Small but very clean room, very easy access to public parking. Onsen bath is good considered the small size of hotel. Free noodle and ice popsicles are a plus - especially when you struggle to find a restaurant coming back late from Tateyama. Charge money for disposing excessive trash and room markup

The hotel facilities are a bit dated but clean and well-maintained. The public bath on the 2nd floor features three soaking pools, along with complimentary popsicles and drinks. An evening soak there was wonderfully effective for relieving fatigue. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. One front desk staff member spoke Chinese, which made communication very smooth. The hotel is within walking distance of Toyama Station, though it's not a very short one (about 10-15 minutes on foot). A bus stop directly outside the hotel offers routes to Toyama Station (210 yen for adults, three stops, approximately 5-6 minutes). However, I had trouble figuring out which bus to take from Toyama Station *to* the hotel's vicinity (Sogawa Station). Toyama Castle Park and the Glass Art Museum are nearby, and a Daimaru Department Store and a 7-Eleven are conveniently located just across the street. All in all, the location is quite convenient.

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

The overall service is good, but when booking online, I saw a twin room and mistakenly thought it was for two people. But when I arrived, I was told that it was only for one person to use. One more person had to pay 5,100 yen. The feeling of being cheated immediately affected the experience. I hope the hotel and TRIP.COM will be more clear and easy to inform the guests of relevant information on the booking page. In addition, the hotel has free coffee and travel information. There are also bath soup and massage chairs to eliminate fatigue for a day trip. There is 7-11 near the hotel and it is very close to the station.

This is our first rayon. General impressions are great!!! Very interesting experience. Staff very, very straight-a-friendly. Food is fresh seafood, rice, local soups. It's a very artistic hotel. I stayed there specifically for one night, but my experience was average. First of all, it was because the hotel did not receive a notification from the platform that we wanted to eat French food in the hotel, so we had to travel a long way to go but couldn't eat in their French restaurant. Of course, they were very nice and offered us a piece of pasta, so we had no choice but to agree. It turned out that the assistant might have made it, with a very average taste, and they also charged us for it! Then the hotel promotes its various artworks and gardens, but in fact there are no artworks in the gardens. The artworks are all in the parking lot, which feels a bit strange. The hotel is expensive and not cost-effective.
