الفندق جيد بشكل عام لكن الموقع فيه ازعاج بسبب وجود حديقة عامة مقابله له فيها ملاهي وأغاني مزعجة بالإضافة إلى بطء في إجراءات الدخول والخروج حيث اخذت أكثر من ثلاث ساعات علشان ادخل الغرفة علما اني حاجز عن طريق التطبيق

The service was bad by the receptionist. The room had insects such as mosquitoes and the bathroom was not very clean and had a cockroach and the toilet had a yellow stain. The breakfast was delicious and all the items were good.

Every things were excellent. Two things I need to highlight as points needs to be improved.
First, Car parking needs to be shaded and televisions channels signals and channels variety is better to be reviewed. That’s all.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. It was near the airport and also near the port, which led to the Farasan Islands. Exactly next to it was a small supermarket, so perfect for small shopping.

Very good hotel. Due to our itinerary, we arrived at the hotel at 6:00 in the morning. We were really tired at the time, but because it was too early, there was nothing to say if the hotel refused to check in. I didn’t expect the guy at the front desk to check in directly. The concierge guy was very considerate Send us to the room for introduction, so that we can have a good rest in the morning, thank you very much. The suite directly faces the sea, with a great view and complete facilities. The rooms and bathrooms are very large, making it very comfortable to live in. The coffee machine capsules and bottled water are adequate, and the minibar is also free. Because of Ramadan, we had to leave very early the next day, so the hotel also specially provided a rich breakfast box for us to take away. When I was leaving, it was past five o'clock the next day. I wanted to take a taxi to the pier. The guy at the front desk used his uber to help call a taxi, and even sent us to the car to negotiate a good price. He was very attentive. I really appreciate this hotel for its service. personnel.
