Hotel and rooms are relatively new, conveniently located at Beijing Road. It’s very near to the metro and the walking street has a lot of food options. Teemall is just bedside, which is very convenient. Staff are friendly and helped with TB parcel collection. Initially, we got a room with strong cig smell despite being a non smoking room. But they managed to resolve it by changing the room within 15 mins. Got a larger room after the change. Staff were also very apologetic after this issue. Definitely will recommend this hotel for its service and location.

A little hard to find the checkin office. But really just enter the large building from any entrance and go to the 6th floor Terrance and go to the A building office. This is a service hotel and not a typical hotel; but the house keeper does clean your room every day. 24/7 WeChat and fast response. Great location; surrounded by shopping centers. Clean room but a little dated; had to turn on dehumidify on AC because there was wet spots on the floor. Washer is small but works well. You have to hang dry your clothes so the small size is perfect. Only negative is that the shower was too small. You have to angle the shower head towards the wall or the water will leak out. Also, the elevators are a little tricky as they stop on random floors sometimes.

Great hotel to stay at when visiting any of the Chimelong parks. Direct access to the Spaceship park from the lower lobby. Frequent free shuttle busses to travel to the other parks and the theatre. Nice options for casual dining in the food street located on the lower lobby with direct access from the hotel after 8 pm. For earlier access to food street need to enter directly from the Spaceship park circular lobby just after the ticket check. Recommend to book a package with accommodation and park entrance. Also recommend to see the circus show whilst visiting, it's a definite highlight.

All the staff were good at speaking English and very friendly especially Brown! He kindly informed us all the detailed information during check in, and the room was clean, neat and tidy. Location is also perfect as it is right next to a shopping mall. I'll come back here for sure

Very good location! Breakfast table staff (a lady who’s always there) is very friendly and helpful :) the hotel robot is so smart and always busy sending “grab food” to room guests- always bump into him haha. Room is good; free laundry and a small gym is available too. Breakfast is fine with very nice soy milk! Thank you for the good service Miss Xiao Chen and also a complement to the staff lady at the breakfast table :) (too bad I didn’t ask for her name)

This Little hotel is absolutely brilliant 👍🏼food & Restaurants are everywhere. The MTR are just round the corner. And If you want to have massage there are a few very well known places 2/3 mins walk. staffs that work at Qiuguo, they are very pleasant and polite. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, one of the staffs will come over with a cup of Chinese tea for you to drink 😍there are so many free small tasty snacks in the lobby for you to eat whilst you are checking in. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We stayed in twin beds which is also very comfortable. 6 of us, and we all love this hotel and the staffs. Definitely will come back to this hotel again. Thank you Qiuguo Hotel! Will see you again 😍

Clean, friendly and great location. We got a better bargain than we thought we would for this hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the rain shower was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful and we had a fantastic stay!

The staff is very helpful and attentive. They gave us a later checkout time. Utilities are good: restaurant, gym, self laundry, outdoor lounge area (very lovely on the roof) with café. The room is a good size. ¥15 for all you can watch movies, shows, and music for 24 hours. Quite a large selection, good enough of English movies. Large TV. Black-out curtains. A feature that is very rare to see; a full-length mirror. Good counter space. The overall Japanese style decor is very nice. The soundproofing is not good. Got woken up at 5am by a bird. It sounded like it was in the room with us. No shaving kit that husband actually would have liked to use this time. The washroom doesn't have soundproofing either. Overall: a cozy hotel in a convenient location, but soundproofing needs to be improved. Other than that, it would have been very nice to stay.

Great convenient location near the SZ Exhibition center. Love the modern and sleek interiors as well. Clean and homey feel. Gyms also have solo rooms for treadmills which is a unique touch for travelers privacy. Cool there’s free food buffet also at night with a coupon from 930-1030pm.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel as a family. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. Innoco Hotel@ Shenzhen was so unique, nice & tidy & very clean. The staff here was very nice especially Aria was very helpful every time when we need help she always provided the best services that she could. We have plan to come back again soon & Innoco Hotel will be the first choice for us.

We live in Shenzhen and decided to have a staycation at St.Regis during ChingMing holiday. We wanted a specific view with a bathtub next to the window, and the lady at the front desk (sorry, I forgot the name) helped us meet our request by upgrading our room. The view was fantastic!!! We tried the swimming pool, gym - all good. Breakfast was good with a variety of both Chinese and western food (come early to avoid crowds). Thank you, Blank Xia for the smooth check out process and the service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend St.Regis for fantastic views, good service and great location!

Modern and beautiful hotel. Staff were polite and check in was a breeze. Comfortable and clean room with breathtaking view that overlooks the city. Breakfast spread was good. Love the bathtun. Definitely will visit again!

We had a marvelous stay at Dongmen Yitang! The staff are welcoming and friendly and willing to help if you need anything. Location is great as we were close to a busy pedestrian area and mall and metro. However, you cannot hear any of the street noise and traffic from inside the room. Gym facilities sufficient and well taken care of. Kitchenette in the room has more than enough basic utensils for cooking meals- eg, rice cooker, pan, spatulas, plates, fridge, microwave. There was also a washing machine and detergent - however we didn’t get to use it. Additionally, our rooms were pretty spacious and very clean, and the other spaces that we went into were just as clean. Will definitely return here if we are back in Shenzhen. Can’t recommend enough!!

