The service was excellent and very polite; they helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room. The cleanliness was also great, everything was spotless. They even upgraded me to a suite for free, which was very spacious and located on the 5th floor. The environment and everything else were quite good, and it was convenient to go downstairs for shopping and dining. Futian Phase II is right across the street, super close. The room facilities were complete. I've stayed here for so long that I'm now spoiled for other hotels. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

The room was quite small, especially the bathroom. The showerhead was directly overhead, making it impossible to adjust the water without getting soaked. The sink was tiny, but the faucet was so long it reached the center, making it a challenge to wash your face without bumping into it, and spraying water all over the small counter. However, the service was absolutely incredible, scoring over 120 points! The front desk staff were incredibly proactive and enthusiastic. The hotel's breakfast, lunch (light meals), afternoon tea, and even the snacks in the mini-fridge in the room were all complimentary. Breakfast was abundant, and the afternoon tea offered a great variety of snacks, including several kinds of fruit. There's also a self-service laundry room and a small gym. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting Wuma Street, and you can also check out Mochi (Ink Pool) behind it. The adjacent fresh market brought back some nostalgic memories.

Every time I visit CP, I either book this hotel or the Hyatt across the street. This time, I checked in around 11 PM, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, upgrading me directly to a super, super spacious suite! The entrance hallway alone was about four or five meters long! I checked, and the listed price for this suite is around 1k, so even if I had booked it directly, it would still feel like great value for money! Breakfast goes until 10 AM; I don't think it's as good as the Hyatt Place Hongqiao, but it's fine since there's plenty to eat.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express, and overall we have no complaints about the hotel itself. The property is very well located — only about six minutes by car from the airport. This was exactly why we chose it: we were arriving very late, close to 1 a.m., and we were traveling with our 4-year-old child. We needed a hotel as close as possible so we could get some sleep immediately after landing. Another important criterion for us was a good breakfast, to wake up, eat, and continue our trip. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and quality linens. Everything necessary was provided, and the bathroom facilities were modern and clean. However, there is one major issue that future guests should be aware of. If you arrive late at night and choose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, please take a taxi and do not rely on the hotel’s pickup service. This was our biggest disappointment. We spent almost an hour trying to follow the directions sent to us via WeChat, but the staff were not able to provide clear instructions. They also never mentioned that the shuttle runs only once per hour at fixed times. For example, the shuttle time was 1:08 a.m., and we landed at 12:30 a.m. If the staff had simply told us that we could not make it, we would have taken a taxi immediately. Instead, we received a message at 1:07 saying “please hurry,” even though we had been walking in the completely wrong direction due to unclear guidance. Traveling with a child, we lost more than an hour and then had to wait outside even longer. Breakfast was another point of confusion. At check-in, we were told breakfast was served until 10:30. We arrived at 10:35, only to learn it actually ends at 10:00. Thankfully, the restaurant staff were extremely kind and prepared breakfast especially for us — eggs, salad, bread, yogurt for the child, and fruit. This human touch truly made a difference, and we appreciate their warm service. Overall, this is a good hotel with an excellent location, but the information about the shuttle service and breakfast times should be communicated more clearly. Location: Situated north of Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, the hotel boasts its own 'Eight Scenic Views' and beautiful garden design. From the back exit, you can directly access Haogu Pagoda. A pleasant stroll along the lake will take you past attractions like Lanxiu Garden, Chenggong Embankment, and Shaoyuan, eventually leading to Huijingyuan. From there, you can take a boat (the only place offering a 20-yuan ferry) to Huxin Island, and finally, head to Nanhu Tiandi for a meal. Service: The hotel maintains strict quality control. They thoroughly checked the cleanliness, which meant our room was ready a bit late, but they compensated us with an upgrade. Honestly, there isn't much difference between the garden view and lake view rooms. In fact, the garden view room was closer to the elevator, which was even more convenient for our family with a baby. Facilities: The swimming pool is a bit on the small side, so we didn't end up using it. While there's a workshop-like activity for kids, the lack of a dedicated children's play area is a shame. However, the hotel grounds are quite spacious, and our baby was very happy running around. Cleanliness: This was truly excellent, 10086 out of 10! The breakfast selection was also extensive. We didn't try the other restaurants, so I can't comment on those.

Really good hotel. Located in Mall building, occupied only some floors. Localisation is really great, very close to the Western Lake. Next to a lot of shops and restaurants, they are even in the same building (for example Haidilao on the same floor). Rooms - I have a bigger one with the city view, so it was very comfortable. There is a laundry room, mini gym and big patio with nice view (so no need to go downstairs to smoke). Breakfest - acceptable. The only one bad thing is terrible coffee on the breakfest.

Seeing that our family traveled particularly intimately to help upgrade the family room, the room was cleaned very clean, the lighting and ventilation were very good, and the supplies were complete and clean. Although the location seemed a bit out of the way, it's very close to the subway, making it convenient to visit Dongqian Lake or take a taxi to several attractions. The bed was also quite comfortable. However, what was unbearable was the soundproofing. During the May Day holiday, Ningbo's municipal construction was non-stop. Cement trucks started operating at 6 AM, and we could hear the construction noise crystal clear. The 'smart' Xiao Du speaker was overly sensitive, lighting up the screen and turning on the bathroom light at the slightest movement. We didn't dare ask it to turn off the lights or screen for fear of disturbing our family's sleep. The most unbearable thing was that the shower room was directly connected to the outside. Our junior high school-aged child found it incredibly inconvenient to change clothes due to the lack of a partition. What a 'genius' designer! The toilet and shower room were also transparent. The bathroom door was broken and took forever to open. Switching between hot and cold water was impossible; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The facilities simply don't match the service quality. The staff, however, were all great 👍

I checked in at night and was worried about my perishable items, so the front desk kindly offered to store them in the fridge for me. They even upgraded me to a huge room with an amazing view, free of charge! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, including several meat dishes and plenty of fruit. You can also get fresh noodles or rice vermicelli cooked on the spot, and the coffee is rich and aromatic. The hygiene was impeccable. Plus, the subway is nearby, just one stop from the airport. You can also take the subway one stop to the next village to buy groceries. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.
