The service was excellent. It's just across the street from Aeon, and there are staff who speak Chinese! The staff even added me on Line when they knew I didn't have a Japanese phone number, so I can contact them with any questions! The car seat was quite high-quality, returning the car was super convenient, and the car was impeccably clean.
