"I really liked this hotel; it absolutely met my expectations. The (small) gym was a definite bonus for me, especially since I didn't even know it was there when I booked! Ultimately, for my specific trip, the hotel's location was slightly less convenient than another option I had in mind, but certainly not bad at all – just in comparison. This also had to do with having to change my transport to Antwerp at the last minute, which had nothing at all to do with the hotel, but rather with the trains from Rotterdam."

"The Sapphire House Antwerp, Autograph Collection, boasts an excellent location. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the Central Station and just a 3-minute stroll to the city center's pedestrian and luxury shopping streets, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and getting around. The hotel is a converted old building, and I've always loved its design. This was my 'nth' stay here, but this time, the experience fell a little short. The main issue was a sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. I suspect it's due to unresolved plumbing issues in the old building. I occasionally noticed a similar odor in the elevator area, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, the rest of the room was well-maintained, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. If it's your first time in Antwerp, I would still recommend it for its location and design, but be prepared for potential odor issues that can sometimes come with older buildings. I hope the hotel addresses this problem in the future."

The spacious room, excellent location and, above all, the fantastic bedding made the stay memorable."

"The location is very good. It is just across the overpass from the hotel to the Antw-Berchem train station and 5 minutes to the central train station. The room is a bit small. The air conditioner in my room did not start at night and I didn't find it until the next day. But the staff came to fix it quickly. The breakfast is quite rich and there are plenty of parking spaces. Google navigation can't guide to the hotel, it can only guide to the other side of the road, which needs to be improved."

"It was a unique hotel. Green surroundings, yet right in the middle of the city. We had high tea, which was very good. The only minor drawback was that the sweets were all white chocolate mousse, so a bit more variety in the sweet options would have made it even better for us. Something like a macaron or a praline, for example, but otherwise, no complaints. Breakfast was amazing. I'm not sure if I'd say it was worth 60 euros per person, but it was very good. The service was also excellent. They even walked us to our room. We were given an accessible room, though I'm not sure why, but an adjustable bed wasn't a bad thing at all."

"Hilton felt like a really good 4 star hotel, the staff is really nice and welcoming, they are also very helpful and respectful. Rooms are dated and tired but still up to standard with all the needed amenities. We were upgraded to an executive room on the top floor and it was a great experience with the rooftop lounge views and services exclusive to the executive rooms. Breakfast was awesome with good salty choices and okay savory choice, but everything was of good quality. Overall a great experience in the dead heart of Antwerp old city."

"I stayed here for one night before and one night after Tomorrowland. There are plenty of bus stops nearby, so even if you miss one, there are other options. The location was also great for sightseeing. The facilities were really good, and everyone was relaxing in the lobby from evening until night. I liked that the beds had thick curtains for privacy. The shower pressure and temperature were just right, and although the showerhead is fixed, there's a good spot to put your belongings. The hairdryer also had good power."

Very close to Antwerp Central Station. If you take the south exit and walk south for about a minute, you'll see the hotel across the street. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room had a fridge and a kettle, but the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the seam in the middle was uneven. It's about a 10-20 minute walk to the city center, and there's a Metro (which is actually a tram) under the train station that goes to the city center.

They said it was right next to the train station, but you still have to walk a bit, which is tough when you're dragging luggage. The hotel isn't big, and once inside, there were a lot of chaotic scenes, which was a bit irritating to look at. First, they said they didn't have toothbrushes and told us to go buy our own. Then they found one, but they only provided one set of toiletries for two people, and no slippers at all. My friends, if you come later, remember to bring your own. I'm not sure if it's because I booked through Trip.com, but the room they gave us was indeed the first one on the second floor, right by the elevator. I figured it was just for one night, so I let it slide. The breakfast was decent, with baked sweet potatoes and roasted potatoes, which tasted good. There were also some small cakes and dorayaki, and you could even make your own waffles.

Really like this serviced apartment a lot, with a nice aesthetic design. Room was large enough for me (1 bed apartment with sofa, apparently the sofa is given as a room upgrade over the room type I booked so it can be a little misleading when booking). I stayed at Quellin Apartment block so it requires a bit of a walk from the main entrance, but the apartments in Quellin seem to be larger than the ones in the Frankrijklel block. Having heavy lugagge will not be convenient if staying in Quellin block, given there are steps between both blocks and the wheelchair lift has yet to be repaired. Towels, tea/coffee and toilet rolls are free to take from Level 1 Essentials room. If you can’t remember your PIN code, you can use the Numa app to open the entrance and room doors, just that the PIN code is still required for the lifts. It will be more ideal if room slippers are provided. Overall, I had a comfortable stay especially given it is near many supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Jumbo; while Lidl is just downstairs), steps away from Opera underground tram station, walkable to Antwerpen-Centraal Station, and walkable to Groenplaats.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Antwerp. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Central Station, with the added bonus of a Starbucks opening at 6:00 a.m. nearby. The view from the window was nice, and the room was a comfortable size. The bathroom was clean, with good water temperature and pressure. The only minor issue was that the hallway lights are motion-activated and sometimes a bit slow to respond. (Some photos are a bit blurry because they're screenshots from a video.)

De locatie nabij het station in Turnhout naast het spoor gaf ons eerst twijfels, maar het geluid van de voorbij rijdende trein is nauwlijks hoorbaar. Heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, er was ruime keuze.

The hotel offers free luggage storage with no time limit. However, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, and the blankets are quite thin. Breakfast isn't amazing, but the location is excellent, right across from the train station. If you prioritize convenience, I'd recommend booking an inner-facing room, which should be quieter. Antwerp is beautiful, and there are some really good Asian restaurants nearby.
