An excellent stay with very attentive and accommodating staff. I didn't have a rating high enough on Alipay to rent a powerbank on my first day in China and one of the staff assisted me.
While there is a half-hourly shuttle to the Daxing airport, the walk there can be tricky navigating the route there and back on foot at night, so it is probably more suited to business travellers than adventure-seeking solo travellers like me.
I am returning for one night before I end my vacation in China, knowing I will be in good hands.
Five-star recommendation! It's a 10-minute drive from Daxing Airport, and there's a shuttle bus between the airport and hotel every half an hour. It's owned by Capital Airports Group, so it feels very legitimate and grand. It's definitely the top choice for red-eye flight passengers. And no, I'm not a shill, I brought my kids to Beijing for a trip.

I spent 4 days in Beijing this trip, and for the last day, I chose this hotel located near Beijing Capital Airport. Its location is excellent, as it only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel also offers thoughtful wake-up calls and airport transfer services, which I really appreciated.
The hotel offers great value for money. Compared to the price, the environment, the stay experience, the staff's service, and all other amenities are all five-star standard. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Beijing in the future.
Plus, this hotel even has cute alpacas 🦙, which was a super pleasant surprise!

We checked in on Sunday morning and were warmly welcomed by a helpful receptionist who assisted with luggage storage. Hotel room is clean, spacious, and well-furnished.
The hotel location is great, between Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing. However, scaffolding was set up around the building due to repair works. Despite this, the staff handled things well—helping us change rooms, fixing minor issues, and even returning items we left behind.
A staff member named Baozi stood out for his professionalism and helpfulness, especially when assisting us with Didi transport for our group and luggage.
Breakfast was average but convenient, starting at 6:30 a.m., though we missed it one day due to an early trip to the Badaling Great Wall.

Grand Hyatt Beijing is an absolute gem, a hotel I honestly can't find a single fault with! Amy's service deserves a perfect score – she was attentive yet perfectly discreet, making me feel incredibly comfortable and valued. The pool here is absolutely stunning! It feels like a miniature resort, with lush greenery bordering the pristine water. Swimming in it was a double delight for both my eyes and my body. I happened to be checking out just as it started raining, and the express checkout service was a lifesaver. I didn't have to linger in the lobby; I just handed in my key and was out in a flash, completely avoiding getting drenched. From now on, whenever I'm in Beijing for business or leisure, the Grand Hyatt will be my go-to choice!
For those that are looking for a hotel at Beijing Daxing airport. Look no further, book here. It's at level 2. The room are clean, sufficient for a short rest even overnight stay. The room I booked is small, but I knew that.
Overall, from checking to check out. It was pleasant stay.

The hotel was an amazing experience! as an european traveler I never expected such amazing service. Nothing was too less for them, they always wanted to make sure that everything is sorted and even issues that weren’t theirs to fix (like Taobao returns) they made sure to help. I would recommend ANYONE!!! to stay here!
The location is also amazing, right next to a shopping mall.

Rooms near runway 01 are either twin or king-sized. If you want to watch planes, the king-sized rooms face Terminal 3, so staying by the runway would be better. The hotel provides standard Hilton toiletries, but the scent is a bit too strong. Baby amenities aren't provided proactively, but I asked customer service for a footstool. The breakfast selection is quite good, with both Chinese and Western options, and the quality and taste are decent. The cups have airplane and travel prints, which is a nice touch. The hotel has a kids' play area; you just need to pay a deposit at the lobby bar to get a wristband. You can even play after checking out, but it closes at 8 PM. We didn't have time to go this trip, but I feel there's no need to book a package that includes the kids' play area. Parking is free for guests, but you need to scan a QR code at the front desk every time you exit the parking lot.

I brought my child to Beijing before the May Day holiday and ultimately chose this Qiuguo Hotel because of its proximity to Taikoo Li and other Beijing attractions. Convenience was my main priority, but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's overall value for money. The price wasn't excessively high and was definitely worth the quality of the hotel's facilities. The lobby is very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating areas. When we checked in, we were informed that our room wasn't ready from the previous night, and the staff kindly told us we could relax in the lobby. The sofas and chairs in the lobby were incredibly comfortable. In general, the hotel's facilities are excellent, and the staff provide fantastic service. The rooms are also impeccably clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything else was pretty good. The breakfast quality was decent, and the service was prompt. However, perhaps due to the premium on space, the rooms felt too cramped and close together. The soundproofing was terrible; I was woken up all four nights. Even after changing rooms once, the issue persisted. The design of the doors caused a lot of noise when closing, and there were frequent alarms indicating an unlocked door. It's inevitable to encounter neighbors with different schedules when staying at a hotel, compounded by kids playing in the hallways and the cleaning staff starting very early. This is just my personal experience, and I'll choose a different hotel next time.

