Contacting the company was relatively easy. I added the company's Line account and contacted them before my trip. Upon arrival, a staff member contacted me after landing. They offered an airport pick-up service, which was great. Our plane was delayed, but Mr. Xu patiently waited. Thank you very much. The car wasn't new, but its performance wasn't bad. The only issue was the remote key was a bit difficult to press, likely due to low batteries. There were four of us, including four pieces of luggage, and the Toyota Sienta could fit in it. The car was the perfect size for our group. The seating was quite comfortable, and we could easily fit more shopping items without feeling cramped. The information provided upon car pickup was excellent and helpful. However, we were confused about the return time, as we had a reservation for 9:30 PM. The staff member contacted us via Line and tried to get us to arrive before 9:00 PM. However, after showing proof of reservation, the staff member understood and there was no problem. Returning the car was not difficult. We returned it at Haneda Airport Terminal 3 (T3) and P5. We parked at a specific slot on Line and a staff member came to our location. They then printed out our toll information for us to pay the ETC fee. The staff member then checked the car against the original traces they had stored. That was all we needed to know. Overall, I was impressed with Soukyo. It's a great place to stay.
