"Decided to go to Jiaxing at the last minute for the Dragon Boat Festival. When I booked, it was the last room available, which made me quite worried. Usually, when a hotel is fully booked, there are long queues for check-in and breakfast. I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. From the entrance to the underground parking, there were many staff members guiding guests. I thought I'd casually ask the front desk when I could check in, even though it wasn't check-in time yet. To my surprise, there was no one waiting at the front desk, so I was able to check in immediately and received my room key. They even waived the breakfast fee for my child. The room was very spacious and they thoughtfully provided a special Dragon Boat Festival gift. The next day, there was someone to seat us for breakfast, and the number of staff was ample, so it didn't feel cramped at all despite the hotel being full. The breakfast menu also varied significantly between the two days, so we didn't eat the same breakfast twice during our consecutive stay. All the staff members I encountered were polite and greeted me, which was very pleasant. Compared to the room rate, I felt it was excellent value for money. I'm planning to bring my parents here next time."

Facilities: The facilities meet the standards for this price point. A special mention goes to the sink area, which was equipped with many practical toiletries and cleaning solutions. Environment: The surrounding area is average. Construction across the street started at 6 AM, which caused some disturbance in the morning, but it was fine at night. The hotel's interior design is a bit dark, especially the elevator, which might make a woman traveling alone feel a bit uneasy. The room was also a bit dark, and taller guests would have to bend down to see themselves in the mirror near the entrance. Also, for those driving, remember to turn into the service road early when navigating to the hotel, or you might easily miss the parking entrance. Hygiene: No issues with hygiene; at least, my room was good."

"I originally booked for one night, but Ms. Stella was so enthusiastic, she introduced and upgraded my room, which was a great experience. So I extended my stay for two more days. Overall, the three days were very good. The room was spacious, although the towels could use an update as they were a bit old. The automatic curtains were a bit faulty, but everything else was excellent. The Executive Lounge offered three meals a day, which was incredibly thoughtful – very nice! I won't nitpick, but one evening I returned late to the Executive Lounge with a friend visiting. The three of us went up to the 37th floor. A young man there saw the extra person but didn't question it excessively. Instead, he warmly explained that dinner was over but offered free drinks. For an established brand hotel, this small detail is highly commendable. We only stayed for a short while, but it left a lasting impression. Many newer hotels would make a fuss over such things until you felt uncomfortable. The three-day stay was excellent value for money."

"Finally found a hotel near West Lake with great value for money! The interior is quiet, isolating the street noise, and the hygiene stands up to close inspection. Facilities are well-maintained and run smoothly. The travel uncle (staff member) patiently answered questions about scenic routes and gave taxi recommendations, saving a lot of trouble during our trip. Overall, everything was well-balanced, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Hangzhou."

"This seven-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation; it's incredibly well-maintained. The butler and customer service staff were exceptional. I do have a suggestion though: it would be great if the Rainbow Bridge had a bicycle ramp, perhaps a few dozen centimeters wide, so bikes could be pushed across (cycling isn't allowed, but at least pushing them would be possible). Cycling around Taihu Lake is a growing trend in sports tourism, and I believe this would add a new attraction and draw more guests to the Moon Hotel."

The lobby also features unique Thangka decorations, blending Ouyue culture with ******* aesthetics, creating a distinctive charm. With sunlight streaming in, casting beautiful light and shadow, the atmosphere is simply stunning, making every photo look like a magazine spread. I stayed in a deluxe river-view room, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-organized layout. The overall decor was tastefully luxurious and elegant, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were undoubtedly the highlight. By day, you can gaze upon the magnificent Oujiang River and the continuous mountain range, with boats gracefully passing by – a truly therapeutic sight. By night, the city lights sparkle, and you can enjoy the breathtaking city skyline and mountain light show right from your bed, fully immersing yourself in Wenzhou's urban romance. The guest room details were thoughtfully executed; the high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and all essential toiletries, as well as office and living supplies, were readily available, ensuring maximum comfort. The hotel's service was particularly heartwarming. The staff were consistently warm and polite. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they proactively offered guidance and meticulous, thoughtful service. Their gentle demeanor and patience made the entire experience feel both dignified and relaxing. Facilities were also exceptionally well-appointed. A 25-meter heated swimming pool and a professional fitness center were all available, with new and well-maintained equipment. The 'O Café' Western restaurant and 'Shang Palace' Chinese restaurant offered a rich variety of authentic dishes. The hotel also features a children's playground, making it a great option for families traveling with kids. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The elegant environment, breathtaking views, and attentive service make it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wenzhou! "

"Every time I travel, I choose Wyndham, but for the Dragon Boat Festival, due to the rooms being fully booked, I opted for Baoting instead. Although the gym is shared, and the lobby is split into two sections on the first floor, I still feel Wyndham's service is superior, though my experience here was also quite good. I'd especially like to mention Yoyo, whose service was incredibly helpful! My request for a late check-out, based on room availability, was granted, which was a huge plus. The fish-feeding in the lobby is also a must-do activity for kids. I'll definitely choose them again next time I'm in town."
