Located in the main square with public parking. It's a historic building, but the rooms are very austere, lacking many details. It's too much for what it is.

Very good, worth having, the breakfast in the quiet morning is good, and the scenery outside the window and door is even better. I will stay here next time. Parking is also convenient. There are 2.2/2 hours in the surrounding area, free from 8 pm to 8 am, which is 13/day; (free on the roadside on Sundays) or park in the hotel’s own parking lot 19/day;

I booked this hotel for a stop in the middle of a car trip, as we arrived at the hotel, I, my husband and my 7 and 13-year-old children, and gave some divings to the city then to dinner. The explanation they gave was that there was an unforeseen, without any further explanation and without any guarantee that the next morning would be open. The next morning was open, so we decided to go to the city to relax a little before we continue our trip. However, our moment of relaxation became a moment of suffering because the air was breathless causing irritation to the level of eyes and nose due to the treatment they probably applied. The hotel has been in a very nice way, and it is not a good hotel for the hotel.

After explicitly asking for a wedding bed, they delivered a room with twin beds. The breakfast was OK, 2.6 it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good or excellent either (something you expect from a 4* hotel) although it had variety. Despite not having eaten at the hotel restaurant, the experience was not the best. After my wife and I sat down at the table (affordably priced and expected to be a hotel restaurant) the waitress took 3 dishes to the other tables. as the 3 dishes returned to the kitchen. After seeing the constant mistakes made by the kitchen, I didn't have the courage or confidence to order anything from the menu. As for the Spa: a very high price for a 1H:15M tour. Better to include it in the hotel night package. Apart from the price, the conditions and condition of the space were fine, only the Turkish bath must have had some kind of fault, because the temperature was quite lower than it should have been (around 47ºC). Would you come back? Yes, I think it wasn't the best time due to the receptions and graduation events that were at the hotel, imagine that the workers were trying their best to try to please everyone who was staying or spending time with their family. Furthermore, it is in a quiet place and just a few minutes from Salamanca. Next to the Hotel there is a park close to the Tormes River, which unfortunately due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy.

Great location - nice reception - very good beds - clean - good breakfast - a bit noisy - we had two Spanish men in the next room - they apparently attacked each other at night - I went over and knocked on the door - one of the men managed to escape from the room - I called reception and told them - I don't know what they did - then it was quiet - the hotel can't do anything about that - but it was unpleasant for us - before you drive to the hotel there is a large free car park - surrounded by a wall - the friendly lady at reception pointed this out to us and also gave us the name for the sat nav.

Great location easy to walk around. Good breakfast section with cava. Service of staff polite. Parking right next to hotel with discount. Air conditioning adequate for the month of june. Only downside, some noise at night from the plaza (guess young people partying and talking)

Excelente volveria a repetir sin duda alguna. Lo unico que no habia utensilios en la cocina nos fastidio un poco

El Parador es una estructura hotelera de primer nivel con una situación excelente. Pero al no tener nada mas que personal de admisión, se echa de menos unos carritos para trasporte de equipaje, dadas las distancias a las habitaciones existentes. Se echa de menos la existencia de un punto informatizado con al menos dos ordenadores conectados a internet que puedan cubrir las incidencias de trabajo o comunicación que pueda tener algún huésped. La cafeteria tiene mucho que mejorar en rapidez de atención, temperatura y ejecución de los platos. los sándwiches con un contenido correcto llegan fríos y con el pan a medio tostar. Es fácil de resolver. Y hay que poner una TV actualizada y de gran tamaño y calidad de sonido, la mayoría de las veces que se llena la cafeteria coincide con la retrasmisión de un evento deportivo y ya no se puede ver en una TV como la actual. No es de recibo que no se pueda pagar una factura del Bar mediante la utilización de las diferentes tarjetas de los clientes con las cantidades fraccionadas que decidan. Es una facilidad para pago compartido que ya es practica habitual en cualquier establecimiento.

Located right next to the bus terminal and was very convenient. I arrived a little early, so I went to the front desk, but I couldn't check in until 14:00 on time. (This is no choice but ...)　 I checked in at 14:00 and headed to the room, but the corridor on the way was still cleaning, and about 3 people were cleaning while chatting loudly, so it was hard to carry my luggage. The room was clean, but for some reason the electric switch was sticky. If you wipe this kind of place well when cleaning, it will feel completely different. The water in the toilet continued to flow forever. There is no problem with staying, but I wondered what to think from an eco-friendly point of view ... Room 2001. i think it's better to fix it. The shower was very comfortable with good temperature and water pressure.
