"The whole place felt a bit humid. The shower and toilet were clean, which was nice. But the shower pressure was really weak, barely a trickle, and the showerhead in my room was fixed, so it was hard to properly wash. Anyone with long hair would probably find it insufficient. However, I only stayed one night, and it was cheap, so I'm satisfied! They also seem to have events, and if the days had aligned, I would've loved to try their free pizza."

"The location is convenient, right downstairs there's a free tram. This trip was to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I only emailed the hotel one day in advance, and they replied immediately, offering to arrange a small cake and red wine, which was really thoughtful. The downsides are that the ventilation system is a bit poor, water leaks out of the bathroom, and the bed is too soft. The hotel has a gym, sauna, and pool. Having a sauna after a day of shopping is incredibly relaxing."

"Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. "Transiting back home from New Zealand, I stayed for one night, and the price, combined with points redemption, was quite good. The key highlight is the 24-hour airport shuttle service, which is fantastic in Australia where labor is so expensive. I really hope the hotel keeps this up! 😊 No reservation needed for the shuttle. After landing and collecting your luggage, just exit the airport, cross the first pedestrian crossing, and wait at the spot shown in Picture 1. The vehicle is very distinctive because it's branded with the hotel's logo. The wait was about 15-20 minutes. The hotel has its own restaurant, which I hear is quite good, but I was really craving Chinese food. You can order delivery via Uber Eats; delivery speeds here can be quite slow, so it's a good idea to order as soon as you land. I recommend using the hotel's front desk as your delivery point. There's also an IGA supermarket about an 8-minute walk away, so if it's not too late, you can do some last-minute shopping there."
