Superb! This car rental experience was better than expected. The car was spotless and drove very smoothly. Picking up the car was simple and straightforward. The pricing was transparent, with no hidden charges. The return inspection was quick, and my deposit was refunded shortly after. I could ask the rental company any questions, and they responded promptly. I felt very safe using the rental service, and I will definitely choose this company again in the future.

The rental car booked on the trip, from Hong Kong, is a newly opened small rental company, cheaper than other large rental companies, but the condition of the car is surprising, new mileage low and clean, will be a day earlier by line WeChat or whatapps Notice, very heartwarming, also mentioned how to get to the reception location, after landing, 15 minutes earlier notice will be picked up at station 15, near LaLaport, clerk very polite reception explain the contents of the rental car, and insurance issues, strongly recommended to go to the store before buying the store provided insurance, wide coverage Card, convenient to use the highway, the whole journey, very happy, return the car is also flexible processing, satisfied journey 🥰🥰 Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan friends strongly recommended

Although we specifically requested it, we were so grateful that they even drove us back to the hotel for the airport pickup and return. The rental car was also very reasonably priced, and since the location is right near LaLaport, it is very convenient to visit immediately after picking up the car! Oh, and they were even so kind as to lend us an umbrella for the duration of the rental when it was raining...^^

I was a little worried when I first booked through Trip.com because the company had just opened and there were no reviews yet. However, the company responded quickly and provided excellent service. After landing, they notified me that I had arrived in Fukuoka, and someone immediately came to pick me up from the airport. Picking up the car was convenient and quick. The staff were friendly and polite, and explained everything in detail. I will definitely book with this company again next time I go to Fukuoka. 👍🏻

I traveled around Fukuoka by rental car using Trip.com. I was worried because there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry. They came to pick me up right when I arrived at the airport, and they even replied to my KakaoTalk messages in Korean. They responded almost immediately, which was absolutely the best 👍🏻. Since it was my first time renting a car overseas, I was nervous starting the day before, but thanks to their thoughtful consideration, I had a truly exciting trip. I wanted to ride a small Japanese box car, which is rare to see in Korea, and luckily they had one, so I had a lot of fun driving it. The driving wasn't as fast as on Korean roads, and drivers were very courteous, so after getting used to it for thirty minutes, I naturally started to enjoy the ride. Koreans, don't worry! If you need one, go ahead and book! Haha. Completely satisfied 👍🏻👍🏻
