, and, most importantly, the food. Every member of staff is kind and accommodating.

Location is superb and customer service was excellent. Food selection at breakfast buffet is acceptable for its price. Hot choco is our fave! You just have to ask for it from the staff. We will definitely come back here.

The facilities and amenities at the hotel were great. The hotel itself was clean and looked brand new, which was definitely a plus. The staff who assisted us to our room and the team at Kuna Cafe, where we had breakfast, were both friendly and helpful, making those experiences enjoyable. However, the reception staff left much to be desired. Despite being the only guests in the lobby during our check in time, we were left waiting for an extended period, and the hospitality skills seemed lacking. Our frustration grew later in the evening when we called reception to inquire about reheating some food. We wanted to know if there was a microwave available and whether we could use it, but no one followed up with an answer. This delay left us having to go out at 10pm to buy food for our hungry child, which was very disappointing. It’s clear that the reception could greatly improve their customer service and communication skills. Overall, while the hotel itself was pleasant, the reception and customer service experience needs significant improvement to match the quality of the facilities. From the reception down to the room service attendants, everyone always greeted you with a smile and you can feel the positive disposition. The room was kept very orderly and my special request was granted. They did come up with a nicely done birthday themed decoration for my partner and kid. The complimentary cupcake with greeting was a really nice gesture. This hotel had a huge area that featured facilities to cater to different interests. I like the thought of visiting and feeding the animals at the Farm and the outdoor playground provided a good spot for my little daughter to run around and explore nature. There was an indoor playground too, which was very useful because it also rained the next day and we couldn't afford to expose my kid to the weather. There were 2 pool areas, and I like the thought of the kiddie pools with heaters, since the cold breeze was giving us the shivers. My little one was able to enjoy the dip in the water (also props to the staff who helped inflate the pool toy :)) The buffet breakfast didn't have that many selections, however, the quality of the food was superb. I like their Filipino breakfast lineup of chicken adobo, tocino, danggit and fried rice. The salad bar was also pretty decent with their selections of garnish and dressing. In other words, I wouldn't mind a second visit. Highly recommended!

Their service was top-notch – always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment. On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They weren’t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression. Another plus side of One Ta***tay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Ta***tay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate. In conclusion, One Ta***tay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience. Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal.

the room i giot was not as i expected to be nice and clean..i made request prior to my booking but not granted..seaview casitas room i got was covered with trees and branches so where is the seaview!? internet or wifi is very poor..breakfast was not ok either. the beach doesnt have any chairs or tables nor umbrella or tent and no lifeguard to watch over. over all its just ok..

The room is old but okay for me. The service from the front desk has nothing to complain. They are professional. Kind and nice. I like this hotel and I will come here again in the future.

Canyon woods is one of the most underrated hotels in Tagaytay. Imagine, you can get a clean room, Camp John Hay vibes for only P2500 with free breakfast and access to warm indoor pool and jacuzzi! Definitely an enjoyable experience! Will come back again.

Breakfast is relatively simple, no fruit; facilities are generally, compared with domestic, the applicability is relatively weak; in addition, the suites are newly renovated, the taste is more pungent, need to follow up; secondly, there are few surrounding facilities, not very convenient. Finally, the hotel has a gym and swimming pool (lobby and accommodation area), perfect for fitness.

The villa that we stayed in is very peaceful and quite. However, the restaurant has limited selection. They don't have TV or intercom, you would need to use your mobile to call the receptionist. There is no sauna as advertised. The resort focuses on hosting event and markets the instagrammable place. But need to improve recreational activities like spa,sauna,massage and food options (more indonesian inspired food)

The place was good and all the staff were very welcoming. The amenities in the rooms are not yet completed, like side table and hand wash in bathroom. But the rest is good. Especially the location and the weather is very nice.

Some of the amenities can be improved like the door locks and the wi-fi in the rooms, but generally the staff responded to these matters immediately. The food at the restaurant was excellent.