This hotel is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from the high-speed railway station (simply head to the left once you exit the station). The staff are exceptionally friendly and eager to assist; some speak English, and even those who don't go out of their way to translate and help. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of eateries and a shopping center right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast offered is basic, with mostly Chinese options, so don't expect a Western-style spread (there's no bread, hash browns, beans, or cereals like cornflakes or oats). Overall, it's a great place to stay and offers excellent value for the price.

Perfectly located for exploring Guangzhou! We're just a 10-minute walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street, and the metro is conveniently right across the road. You'll love the easy access to popular shopping spots like Dongshankou, Tianhe CBD, APM clothing mall, Shisanhang Wholesale Market, Yide Lu, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, and Yongqingfang, etc. Our room was newly renovated with a stunning city view. The stay was clean and cozy. A highlight was the buffet on the 39th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Pearl River. While the food was decent, the options were a bit limited, with the same selection available during our 4-day stay. Great news for gym enthusiasts! You can access the public gym located on the 7th floor, perfect for staying active during your stay!

location is excellent, room was one of the better 1s we've stayed and the best part of the room was the automated toilet bidet system - warm seats and butt-wash! 🤣 reception was very friendly and helpful. provided washing machine & dryer was a lifesaver, used it everyday. highly recommend this hotel for those who want access to hotspots in this area. Stayed here for New Year’s Eve and the check in lobby is up on some floor of a building. The room was quite large and a nice shower. They gave me a room with a huge projector instead of a normal tv. The bed was comfortable too. The room is big enough to keep all your skiing equipment inside. Will stay again in the future.

The room isn't very clean. Sides of the wall is moldy - they try to cover it up with wallpaper. Renovation works on 4th floor. It's dusty in the lift and 5th floor. The reception was not very helpful when we inquired about getting transport to the airport. Told us it will cost RMB190. We eventually booked Didi, which cost us RMB86.

I had an incredible stay at Chimelong Hotel, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. This resort has everything you could possibly need for a memorable and stress-free vacation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the welcoming and friendly staff who made check-in a breeze and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The lobby area is warm and inviting, creating a great first impression. The hotel itself is perfectly designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right. One of the standout features was the free shuttle bus service from the nearby Subway station to the hotel. It made getting around incredibly easy and saved a lot of time. The resort also offers plenty of entertainment, including a fun kids' play area and the amazing Animal Island right outside the hotel. It’s perfect for families with children or anyone who enjoys getting close to nature. I can’t recommend the Chimelong International Circus enough, it’s a must see! The show was absolutely spectacular, with thrilling performances and a vibrant atmosphere that had everyone on the edge of their seats. Overall, Chimelong Hotel is the perfect place for both relaxation and adventure. The blend of excellent service, great amenities, and exciting attractions made for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly getaway!

I had booked for 5 nights and extended for another 2 nights for this trip. It was the first time I came GuangZhou so there is nothing much i can compare with other hotels here. However, we had good sleep after all day walk. The mattress is quite to sleep good though. The room was neat and clean with minimalist design. Frontdesk staff are so helpful and friendly (we did troubled them quite a few times). Location wise, to us it was good. Ease to access and surrounded with nice food/dim sum/sandwich/confectionery etc. 7-11 and MCD are nearby too. Few minutes walks to MRT station around 10mins walks to 陈家祠. They have self service laundry machines (FOC) and their in house detergent smell good too. Nothing much i can find fault on their service and facilities. That's the reason i extended my stay for 2 nights.

Super convenient, clean and large room. The hotel provide shuttle bus to airport every half an hour too! Recommend for the all the travellers that rushing for flight in the early morning or reach airport in the midnight.

We were told our room was upgraded upon arrival. The river view room was good. My kid was also given a toy upon check in. However, a condom package was found under bed. This is very disgusting and unacceptable. We came with a group of friends with kids. We got a complaint from room one level down. To our disbelief, the staff allowed the guests down one level to come to our floor and room to confront us directly. This is unprofessional and shocking and made us feel very offended. We tried to talk to the front desk regarding this and they said they would have their manager to come to talk to us. It turned out they didn’t send anyone at all.

Hotel was really good but package provided at trip.com is not as good as package available on klook. Book on klook to save money

Location is so convenient, just 2 minutes walk from Gongbei port. Many eateries nearby. Rooms are big and spacious with good view. Many amenities provided. Excellent service by reception Ms Chen Xinyi for being so patience and kind to explain interesting tourist spot. This has save us a lot of time and effort to look for it. The house keeper too was very quick to respond to our call.

Great hotel near the Mingzhu train station in Zhuhai. The place was clean everywhere and the room was nice and spacious as well. Checking in and out was quick with great service. There’s a back door to a convenient store and coffee shops and other restaurants. There’s not much around but it was good enough if you wanted a quick short stay.

Marriott Hotel has always been one of our favorite brands, known for its comfort and reliability. This time, we chose it to celebrate a birthday. They acknowledged my request for room decorations via WeChat, but unfortunately, they overlooked the flower delivery. When we checked in, the flowers were still sitting at the concierge, despite my earlier message—it was quite disappointing to see. On a positive note, we appreciated the room upgrade for the birthday occasion. However, the receptionist at night mistakenly mixed up our room key cards with those of another group of friends, which somewhat spoiled the surprise. The room itself was spacious, and we loved the bathtub, although the air conditioning could have been cooler. Overall, while there were some hiccups, we still enjoyed our stay and the special celebration.

We stayed in this hotel on our way back to Guangxi from Macau. The room was a nice size. Bed was fine. Shower and toilet were very good. Amenities were fine. The Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was outstanding. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the Zhuhai train station.