SSowPengRoom is clean, though a bit small. There’s no individual air conditioner, but knew that they have central heating in winter till end of March. In April it was a bit cold inside the room (at first ), but later I found out could adjust a little, and getting more comfortable everyday. Shower has ample hot water. There’s window but not facing the road. The best is the location. It was near Wangfujing shopping area, just need to cross the road, we had a few meals in the APM mall, which is just right after crossing the road. A “Macau centre” right opposite the hotel has McDonald’s/ Peets cafe if you want some other choices, most importantly it has “花家怡园”, which is a super nice roast duck restaurant and really worth a try aside from the famous “四季民福”。walking distance to the palace museum (故宮), while walking towards there you will pass by a very affordable breakfast shop 南城香. Also only 10 minutes walk to the famous 王府世纪if you would want to dress like a princess/prince from the past. 10-15 minutes walk to two outlets of 四季民福if you wanna try. There’s a Starbucks next door, and the jinyuhutong mrt is also next door from hotel. It’s easy to call a didi too, if you don’t wanna take public transport.

GGuest UserCleanliness: Good.
Service: Pretty good.
Environment: The room was quite spacious, but the view from the lower floor wasn't great.
Facilities: The breakfast had a good variety, but it was very crowded, and finding a seat was a bit difficult. There weren't enough power outlets in the room. The shower water temperature wasn't hot enough, reaching only about 38 degrees Celsius, and it couldn't be adjusted higher.
The hotel is located in a commercial area with large shopping malls nearby, so the surroundings are nice and convenient.

JJiujiurenshengmeiThe room is spacious and bright, and the window is picturesque.
The room of the Yongding Tower can be seen, which is refreshing.
The sofa is simple and generous, and friends do not lose face when visiting.

Very Good
MMaria.ezI usually struggle to feel comfortable in hotels because I’m very much a “homey” person, but this place truly made me feel at home. The first thing that hits you is the size – the square meters are crazy. I’ve never stayed in such a huge apartment before, and it has a real wow-effect.
The apartment has absolutely everything – dishwasher, plates, knives, bottle opener, you name it. I also really liked the shampoos and conditioners, which are much better quality than what you usually find in hotels. The bathroom is spacious, the design is lovely, and everything feels high quality – from the washing machine down to the shower gel.
The swimming pool and breakfast were also very enjoyable.
That said, there were a couple of downsides. The place is so big that the cleaning isn’t always perfect – we noticed some signs of missed cleaning, and unfortunately we even saw a cockroach in the kitchen. I also noticed that the kitchen staff didn’t wear hats or hair restraints, which was a bit off-putting.
Location-wise, it’s far from tourist attractions and the subway – it took us about 40 minutes by taxi to get to the Forbidden City.
Still, despite these issues, this is a wonderful place to stay. I fell in love with the Ascott chain and would definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!
WWenwenwenshengThis hotel has the classic charm of an older establishment. While the facilities are a bit dated, they are incredibly well-maintained, clean, and perfectly functional. The room amenities are also very comprehensive. The high-floor views are expansive, and the breakfast was delicious.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and all facilities are great. Special thanks to the night front desk staff, who were incredibly warm, attentive, patient, and professional. Wwfr0123I spent a long time choosing this room, and after checking in, I truly felt like I made the right choice 🥰🥰. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic; when I checked in and saw a crowd, they guided me to an adjacent counter to process my check-in 🫰. The hotel facilities are relatively new and all feature smart technology. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and it's spacious with two sinks. The faucet water flow is very quiet, with no strange noises. The room design is excellent and the layout is well-planned, with thoughtful touches everywhere 😘😘. Coffee and tea are neatly arranged in separate drawers, and there's even a mini-bar cart. I highly recommend it. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Universal Studios, and you can even see Harry Potter from the hotel.

RRongrongbaoerEvery time I'm on a business trip near Daxing Airport, I always choose the China Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel. It's incredibly convenient, with a free shuttle bus service to and from the terminals. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. Each room comes with a humidifier, air purifier, and plenty of bottled water. Downstairs, there's a row of vending machines, a Bianlifeng convenience store, and a coffee shop. The hotel breakfast is also very good and varied.
